I personally have not been to this Dunkin but I don't recommend any of them. They always have rlly terrible and bad service.

My friend bought me donuts from here, which was super nice. The donuts were just alright. Personally, they were too sweet for me and they dough was a bit dry. If you want a quick treat to satisfy a sweet craving, this would be the place to go. I came to this place on another occasion and ordered a decaf coffee but I'm pretty sure they didn't make it decaf. This particular Dunkin Donuts happens to be one of the worst, unfortunately . They're perfectly located for a commuter because it's right on the service road of the LIE. You can order online through app, get off, pick up and you're back on the LIE in minutes. But unfortunately, the quality control is just not there. You have to check your order!!!! If you put "add-ons" on your sandwich or order a specific drink, they will get it wrong 9 out of 10 times. I wish they were better but it seems every time , the order is wrong. read more

My first few times coming here have been great with pretty smooth transactions and they have made my drink well. I think for the most part they have continued to make pretty good drinks, but recently there have been some problems with using offers from the app. Today, I tried using an offer for a $3 medium espresso drink, but when I scanned my app it was still showing $4.66 due. The cashier didn't seem to know what offer I used and I showed her exactly what I did, but the app would still not scan properly. She continued to ask me to pay $4.66 and the manager didn't do anything except stand there and watch everything. Eventually, the cashier just said "I don't know, just take the drink, there's a customer waiting." While I appreciate the free drink, I'm confused as to why the app continued to not work and why they couldn't help me in any way. The ladies are nice but they seriously need more people helping. They barely fill up their overpriced drinks and mess up food orders. You can place a mobile order an hour before and they still haven't gotten to it when you arrive. A lady and I were confused as they gave her half a cup of foam with no actual coffee. I was in and out of this dunkin in a minute. I ordered my iced french vanilla swirl which was up and ready in no time. The cashier was pleasant and efficient. It's also a dunkin/Baskin Robbins combo which is great for certain drinks or concoctions that you can't get at all dunkin locations. This dunkins also has a private lot and street parking available. It's a 24 hour spot which is cool but the guy working overnights is extremely rude and miserably grumpy. I asked him if I could use his bathroom because he had to buzz it open and while he was holding the buzzer he told me "go, run. Run". When I ordered a bagel with cream cheese I asked for a nice thick amount of cream cheese on it and when I got back from the bathroom I checked the bagel to see a very thin layer so I asked him if he could put some extra on there. Unless you don't mind a swarm of pre-teens (with no supervision), I would stay away Mon-Friday from 230pm-315pm. The middle school is right down the block and basically half of the school winds up here when school lets out. However, they do handle it pretty well with fast service. It can just get frustrating when you are waiting in line and the kids are up at the register first deciding what they want. You can tell that the staff get frustrated too. Otherwise, a great location with very fast service. (Don't get me wrong, I love kids; In fact I work with them, but they should have some sort of supervision) read more
