This was initially supposed to be a stopping point and it turned into a meal. I didn't want to eat too much as I knew I was going to be grabbing dinner later. I used the kiosk for ordering mostly because of the introvert in me, but overall it was because not a single staff person was at the counter. Ordered, took the table number, found a seat. It's odd being in this location. You can tell they did a remodel with the intention of creating a flow in here, but that completely backfired. It was evident that they intended for people to enter what was probably the front door at one point and make your way up to the counter for ordering. Having an aisle there and all and the Mobile Order pick up station initially put there. But it didn't work. When you have a parking lot by the side door people funnel in that way. Having minimum parking out front an it right up next to the drive thru lane kind of negated that entrance. So much so that they ended up getting shelves for Mobil Orders at the side door. While I was scoping out the place, my food arrived. I honestly thought they were going to shout my name when it was ready. But they brought it right to my table. Food was par for the course for a McDonalds. Not filling but it hits the spot to keep you going. read more

My boyfriend and I were driving through Prince Frederick and decided to eat at McDonald's for a quick meal. It was anything but. The store was not busy, we placed our order for 2 Quarter Pound Deluxe Meals at 2:10. Grabbed our table number and had a seat. We did not receive our order until 2:36 when I went to the counter to enquirer about the wait time. I was told by one employee that it was because the drink machine was down. Funny enough the family of 4 who ordered after us had their meals and drinks before us... everyone in drive thru was getting in and out. So, I see the manger on duty and ask her where my order is, she asked what it was and smiled at me and turned around...never came back. Finally a nice teen asked what I was waiting on and I told her and she said she was fixing it for me now. She apologized when she handed it to me. Management never came back. McDonald's is indeed "Fast Food". The service received was severely lacking and truly unacceptable. We don't live in the area but if ever traveling through again, we will not be stopping in. read more

do not go inside and eat if you only carry cash or your order taken by a worker. their customer service is terrible. i once went in with my sister to order a quick meal off the kiosk and tried paying with my card and it didn't go through making me have to pay through the register. i waited about 10 minutes and no one came over even though i made eye contact with all 3 managers on shift that day. i work at a different location in PA and leaned over the counter and just tapped and paid since no one would take my order. on top of that, if you go through drive through you wait 20 minutes for food and yoh always get pulled to line which i understand it's busy but it's the fact they never remember sauce, napkins and sometimes even things we order. do not come here. read more

Extremely difficult to understand person in drive thru. Order was wrong, and I told the person making drinks and they just looked at me. I was so frustrated at lack of customer service and not just fixing the issue rather hoping I accept their error. Turns out they left no straws in my bag so I had to go in anyway. Long line of people standing around and no employees to be seen, everyone was behind a 1/2 wall. No area with condiments, drink station, napkins or straws. I had to stick my head around the corner to get help. They looked at me like they did not understand a simple "I wasn't given straws, can I please get 3." Back when there was nothing at all in this county, there was this McDonald's. I think people just forgetting where they came from, or they implants that came after things got sweet. Look at the taco bell, that place done came and went. I've seen someone try to sell a pitbull puppy out of that drive thru back in the early 2000's. How can I grow up and then turn around and dump on the first place that gave me MC-anything? Especially when my mother invented the "we got McDonald's at home". This spots had it's ups and downs. Stopped in for the 2 fish sandwich deal also ordered a large fries and a drink. Was disappointed they don't have HiC orange drink anymore. The bread on the fish sandwiches use to be nice and soft and warm now they are kind of hard. read more

The food and service were really good. The employees when they forget anything in your order, 99% of the time they'll fix it. The place is mostly clean but it takes 20+ minutes to get your food. I gave this five stars because the employees are really nice. read more

Worse McDonalds ever. Went to the drive thru this morning. Placed my order. Paid. Went to window pickup and they gave me someone else's order. I then informed them of my order. Horrible horrible! How can a multi billion dollar franchise have so many issues. Whoever is running this particular location is FAILING big time. After waiting forever in drive thru line; finally order meals for our family of 5 just to be told at the end "uh we are out of sodas cuz our machine broken." Don't you think that's an important thing to mention PRIOR to ordering?! To make matters worse, we still had to PARK to wait for food AND 5 sweet teas (only drink option) After 5 minutes of waiting, a guy comes out with just 1 sandwich and nothing else. Not the rest of our food, not any of our drinks. When we said something to him he just stood there and said "uh I don't know anything about that." My fiancé literally had to say "well then you need to go back in there find out about it and bring out what we have paid for. Another SEVEN MINUTE WAIT.....I'll NEVER stop here again. I have never had a more frustrating experience with a drive thru as I did at this McDonald's. I put in a mobile order went into one of their drive thru lanes and watched the other line move (3 customers) without them ever even addressing me. At that point I asked into the speaker when I would get to order and was told that they only have one line open. They wouldn't take my order. I attempted to cancel my online order, but it was already paid so I was forced to drive all the way around and wait in the other line just to get my refund. When I got to the window and asked for a manager to get their corporate number to complain, both of the ladies (who were taking orders, in English, with no issue) pretended that they didn't speak any English at all. The vast majority of people in this area speak English, and only English. Hiring someone who doesn't speak any for a customer facing role in this area is baffling to me, but then again, these women seemed to speak English just fine until it was convenient to not speak it. I ended up going to a different location and having to pay more for my food, so I couldn't even get rid of the fistful of pocket change they gave me as a refund. I wonder if the guy who pulled into the "closed" lane after me is still there waiting to be helped. read more

I was missing the burger and sauces, and he actually argued with me about that. I had the receipt in my hand, with the bag open in front of him, but he "didn't think I was really missing anything."
