But this BR is missing a star because the gentleman that served me had his pants lower so I could see his underware, and not just some of his underware, the entire back end of his underware. I order donuts and coffee for the office quite frequently. I usually call ahead and my order is ready when I get there. Today the phone message stated they were not accepting calls. I went in person, expecting to wait, but not expecting the horrible service and rude employees. The people ahead of me kept returning to the counter because their order was wrong. I placed my order along with a coffee to drink while I waited. I paid for my purchase and the cashier began helping the next person in line. I asked about my coffee and she informed me she was trying to help the man before me. What? She then treated me like an idiot. Forgot the box of coffee I ordered. This is a new building so of course it was very clean. The staff was very friendly and patient with my children who were having a hard time making up their minds on what they want. I was very disappointed in their lack of options at 9:45 in the morning. Their case of donuts was only half full and most of them were the up charge ones. Also, all of the ones that were supposed to have been iced had very little icing. We will definitely try it again as I always give a restaurant two trips before making a final judgement, but if I'm closer to Krispy Kreme on 9th then I will just go there..... This place is clean and the donuts are good. My mom says that hers were tasteless and bland. They fit her description of 'donut' and that's it. Nothing she would pull over for again. Midway through ordering our donuts, the guy forgot what we had just said and we started again. We also ordered sugar free vanilla iced coffees. When we went to pick up our coffees they were not sugar free. The lady was nice about remaking them. When we sat down and tried them there was no flavoring in them at all. When we opened the box to eat our donuts the boy had given us the wrong donuts. We had already spent too much time in there ordering and reordering so we ate what was in the box and left. My wife and I are die Hard Dunkin Donuts coffee fans. We have been for many years. This store is the worst I have ever been too. If you are into getting the worst coffee you can get , than this is the place for you. We were visiting my daughter and son-in-law this weekend here in Pensacola and not only did we give this place a second chance but a third chance and still the coffee was horrendous. All the drinks are watered down too. I was thinking that they first made a mistake and gave me some sort of snow-flake tea but nope it's their coffee. If you see a kid named Tony there then your guaranteed to get the worst coffee that that store can produce. The management needs to spot check their workers and how they make their drinks because I think 2/3 of them just wing it! Seek coffee else where!!! I have been to this location numerous times and had varying experiences. Today, my husband tried to order a cold brew, the employees stated she didn't have any because she didn't know how to make it. I ordered an iced hazelnut coffee with light cream and no sugar. It was loaded with cream and even more sugar. I like sweet, but this was not even drinkable. I asked if I could get a new one without any sugar at all (as I already asked). She made it, but I could still see a quarter inch high ring of sugar at the bottom and with one sip received a mouthful of sugar crystals. In addition, we had a coupon from a fundraiser coupon book and the employee told us to return the next day as she didn't know how to use it. I have visited many Dunkin' Donuts but this particular location stands out as it was very clean and the employees were very welcoming. It was a perfect stop on this July day for a great cup of Iced coffee. The iced coffee was on point, it was very refreshing, and the lemon filled donut I ordered was very fresh. My buddy ordered a Boston cream filled donut he said it was very delicious. I would definitely recommend you coming to this Dunkin' Donuts if you're in the area and are looking for a great location to get some coffee and dessert this is the spot. The restrooms are also worth mentioning they were very clean almost spotless. Overall very happy to spend my money there. read more

This place is absolute garbage. I decided to go today with my nephew that was visiting out of state to get donuts. As we got there they were semi busy as usual for breakfast time. As I ordered donuts I was asked to step to the side to pick my donuts. As I was picking my dozenbtbat I ordered the big hefty African American lady( forgot her name) started giving me the stimg eye as if maybe she was having a bad day or something. As I was l was picking 2 at a time the lady kept making stupid remarks about me taking too long, I need to hurry up, I'm wasting her time, she has spent 10 mnutes on me deciding when I spend about 2 minites deciding because my nephew didn't know what he wanted and nobody behind me even ordered donuts and everyone was already manning a station. So after listening to her last comment I got agitated, especially since it was directed towards a child that couldn't decide as fast as she wanted too. I told her to take a deep breath and relax. She started raising her voice at me and saying I'm wasting her time that I should've went to another Dunking. I clearly sense that she hated her job and proceeded to tell her of she didn't like her job at all to just quit. She could find a better job that pays more than 8 bucks an hr. I proceeded to say that k you and left and she was sarcastically saying bye, byeee as I left never again will I step foot at this store. The donuts were fresh surprisingly so at least I had that lol. Not good. I had an ice coffee and the milk/cream must have been spoiled - it was so nasty tasting! I have had iced coffee at other locations and it was good. There doughnuts were old tasting as well. They don't know the AARP special either. Disappointed. read more

Recent ealry Sat morning visit they were out of nearly all the donuts. Apparently they didnt get a delivery....the list of "we out of that" was long one, including donuts, iced coffee, bagles, eggs.....drive thru service was complete kaos with employee yelling at other employees about the different orders...drive thru customers came inside demanding refunds after ordering and waiting 20 minutes just to be told they were out of items...front counter girl was sweet but it was clear she had no training, no clue how to use the register or knew the menu....DD Corp needs to revoke this franchise... read more

This is by far the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. My order of a regular coffee with cream and sugar gets messed up at least 50% of the time that I go to this location. Also, this location has quite possibly the slowest drive thru time I have ever experienced. No matter what time of day it is, no matter how busy(or not busy) they are....it takes forever to receive my order. Now that I think about it, I don't think I have ever had them pass me my coffee thru the drive thru window, I always have to pull my vehicle forward and wait an eternity for an employee to bring my one coffee out to me, only to discover that my order is wrong. read more

This location deserves negative star ratings. I only bother with this location because it's on my way to work, but after this last experience, no more! People BEWARE this location if you pay for anything by debit or credit card!!! They swiped my debit card for my order in the drive thru, then claimed it was declined. No reason for my card to decline, so they swiped it again. Voila, it went through. I found out after checking my online banking later that day that my card was charged twice for the same order. I went back to the store on my way home from work, just to have the cashier ask me what I wanted done. I wanted to not be charged twice for the same order is what I want! She took my name and number and said she'd have the manager call me. Guess what? 4 days later, NOBODY'S bothered to call me!!! Now I've had to waste time disputing the charge with my bank, stupid for the small amount but it's the principle that they charged me twice then won't even be bothered to make it right. I'm done with this place. I gave them chances time and time again, they never have any donuts and 9/10 the staff is unprofessional but again, it's on my way to work, but I won't be going there any longer. You want fresher donuts and better service? Go to the location on Airport. If I didn't go completely in the other direction for work, I'd gladly go out of my way to go to THAT location...they actually have donuts in stock & they're never nasty! read more

Coming from New England where Dunkins are everywhere and a huge chain I can say that the Dunkins down here are honestly a disgrace. When I pay to get a cold brew I would actually like to have a coffee flavor, not pure disgusting sugar water without any hint of coffee what so ever. Additionally normal iced coffee shouldn't taste like cigarette ash and charcoal. I'm not sure what the problem with Dunkin' Donuts here is but they're probably not training their staff well because every coffee I've had has been watered down and disgusting when they actually get the order right which is usually by the third attempt. I would highly recommend not wasting your money or time waiting here for this poor excuse for coffee. read more

If there was a zero rating, I would have used it! This morning at 9:15 (Thursday) I bought 6 different types of donuts. When I arrived home, they were all wet and some of the icing was melted. Yuck. This place is terrible and the employees have screwed up my order way too many times. I go to this location because it is close to me, but i will be going the extra distance just to get service and food that doesn't suck. The employees are terrible. I often get 2 egg and cheese wake up wraps from dunkin'. When i was taking my order i said "i'll have 2 egg and cheese wake up wraps and that's all" 30 seconds later she then says "i'm sorry give me just a second" then a few minutes later she asks me my order again, so i tell her. She asks me one more time and i still said 2 egg and cheese wake up wraps and that's all. finally i went to the window and an african worker says "what you get again bacon wraps?" i said no i got 2 egg and cheese wake up wraps. Right after that the girl who took my order asked me again what i ordered. Seriously? what's so hard about 2 egg and cheese wake up wraps. not to mention i was the only car there. I got there a little bit before 4:30 and did not leave till 4:50. i was late to work because of their poor service. After the girl had asked me AGAIN what i ordered she told me to pull upfront. 20 minutes later she finally comes out with my food and says "i am sooo sorry i accidentally made bacon croissants instead of what you ordered" so i grabbed my food and left. not having any time i did not check my food until i got to a red light to realize that i had 2 bacon and egg wraps with NO cheese. i do not eat bacon but i was hungry so i removed the bacon and took a bite but the entire wrap was ice cold. So throughout this whole process of just trying to grab a "quick" bite before work caused me to be late, waste my money, and continue to remain hungry. read more
