Location is easy to get to: It's actually connected to the gas station. I am NOT your normal coffee addict but I love Dunkin Donut coffee because it's smooth and flavorful. My favorite: small caramel coffee with 2 sugar and 2 cream. It's just heavenly perfect. Service is friendly and fast. I prefer to go inside instead of doing the drive through. I've went through the drive through 3 times and I found that the people who order takes too long to decide what to get. They always have a variety of donuts and donut holes. They just acted really annoyed with us when we were the only ones in the store and were super condescending like I was asking if the cloud latte had caffeine in it which I know is dumb but just wanted to make sure and she responded with "yeah it's coffee". And then when our orders were up they wouldn't say anything they'd just put it on the table and assume you'd notice and make sure it's yours and when I asked if it was mine she just told me well if you look at the numbers on your drink and the bag if they match it is yours. Like why couldn't you just tell me it's mine? They just seemed super inconvenienced and annoyed with us. If you don't like people, probably don't work in food service. Always interrupting me when I'm ordering and never lets me finish a sentence. They would know what I'm ordering and wouldn't have to ask so many questions if they would just let me finish. We go to this place about once a week, and service is always ok, not great but ok. Yesterday we ordered and drove away, when we each bit into our donuts, we looked at each other and said, they are not fresh, these are day old. We were there at about 9:00 in the morning. So, today I called and spoke with the manager, I told him we come there often and told him of our experience yesterday using the words, the donuts sucked yesterday and went on to explain why, he went off on me and for the whole 3-minute conversation, he never stopped talking, never..... when I spoke, he talked over me, I've never seen anything like it for any level employee. I said the donuts sucked yesterday, throughout the conversation he rather loudly claimed I said, he sucked, his store sucked, his employees sucked, he and his employees sucked and also his food and store sucked. It was crazy at best. He accused me of swearing at him, the word sucked is swearing to him, he said he was a Christian and how dare I say he sucked, etc...... I called corporate and filed a complaint and requested a call back from the "franchise person" We will never go to that or any "Dunkin" again, that's just unbalanced behavior right there. read more

During my one week visit to Wisconsin, I somehow managed to make it to this Dunkin Donuts twice. Go figure! But can you really blame me? Having grown up in a Wisconsin devoid of them, DD are still a bit of a novelty. This location is conveniently located off the freeway and fairly easy to get to. The staff was super friendly and chatty during our visits. The donuts of course were delicious and so were the cold icy drinks. Sadly, I cannot have coffee, but from what I can recall, it's tasty and addictive! I'm so happy a Dunkin Donuts is close to home when I get a chance to visit. I have never had an issue with this dunkin and have been a loyal customer of theirs for a couple years now. Unfortunately, I am extremely disappointed in their service today. The employees there need to be better equipped for when it gets busy. There were more than enough workers there this morning for there to be no issues. All I saw was chaos. Employees were running around frantically and the lady making the food was being obnoxious and rude. Everything seemed extremely disorganize. Ok, plus 5% for tax - no $4.45 is my total at the window. And one person in line. Maybe I shouldn't hold it against them... I'm gonna start this out by saying if i could give them 0 stars i would. i was in the drive through and i repeated my order 3 different times so they understood my very easy order. i then pull up to the window and see that i got the wrong drink. i then kindly tell them what my order was supposed to be and they rudely told me to pull into a parking space and they would bring it out to me. the lady that was bringing the drinks out didn't see me and so she walked back inside with my drink. i then walk into the dunkin only to hear the lady that was working the window saying nasty things about me and looked stunned once she saw my face and stopped immediately. i then took my drink and left. this was a horrible experience and i can promise you that i will never be returning. someone like her should not be working in customer service:) read more

Absolutely horrible service at this location. Ordered iced coffees and were sitting out in the front of the building waiting for our drinks for over 20 minutes. As I walk inside to see what is going on they are all standing around laughing and doing nothing, it took a few minutes for anyone to even see me. And once they did I said I was sitting outside waiting for my drinks and they said they ran out of ice and had a lot of drinks to make which there were only 3 people waiting for drinks. they need to tell people what is going on if they have issues like this because we were late going out of town Due to lack of communication. also the disrespect after I expressed how we wanted a refund was unreal from a management position. The drip coffee is one step ahead of hotel coffee. The latte came out of a machine and wasn't worth more than 2 sips. I gave it 2 stars I stead of 1 because the doughnut was decent. But I'm from the northwest, so maybe my coffee expectations are too high. read more

I don't know where these other reviewers ate, But My experience was almost a direct opposite. My wife and were taking a day trip to Madison and thought a fresh donut would be a perfect treat and convenient since we had to stop for gas as well. First It was LOUD, I don't know what was running in back but I literally couldn't hear anything but the white noise issuing from the kitchen area. I asked for custard filled and got vanilla cream, My wife got a non jelly filled jelly filled. Neither of our donuts were fresh or better than the what we could buy in a box at our local sentry foods. Not worth a stop at all. read more

Mediocre at best...we were here a Friday morning around 9:00 am and our experience wasn't great :( we waited in line about 20 minutes, ordered / breakfast meals and a half dozen donuts. The coffee wasn't great, surprisingly because usually DD coffee is awesome. Then, we open up the baggie to find hash brown packages not even half full (6round HB pieces apparently counted out per person) . The sandwiches on a scale of 1 to 10, I would give a 5. Mind you, they were very busy, but we still were not at all impressed. :( read more

Every time I go here the wait is 10-15 minutes. The service is friendly, spastically during the weekdays, however they need to hire more staff. The coffee is always great, I once ordered a latte that was 50% foam, wrote an email to their corporate office and the store manager called to apologize and rectify the situation. Ordered our drinks and then waited over 15 minutes for our drinks (didn't order anything special) five or six customers after us got what they ordered and left . Wonder why your overpriced coffee tastes so bad, and the doughnuts are like tasteless circles? It's because this Dunkin' Doughtnuts treats their employees so poorly! They deny them time off, refuse to provide benefits, and do not give them enough hours to support their families or even pay bills. That's why your food tastes so bad and the service is slow; management does not care about their "team", so you have dozens of young folks running helter skelter trying to meet unrealistic order times. Management changed about a year ago.downhill service ever since. Example, I order large coffee and a wake-up wrap, after 10 minutes I asked the manager about the order. They had lost it. This is the most irritating place to go through the drive-through. First it is that annoying "what are you drinking?". Then when you finally get to order, they can not give you the amount of the bill until you drive up to the window! Why NOT???? And yesterday when I was placing a larger order, I had gone into the store to order and pay for to avoid putting up with the annoyance of the place tomorrow morning. Then, today, I discovered that I needed to double the order and they could not be reached by phone all afternoon. I finally called the customer service department of the corporate office (after trying for over half an hour to call Plover office) and that person was very nice and took my order. I later returned home after work to hear a garbled message from "Jamie" who wanted me to call her cell phone. She spoke with so much of a mumbling voice that I had to listen 3 times to get her number. She did not even know what I was calling about when I did finally get her to answer her cell phone (she said she was running errands!) I wonder what I will find for my order when I go to pick it up in the morning. If the order was for me personally, I would just say "forget it" but have to pick it up as others are expecting it.There are other places to get donuts from that Dunkin Donuts is not worth the hassle.
