Poor Service, Wrong Orders, Rude Employees! Here's the latest example of how bad this place is. Recently I was handed the coffee I ordered but the always rude blonde girl in the drive thru gave it to me with the lid not pressed on. The hot coffee burned my hand and spilled all over the seat of my car. She definitely did it on purpose because when I turned to look at her she had a smirk on her face and had napkins ready to hand me without me asking. She didn't apologize, offer to refill the coffee, nothing! This is not the only bad experience I've had at this store or with this clerk. For nearly 2 years I have frequented this store. In total I have spent over $1,400. Without exaggeration, I have endured one or more of these issues on every visit: * No coffee available * Wrong coffee dispensed (caffeinated instead of decaffeinated) * Cold coffee * Warm coffee - coffee that should have been served hot but was room temperature, at best (very common!) * Wrong donuts served * Told donuts not available when ordering at drive thru. Because of poor service, I park the car and go inside and find those donuts were available at the counter for walk-in customers (or, perhaps, just not me) * No napkins. I can say with confidence that I may have been provided a napkin 3 times in the past two years. If I ask for a napkin then I'm given a look of disgust and they are handed to me the same way. * Extremely rude and unfriendly clerk - Deanna B. (?) Deanna never offers a greeting or a smile. The facial expressions she displays indicate the customer is a bother. Typically the only time she speaks is to tell me the order total - no "hello" and no "thank you". The unbelievable part is that there usually a supervisor working next to her and yet the problems persist. * Long delays in the drive through - up to 18 minutes from ordering speaker to receiving the order at the window. As if the above were not reasons enough to be upset, here is another example of poor service. Did you know that Dunkin' Donuts has a coffee punch card where loyal customers can receive a free coffee after 10 punches? Despite the poor service listed above, I have been a loyal customer, yet this loyalty card was never offered to me. If I visit the same store an average of 4 times per week for over approximately that past 18 months, why does Dunkin' Donuts not see me as a valuable and loyal customer? At that rate, I should have received approximately 16 free coffees by now. Instead, I have only received continual poor service. I sent this information in a letter to the Nigel Travis, President of Dunkin Donuts in Canton, MA. I received a call back from Jeff Faust, Brand Manager. He said he would have "Alex", the Chief Operating Officer for the Franchisee, call me. That was 2 days ago and still no call. Their lack of follow through at that level further displays their uncaring attitude toward their customers. read more

Absolutely the worst Dunkin' Donuts in the milky way galaxy! I tend to be on the lazy side of the spectrum when it comes to getting food, so like most lazy people, I am an avid DoorDash/GrubHub/Post-mate's connoisseur. I mean we're talking like $800 or more a month, so I like to think I'm somewhat of a pro... well anyways, I've been ordering Dunkin for quite sometime...I can honestly say that every single time I have placed a Dunkin order, it has been wrong! I really don't know why it's taken me a year of inconvenience and misery to just now write a review and voice my un-satisfaction of already extremely low expectations...anyways, I keep telling myself that eventually they will get it together and hire some humans that know how to read and put stuff in boxes/bags, but the last 5 times I've had to accept the fact, this simply is unrealistic of me to believe any longer... a few days ago I was being lazy at home, I was craving some of the scrumptious everything cream cheese filled bagel thingy's, and a few donuts, so I opened one of my handy food delivery apps and placed my order...I got a notification that my order was approaching, I'm practically drooling at this point! I get to the door and there is nothing there except a drink!!!! There was nooo food‍. The driver said, "yeah sorry they didn't have any food at all, they were all out..."‍ well that ruined my day, so thanks dUnKiN dOnUtS! Today, I tell myself ok, instead of ordering first, I'm gonna call them and find out if they have any food yet and if so, what they all have! So the phone is ringing and I'm thinking to myself, "finally, I've cracked the code to getting what I order..." the only problem is, NOBODY answered the phone, so I called again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again...I must of called 15 times over a period of 30 minutes.... so now I am accepting defeat! You win DuNkIn, I surrender! read more

Horrible Service on numerous occasions. There is a snotty young girl who is very rude and inpatient who works the drive through. Today I decided to give it one last shot. BIG MISTAKE. I will be taking my family elsewhere from now on, worth the drive to STAR BUCKS. Awful, soggy, greasy, undercooked "tater tot" things and even if they were prepared properly there was only only 4 in the bag, my son is super not picky and wouldn't even finish one as he wiped his fingers on his shorts because he didn't get a napkin in bag which seems to be the norm. Ordered them with a sausage egg cheese sandwich meal... The eggs were again undercooked, nasty and not edible. I said hold the cheese and they failed to manage that as well. My coffee was NOT what I ordered... Not sure what the hell it was but tasted like horse shit! The Bagel I ordered was stale and only had a small amount of cream cheese on one side. There were no napkins and the little wench got an attitude when I asked for some ketchup! Over all this place SUCKS all around... Gave the whole order to our pot belly pig who didn't complain excluding my shitty ass coffee that I tried to fix at home with some creamer and sugar (whole reason for driving over there to avoid making my coffee "a treat" from time to time) and a frozen coffee which had 10x the amount of chocolate it should have, I tasted it and it was like drinking chocolate syrup out of the squeeze bottle, yet my son seemed to enjoy. Go figure! What a way to waste $18 bucks!!! Lesson learned! read more

I've been going to this location for 8 years and it seems like the staff just doesn't want to be there anymore. Busy or slow they look grumpy, rush your order in the drive thru and then constantly get drink orders messed up. Not sure how hard it is to not put sugar in your iced coffee when they ask if you want "cream or sugar?" and you say "CREAM ONLY". Almost every time they put sugar in there anyways. When you mention you said no sugar, you get the eye roll and fake ass apology, thankfully they'll fix it when you catch it before driving off to work. But the days you don't catch it, your basically SOL since trying to get anywhere on Ironwood in the morning is chaos and turning around for a fixed drink isn't worth the hassle or attitude you'd get from staff. Staff needs a new attitude and shift leads aren't any better. read more

The only reason Im giving a star is because I have to. I was at the location yesterday july 18th there are a bunch of children working there. They were playing games you had a employee throwing ketchup packs at another kid (teenager may have beem friend) I asked to speak with manager in charge her name was Victoria its like she was the leader of the circus. There may have been one person actually working there. He was a woman she was older then them wearing a blue shirt with a pink thing on her head. This is what society has become. You go to work to play and be disrespectful. This is a disgrace. I love the coffee i will drive 2 miles out of my way to the location on Rittenhouse and ocotilla. read more

Love the flavored Iced Tea. Chelsea delivers great customer service. SHe even added the sweetner in my tea for me and was very prompt. I am not a donut eater, but the beverages here are good. The drive thru is very very awkward, as you have to drive around the whole building (which is a store front with Angel nail salon and Pets club store) and place your order in the back of the store....no big deal, but just saying...AWKWARD. Anyhow, you will find the same people sitting outside in the morning like the tv show Cheers. Its a clean, friendly environment. read more

Why is this location such a $hit show? I come to Dunkin 2-4 times a week and this is the location closest to me but it messes up 50% of the time. I never know what I'm going to get here. It sucks because I love Dunkin coffee. Today I asked for a large iced coffee with milk and 2 pumps of vanilla swirl... I got a coffee with caramel swirl (full amount) and no milk... they seem so stressed I don't even want to correct them so I usually just suck it up and drink it read more

Dunkin' Donuts always hits the spot! Their coffee is consistently fresh and exactly what I need to start my day. I'm a big fan of their classic glazed donuts - they're always soft and delicious. The staff at my local Dunkin' are super friendly and efficient, even during the busiest morning rush. It's my go-to for a quick, tasty breakfast and a great cup of coffee! read more
