Service is way to slow. Get your act together! while the food and food and all and the ambiance I see due to being in a Gas station is expected. You would think the drive through would be better. The Dunkin Donuts currently getting renovated on East Road does a better job then this. In all honesty this is only worth 1/2 a star but can't give that Train your staff better to be prepared for morning rushes. If you have nowhere to be and don't mind wasting some of the little time you have left on earth sitting in a drive-thru window being asked 50 questions about what you ordered and waiting and waiting and waiting, then this Dunks is for you. Literally drove away from the window after 15 minutes of waiting. And this was 10: 45 am on Wednesday, So it wasn't like a morning rush or anything. And it's not like it's the best coffee in town anymore. It's gone way downhill in the last couple of years. I used to look forward to getting coffee here, but with the time it takes to navigate the transaction it's just not worth it. It's become tantamount to sitting in the doctor's office when they're running behind and the only thing available to entertain you is one 30-year-old "Highlights" magazine while you wait for a prostate exam. So first of all when I walked into the store, I saw two workers out of three, without gloves, making our drinks, and touching our donuts without gloves! There are lazy and stupid, the worker that took my order was making my food on, Friday August 2nd, at around 2:15, idk his name, but he had a beard and he was short. This drive thru is the absolute worst. Customer service is terrible. Takes forever. Walk in service is no better. I've ordered on my app a few times and no matter how long I wait to go in to order it us NEVER ready. Went this morning and got a hot signature latte in drive up was handed a literally half full medium cup but paid full price. Will not go back. Save yourself money, time and aggravation DO NOT GO HERE. Dunkin Donuts corporate should be shutting this franchise down. Gives them a really bad name. read more

This is a regular experience for me here so shame on me for continuing the punishment. Anyway, here's my typical experience here at this crappie location. Wait forever to even be served. Once engaged the service is terrible, staff is snappy and short, they act like they're doing me a huge favor making me a shitty coffee. Not to mention that the coffee is gross half the time. The other half it's decent but it's coffee and that's their main product so it should be good all the time. Well, after 400 miserable experiences, I figured it was perhaps time to make my displeasure publicly known. I am deeply conflicted as to which is worse at this point- the incredibly mediocre coffee they peddle, or the simply dismal service I've experienced here. I think I'll go with the service. Ever wanted to order a plain bagel and a black coffee and have someone mess it up? Look no more. Also, I never seem to get a straw. My favorite thing about this location, however, is the look of deep disgust you get along with your shoddily made order. I'd like to take this moment, and this platform, to formally apologize to the employees here for having the audacity to get a coffee in the morning. This location has the absolute rudest, ignorant, and unintelligent young lady that works mornings on the weekdays at the window. She is the reason I will NEVER EVER EVER go back. She consistently forgets to give me my food, gives me the wrong order, charges me the wrong price. ALWAYS served with a side of attitude. That's what Plaistow needs, a few more Dunkin Donuts stores. They do okay, but they need an express line. If you go in there looking for a cup of coffee it takes forever because there's always someone in front of you ordering breakfast. Or getting a box of donuts for the office and having to decide as slowly as possible what flavors would be best. It's also a convenience store and a gas station, as long as you're not looking for convenience. At least they're open at 6:30 in the morning when I need caffeine. read more

I want to donkeypunch myself for attempting to go to this location again, after I boycotted them a year ago. The drive thru is freakin joke! There were two people in front of me. At the head of the line (at the drive thru window) an SUV, behind him was a limo, then there's me. Ummmm it took awhile, so much so that the limo legit maneuvered around the SUV and just plum took off. I was sitting at the order window and overheard the conversation of one of the employees, obv. the one with the headset. She was like totally chatting it up with the people in the SUV up front and completely neglecting everything else. When they finally took my ONE order request they told me to come up to the window. They then told me they couldn't make my order do to not having anymore wraps for their "snack wraps," so I just ordered something else. I drove off, opened my food and it was wrong! Are you people for real?!?!?! ONE ORDER and you f*ck it up (as always). Worst Dunkins I have ever been to, hence why I stopped going there for a year. This place has gone down hill. I live not even a minute away and use to go here everyday. Not only did I go my fiancé went everyday as well. Nothing is worse in the morning than getting a terrible terrible TERRIBLE coffee or a wrong order. Sam Kerri and rose were the best workers you had and you got rid of two of them. Kerri and Sam and rose every single day knew my order and my finances order. They were personable and always up beat. Now all you have is young kids with nasty attitudes and none of them can make a coffee except for rose. I tell them EXACTLY how to make it and they still eff it up....every single time!!!! I will no longer go to this dunkin donuts....I will drive the 5-10 minutes to another dunkins or heavenly donuts. They deserve negative stars! This location has the rudest, most ignorant 'manager' I've had the experience of dealing with. She would make me disgusting coffees and when I told her that they were wrong I got a nasty attitude as she made it a great big ordeal that she had to re-make the coffees. I'm not talking burnt coffee or not enough sugar, I mean wrong flavors (I ordered Mocha, not caramel) , no sugar at all, coffee grinds in my ice coffee. When another employee offered to make my coffees because the 'manager' was dealing with a customer purchasing like 10 gift cards, she screamed at the employee. After two years of paying for atrocious coffee (I like the convenience of making all my stops at one store) I finally told her, simply, she made my coffee like *crap* everyday and I wouldn't mind someone else making it because I swear she was doing it on purpose. She proceeded to call me a bitch, and now when I go in there she stays far away from me, but makes it a point to tell other employees that I'm a bitch. Enough was enough, and I called her operations manager to complain. He promised that he would do some "investigating" and call me back on Monday. That was 3 weeks ago, and although I've called him twice, and left a voice mail, he's yet to call me back, so obviously he tolerates this behavior. As much as I agree with the phrase "America runs on dunkin", when I'm in Plaistow I'll take my money to Honey Dew or Starbucks, where they seem to have no problem making my coffee the way I want. read more
