Went to Dunkin in the early afternoon and surprisingly they had a large variety of donuts available. Sometimes I go into donut places and half the flavors are sold out, but not here. All we got was an assorted dozen and all were fresh and delicious. My only complaint is that they allowed a couple of panhandlers to hang out right in front. Other than that, everything else was good, including the fast service. read more

Quick and easy, in and out service. The young lady from Turkey was wonderful to deal with.

Hadn't been here in years! Was passing through and decided to stop by for some donuts. Ordered a dozen and they were good but not "super fresh hot out of the oven". Employee who assisted me was very nice, efficient and got me in and out quickly. Store appeared to be very clean as well. read more

Great service, our coffees were amazing and the donuts were so fresh! Everyone was very nice and professional. Will definitely return to this location during our stay in New Mexico. read more

Not bad. For a Dunkin' it's exactly what you would expect. The coffee is good, and the donuts are okay. But just okay, and certainly nothing special here folks. They have a great selection, but their donuts just taste so m'eh. I haven't been to a Dunkin' in a long time but they were convenient to my hotel. Will I go back again? Sure. I am sure I will when the occasion calls for it. Would I go out of my way for them? Not if there is a grocery store selling donuts closer. read more

This place kinda just sucks. Bad food, worse service. General ambiance of this restaurant is bad.

I think this is the only Dunkin' Donuts in Santa Fe. They're pretty fast with your order with little wait time. read more

Dunkin' - Storefront - Donuts Near Me - Santa Fe, New Mexico

Been out DRINKING AND DANCING until the wee hours of the morning? Need SOMEPLACE STILL OPEN to GRAB A BITE TO EAT? Well, unless you want to head way out Cerrillos Rd to the 24hr Denny's, then DUNKIN' DONUTS IS YOUR NEXT BEST BET. Not many places in Santa Fe are open late, much less 24hrs. So pull up a stool, grab a BIG CUP OF COFFEE and TWO DUNKIN' DONUTS (you know, the ones with the handles for dunkin' ) and hopefully you can ward off that hangover that is already beginning to show its ugly head. ********* COFFEE IS ALWAYS FRESH AND CALIENTE! ********* DONUTS IN AS MANY FLAVORS AS ICE CREAM! read more

Coming from the East Coast, it's surprising to find that Santa Fe only has one Dunkin Donuts. The chain is ubiquitous up and down I-95, but people here seem to survive without it. There's little talk of going to "Dunks" within my circles. And yet, it remains a great late night option, being open 24 hours a day. The donuts are the same as at any location. The coffee, too. I recently had a bagel sandwich and was surprised that it actually tasted good. What do you know. Sure, the parking lot is a favorite drug deal spot for locals, but the variety of characters that pass through this shop's doors is impressive. Come through, order whatever, chill for a bit. Or pick up some donuts on the way to work and become the new office hero. read more

The place is always very clean and the workers are always very nice. Only downfall is when they get new people drinks can taste different.

HAVE AGAIN: The frozen hot chocolate was very good - 4 stars. NOT HAVE AGAIN: The donuts. We bought 5 and ended up eating only parts of them, throwing the rest away. Every couple of years I end up at a Dunkin Donuts and every time I don't care for their donuts - one star! read more

Dunkin' has always been a go to for me and my family. I went in today to get 3 dozen donuts. The "owner" huffed and puffed when I said I wanted 3 dozen, she threw the three boxes on the counter and told me " you can only get two of each flavor". I didn't notice a sign that said there was a "limit" or a "limit on each flavor". She was absolutely TERRIBLE and if she was in fact the owner, she needs some customer service classes, because you do NOT treat a PAYING customer like that! I Will NOT return and I will also be passing this info onto my friends and family! Very bad customer service Ms.Irene. read more

WARNING WARNING WARNING Just into DD for coffee and watched a young blond female take cash from a customer while wear gloves, then picked up donuts with the same gloves. I let someone in front of me, and she did it again...cash then donuts. I ordered coffee from the guy at the counter ...the blond said "I'll get it", then with the same gloves on...she put three fingers in the cup and her thumb on the outside. I told the guy that she just took cash from the 2 prior customers, handled, donuts, and now has her fingers in the cup...he told her to trow away the cup and gloves...miss plague had no idea why. I left... read more

Just had a horrible experience at this Dunkin' Donuts. I asked for the manager and she said I am the manager what do you want. The manager was very rude and I was just wanting to comment that there are needles outside the door and that they should be picked up because somebody might get poked. She told me she does not give a shit and if I want to order something if not I need to leave. I do not recommend this location at all read more

My east coast friends like to rave about Dunkin' Donuts (it's so wicked awesome!), so when I saw that one was located in Santa Fe, I said, "I must try that." It also happened to be the 4th of July and I needed the extra calories to make the 6+ hour drive to Denver and still have enough juice leftover to blow things up. Getting there was fun since I was cut off on St. Francis by my fellow fatty trying to refill his life source with the magical powers of donut goodness. Despite the rude behavior, I was a bit amused since I have never seen a fat man move so fast in my life. Inside, I felt a little disappointed. My eyes were assaulted with loud frosting colors and a somewhat mediocre selection of donuts. I'm an old-fashioned guy. Give me an old-fashion glazed, a cinnamon twist, and a simple jelly-filled glazed and I'm good to go. I could care less about cake donuts and neon pink frosting. I thought the apple fritter was okay, but the rest were over-sweetened garbage. I also had to try their famous coffee. Okay, but not worth any hype at all. All I know is that if "American runs on Dunkin'," we are one nation heading towards a mediocre donut induced heart attack. read more

Dunkin' Donuts is an oddity in the desert of Santa Fe. What's a revered New England institution- that serves up apple&pumpkin donuts in autumn- doing in New Mexico? It mainly serves college kids... and the bonus is that it's perpetually open. It's also good for homesick New Englanders. Dunkin' Donuts has a great variety of donuts, full of sugary goodness, and perfect for take-out. They are a sugar high wake-up call in class. Yes, sometimes students are assigned donut duty. Dunkin' Donuts- the ideal place for college kids (and professors!) in need of a sugar/caffeine kick, as well as sentimental New Englanders. America runs on Dunkin', so do college students. read more

I do love this Dunkin Donuts. There are no donuts in Taos, so I almost always stop here on my way up to stock up. I like the strawberry frosted ones. . . read more

My mom, boyfriend, and I stopped by here for memory sake. My mom used to take us here on trips to Taos, so we stopped by here for the hell of it. What a huge disappointment it was. My favorite donut if I have one is a buttermilk donut or an old fashioned chocolate donut. They had neither. What?!??? They took my favorites away so had to settle for a chocolate cake donut and a coconut cake donut. :-( It was disappointing for sure, and I sure won't be going back. read more

Shit ass customer service!!! threw the receipt on the box and didn't say thank you or have a good day. Instead he just starred talking to the crew members. Good donuts but the customer service is dog shit. read more

i keep trying to get on the DD bandwagon, but they aren't amazing or great as everyone says. I guess I am a Winchells kid for life. I had cherry iced, and a strawberry iced donut. The strawberry was ok, it was a typical raised donut with bright pink icing on it, it did have a light strawberry flavor. But i felt like the donut flavor was too overpowering. my cherry donut was neon colored and had no cherry flavor. the chocolate filled donut had TOOOOOO much icing. will i try again yes, they had like 40 types of donuts so i can keep trying to see if something makes me want to scream out "IM GONNA GET DIABETES FROM EATING ALL THESE" read more

Great coffee. Extremely efficient staff. The line can be out the door but it moves really quickly.

Ok customer service The kid serving seems to not like his job to much. Also very good donuts.

Friendly staff, very clean dining area, good parking, adequate selection of doughnuts, coffee available...can't fault them at all on staff or facility. The doughnuts are horribly too sweet with no options like plain cake. Pricing is aimed at getting you out the door with a dozen...hope you have lots of sugar freaks at home. Best idea, buy two with some coffee and eat and drink in the store...all fresher and better. Less sugar I'd add a star, better selection I'd add another, as is, three stars. read more

No hospitality. I do not care for rules made up on the spot to make others feel unwelcome. If there are rules about how long a person may stay at this store, they should be posted and there should be a clock measuring the length of time a person has been there. Also there should be some sort of DIGNIFIED NOTIFICATION that you have 5 minutes remaining to be there so either leave or buy something. read more

The customer service is terrible at this location. I came in early one morning before work recently. There was only one person in line. I waited for them to finish, but it was take a long time. After a few minutes I asked the two people at the other register if they could help me so I wouldn't be late for work. There was a manager showing an employee how to take orders. The manager said "Yes right away miss you are in such a hurry". The tone was rude and condescending. She fixed my breakfast sandwich herself. The whole time she glared at me. I asked her her name when she gave me my sandwich. She said "My name is Jackie and I'm the manager". This was all said in the rudest tone and very loud. I will never go back. If this is how customers are treated I'm surprised that people go there at all. read more

This is my favorite place to grab a cup of coffee while in Santa Fe. The coffee is always fresh, and the employees are cheerful. There's plenty of seating, too. Stay there long enough, and you might just find yourself a sugar daddy (or sugar momma!) A mature crowd likes to mingle. The stained chair in the ladies bathroom is a little creepy, but I won't knock them for that. I bet it has seen a lot of action. Girls and bois, careful if you are navigating this parking lot in 5"+ heels. The slope of the parking lot on the side of the building is very steep and a wee bit uneven. Again, superb coffee. read more

I received a DUNKIN card for Xmas when to Santa Fe and decided to use it, but the card was rejected so paid cash. Call the number on the back of the card, the person on the other end of the phone verified I had a balance but was useless as well as rude. read more

Plenty of donuts available when we were there. Cashier seemed new and was having a lot of trouble understanding my simple food order. I also asked her for a soy latte since I can't have dairy. I looked at the receipt and didn't see it was noted to be soy milk. I cannot process dairy so I needed to double check. Turns out she didn't use soy milk, so thank goodness I checked. We felt the staff in general weren't really sure what was going and how to run this shop. They need to get their shit together. read more

This Dunkin' Donuts has good service , very friendly and hardworking staff, and is clean.. You ever try to eat a donut a few days after buying some...? Same quality. Smells funny too.

I love Dunkin' Donuts all around, but there are some down sides to this place. The doughnuts are fantastic, but the Hot Chocolate, not so much. They ran out of the original Hot Chocolate, so I had to get caramel. Oh my gosh. I got it literally 15 minutes ago and I still haven't had more than 4 sips and it is still burning hot! What the heck! Another thing to add, when I went to take a sip, it smelled like rotten eggs. My hot chocolate smells like rotten eggs!!! I even got a large and it cost over $2, and I don't want to drink it. But I have to. So wish me safe drinking! Other than that this place is good. I recommend the regular or mint hot Coco. Enjoy! read more
