I placed an order for a Venti Chai Latte through DoorDash for a total of $14.95. Unfortunately, the drink arrived with almost no chai flavor, and the whole milk tasted sour. Because I work on a locked inpatient unit, I am not permitted to leave my workplace to request a replacement, and security had to bring the delivery up to me. I requested compensation for the drink only, and they refused, sending me to DOOR DASH, who refused because I did not take a picture of the tainted item. I have been to a LOT of Dunkins during the busiest times of the morning and this Dunkin' is by far the worst one for service. I stopped doing the drive threw because it's supposed to be for quick orders not 3 dozen donuts four sandwiches and 4 cold coffee drinks. I would get my coffee and donut drive off get to the light and take a drink of my warm coffee that should be hot. I shouldn't have to check to see if my coffee is hot between 6-9 in the morning coffee shouldn't be sitting that long as busy as they are? Ordered Dunkin while leaving the Walmart in Prince Frederick, less than a mile away, arrived at Dunkin less than 2 minutes later. No one was in the drive through line, shocker. The first thing they handed us was my large room temperature "HOT" coffee with Hazelnut flavor that was a complete disaster with the coffee split all over it, didn't realize it was cold till we left. A large iced latte that was supposed to be a signature latte but we got that fixed, but still had to wait 5-10 minutes in the drive through for them to remake it. We get back to the house and I take a couple bites of my bacon egg and cheese croissant only to realize something didn't seem right. THE CROISSANT WASN'T EVEN COOKED!!! The sandwich was cold and looked as if the whole thing was dipped in bacon grease before being thrown in the wrapper. Save yourself the trouble and just got to Walmart buy some coffee grounds and chew on them for awhile and eat that risky gas station sushi as it will serve you better than whatever you would order from here. read more

I try and try not to give bad reviews because times are tough I know and everyone can have a bad day but it just hasn't gotten better. They started out good but this same drink has gotten worse and worse and just not worth me giving them the business. I'll drive farther to Starbucks or Wawa to get it. If I wanted a glass of milk I'd ask for a glass of milk. This is not the iced matcha latte that I used to love from them. No matcha taste at all. And no it's not all on the bottom as shown in pic 2. I moved to Prince Frederick last year and if you go here give yourself at least 15-20 minutes to get through the drive thru. While waiting in line I usually submit my order through the app so it's already gone into the system but this location would not connect to the app and allow ordering online. 2 year old is growing impatient, all he wants are his tater tots. This has to be the worse Dunkin I've been to, I pre ordered pick up a Saturday morning knowing it would be busy. I got there 5 mins after placing the order and was surprised to see at least 20 people in line and waiting for orders. There is not enough room for social distancing. About 3 mins later sandwich came then I asked about donut and was told it's there. She was right it was in a different spot and had no idea what the writing was on the bag because it did not resemble the number my order was. I got outside pulled away and pulled out my sandwich. Im not the one to write reviews but this Dunkin's location is ALWAYS I MEAN ALWAYS (like every other week) having problems with their espresso machine! it's very frustrating because the closest location from prince Fredrick is Dunkirk's Dunkin's. As far a Dunkins go, this one has been disappointing. Ive have munchkins 3 times from this location. The first time was when they just opened....munchins were soggy. Someone brought munchkins to me....they were soggy. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and got my kids munchkins this morning and they were soggy again. We ordered from the app which makes you pay first. We drove there and there were 17 cars in line. Apparently they are not quick. They weren't moving at all, so we went to park and there not a space available. This is not the first time this has happened in this location. We left without getting our order because we didn't want to wait a half hour. It seems like the order can be taken but they can't process them. Suggestion - hire someone over the age of 18 that wants to work, rent the place next door so you have more room to serve people and/or allow us to cancel an order on the app. We won't be coming back again.
