Izzy in the drive through was so nice and my drink was not only out fast but tasted amazing.

We stopped off on our way home. We have been here before and have always had excellent drive thru service. The place is still closed for walk-in so the line was very long thru the drive thru but. We had about 14 cars ahead of us but it moved along at a steady pace. My husband, who usually drinks black coffee saw a green drink on the menu board and decided to try the Pineapple Matcha iced drink. It had a flavor he wasn't expecting but he liked it. I took a drink and it was a refreshing pineapple with a hint of coconut. Kinda reminded me of a pina colada. For me, the not coffee lover, I stuck with my usual ice chai with almond milk. read more

3rd time in there and NONE of the employees even acknowledged your presence. After 20 minutes I said excuse me and they literally turned their backs to me. This is the worst place I've been as far as service goes. Rude people and SLOW SLOW SLOW service. read more

No washroom. Told to go to gas station or Panda Express. If I spend five dollars for a cup of coffee, there should at least be a washroom to use. It used to be a great spot on road trips to Northern Wisconsin. Guess I will have to find a new place. read more

Crossroads in point have been really good over the years but the last month has been HORRIBLE. Some employees have been very snobby and rude (probably managers) and just not worth putting up with anymore. I recommended the Starbucks location at Division St. in Stevens Point. An average Starbucks that seems to be overly crowded with people whom are reading books, chatting, or sipping on their drinks. Once you enter through the front door, people are standing in line or are they waiting for their drink? I can never tell. It's disorganized and cluttered with advertisements. This establishment is part of a strip that's connected to a hair cutting salon and frozen yogurt shop. There's also a drive thru which is awesome so you don't have to get out of your car during those cold Wisconsin days. It's the ONLY Starbucks in the area so I gave it a 3-stars. Service is not too bad. Location is nice. I work close by so it's nice to drop by during break to grab a drink or two. read more

I hate to say this, but if you've been in one Starbucks you've been in them all. I must say though, that as far as this one goes they need to hire a new cleaning crew. Seriously, the floor is quite dirty and the bathrooms need some serious attention. No soap, dirty floors, everything else in this place needs a scrubbing, but a dirty bathroom is really laziness. After waiting more than 20 minutes in line in my car to order I was greeted with, "Welcome to Starbucks's...we are closed! We closed one mniute ago at 5pm!" When I mentioned I had waited more than 20 minutes to order they just turned off the order point. Great customer service! read more

This is a solid Starbucks. The staff are friendly and helpful. I always like to test the staff by asking them to make me a recommendation for a drink based on my coffee preferences. If they get nervous and default to the typical "caramel latte", I'm a little disappointed. But the staff here were eager to make me a novel suggestion and asked me to let them know if I did like it. The store is clean and the bathrooms are well kept. Free wi-fi, power outlets, and plenty of parking, can't really ask for much more. read more

Always one of my favorite Starbucks for quick service and to plug-in while working remotely... but today was a little different. While catching up on some emails, and enjoying a cold brew, I overheard the manager talking to some of her employees and was overly impressed with her leadership and managerial skills. To be honest, the atmosphere and coffee was fine. However, I had to wait literally 20 minutes for the drink I ordered. The two baristas literally just stood there and did nothing for about fifteen minutes. They kept looking at me and kind of gave me the stink eye. I watched them literally go and stand in the back room for like ten minutes. They just stood in there and talked, they weren't even like looking at anything. Only go to this Starbucks if you have at least a half an hour to waste on one drink. read more

I am a huge fan of Starbucks, and love the company. Sadly this location has disappointed me multiple times on how they treated me in the drive though. Not only did I get treated poorly, the girl rolled her eyes at me and was making fun of how she couldn't understand me. I wish I could of got her name. It got only worse when my bill was 27.00, and I handed her a 50.00. She told me she couldn't accept that amount of money. Being a precious worker, I know she is able too and that it just takes her a little extra time. Once I finally got my drinks (it took 15 minutes) they were melted and incorrect. I hope that this location improves and they hire nicer people. On the bright side, it's a quick and easy location to get a quick coffee and right next to the interstate and shopping. read more

The Baristas are not very nice and the drinks never taste quite right. The atmosphere is a bit cramped but it is clean inside.

Only go to this Starbucks if you have 15-20 mins to wait for a drink. The wait, wether in drive thru or inside is always incredibly long.

Don't be fooled by the outside - looks like just another Starbucks. Cleanest and friendliest Starbucks I've been to, with one of the best seating areas I've seen. Incredibly friendly and quick baristas. The ambience here is amazing. read more

The only reason I can actually give a 2 is because no one has ever been rude to me customer service wise... however the quality of the drinks as opposed to ANY other Starbucks that I've been to is significantly lower. This is on numerous occasions at various times in the day. It's also been custom orders and selections from the menu. Everything I've gotten from here has been awful. For example, today I ordered a triple mocha frapp. What I received tasted like whipped ice with chocolate drizzle on top. No flavor at all. Its the same with anything I order. I go to the one on Division and everything tastes great! So idk what the difference is but I wouldn't recommend this one. read more

Friendly workers-- very hospitable. I think I've only had one mistake here, and they were quick to get it resolved. The atmosphere is nice. It's a great place to meet up with a friend or to sit and write a paper. I love the iced green tea and upside down caramel macchiato best. Scones, muffins, and biscotti are always a good pick. read more
