I order almost the same thing every time and they can't seem to pay attention to the cheese being changed on my items and when asked to fix things they tend to have attitudes so I don't even bother asking them anymore. I was recently told that my complaints have been coming directly to the manager Lisa Demers email and that if I have that many complaints then I should take my business to Mobile Highway which keep in mind is not convenient at all for me but it may be worth the drive if they don't treat me horrible and can actually make my items right. read more

The employees at this dunkin' donuts are amazing. Today I was supposed to meet some friends at this dunkin' donuts to have a coffee, donuts, and knit/felt. Things did not go as planned. My friend S, got there before me. When I walked in, the employees were taking care of her. She had passed out and hit her head on the floor. Latonya was right next to her making sure she didn't fall out of the chair they had helped her into. As I talked to S, she suddenly passed out again and became unresponsive. Latonya caught her and made sure she didn't fall out of the chair. She then yelled for her co-worker, I believe it was Casey, to call for an ambulance. Mindy was also helping at this time. When S came around we kept her in that chair and I took over making sure she didn't fall out of it. I could hear Casey telling the dispatcher exactly what had happened and any additional pertinent information that was asked of us. Some other customers arrived while this was all going on. Impressively enough they did greet the other customers as they came in and said "we will be with you shortly. We're having a medical emergency. * Our other friends had showed up, we took care of S till the ambulance and her husband showed up. Allowing them to go back to work; however, Latonya, Casey and Mindy all kept checking in on us. Asking if we needed water or wet towels. Asking how our friend was. They also kept checking to see if they could see the ambulance coming since they took a bit to show up. Once my friend was off to the ER, I was able to talk to the employees and get everyone's names. Because they went above and beyond what is required of a cafe employee. I also decided since I was already there I was going to get the donut I had come for in the first place. THat donut was amazing. Super tasty and moist. This is definitely the Dunkin donuts I will be coming back too. Having been to all four of the area, I think it's the best, but I might be biased. read more

We got here and there was 2 ladies at the counter and it appeared that they were training.... That's not the issue... the issue is we stood there 4 of us and neither of them even acknowledged that we existed. A simple hello, we will be right with you. We stood there for a good 5-6 minutes before they said something to us! Not even the drive thru had a vehicle. Finally we get to order, to find out that they were out of the crunch for the butter pecan crunch frozen coffee.... The Dunkin' run (advertised as M/L/XL coffee) get a good item at discount meal price. But apparently the frozen COFFEE doesn't count for "coffee" on the deal..... Anyhow, ordered the raspberry watermelon refresher sorry we don't have raspberry. Ok can we get a Gatorade (sign says bottle drinks and listed Gatorade) - oh sorry don't have Gatorade. Another lady, who came on after us tried to order mocha something... oh sorry we're out of mocha. So we finally find menu items that we can order and they have.... But the muffin was cold and the donut holes were cold... we requested to warm them up. If you purchased a fund rays savings book this location will not honor it. I was told at the drive through the manager decided not to accept these anymore because it couldn't be scanned. There is a PLU number on it but she didn't seem to care. When I asked to speak to that manager, Christy (employee number 329470) the assistant manager (she is the person ringing me up) gets an attitude. So I just pay for my meal and pull forward as asked. Get home with our food and my daughter attempts to eat the driest donut known to mankind. I filed a report with customer service to begin the refund process. Waiting at the drive through for 15minutes without anyone saying anything besides please wait. Finally was told to come to window where I waited 5 more minutes. After the employee finally opened the window I asked for the coffee I wanted and they didn't even have it in stock. I'm pretty sure the dude just didn't want to make it. Been here twice and both times has been a joke of an experience. If you've never been to a Dunkin' Donuts before, that's your loss. For a national chain, they are serving up a very good product. While vacationing (RV'ing) in Pensacola, Florida, I woke up early one morning. Since everyone was still asleep, I opted to Yelp out the closest donut shop and go pick up a dozen for the family. Upon my arrival, I was impressed with how clean the parking lot and drive thru were and this "clean theme" was also evident inside as well. The staff was super friendly (New Orleans please take note) and the selection was very impressive. I simply got an assorted dozen for the family (8 glazed, 2 chocolate glazed & 2 glazed jelly) but treated myself to a large coffee and three sour cream donuts. Yeah you heard me right, I ate three donuts, and polished them off like they were donut holes. The sour cream donuts were awesome, and I am very particular about these donuts as they are my favorites. After a 10 minute ride back to the RV, I popped them in the microwave for 15 seconds and was rewarded with a sugary bliss. Kudos for Dunkin' serving up some mighty fine coffee too. However, I let them put the cream in my coffee and should have done it myself, as it as was nearly as milky as a cup from Café Du Monde in the New Orleans French Quarter. My wife ate the glazed jelly, took one bite and said it was a "no-go". I took a bite and completely agree that the glazed jelly donuts, at least at this location, need a little refining. The jelly was very synthetic tasting and there was not nearly enough. Also, the dough had a funny consistency. It needed to be more like a glazed donut, but was fluffier. It just didn't work for me. Ordered a midnight coffee on the mobile app for in store pick up. As I walked in, my shoes stuck to the sticky floor wherever i went. I tasted the coffee that was supposedly my order, but when I tasted it I realized it wasn't what I ordered so I asked for the correct coffee. We frequently receive wrong orders and bad tasting coffee, not like the coffee is bad but it tastes like they had just cleaned the machine and chemicals were mixed in it. I regularly see donuts that are barely covered in frosting and look like someone made them while they were drunk or high. Today I ordered a jelly donut and the result was this sugared bread bun with nothing in the middle. The small drop of jelly on the outside of the hole was more than what was inside. DO NOT GO HERE!! I've been stationed in Pensacola for the past 7 months and this Dunkin has done nothing but let me and my wife down, we come back thinking it'll be better and it never is. Between never having anything in stock, and the coffee being less than mediocre, and it's NOT the fault of the staff. This is a management issue, no matter how early or late I come to this Dunkin they never fail to be out of at least one item I want to order. Whether it be bagels, or a flavoring, or Sweet tea, or cream cheese, there is always something. Whoever runs this place needs to reconsider their decision in the food industry or figure out how to keep their Dunkin in stock. This is by far the worse Dunkin I've ever been to, and from now on will take the extra 10 minutes to drive to another Dunkin crossing my fingers their management knows how to run a coffee shop. At this point I feel bad for the staff that work here because they have no other choice than to attempt to alter what they do have in stock, to make it work for their customers. Then comes up to the counter and says "what do you want" no hi, welcome, sorry for the wait. Ordered some donuts and my wife wanted one of there salted caramel lattes that was plastered all over the store and menu. The answer... "oh we stopped making them". Last straw we where done. Walking out passed an employee with half their underwear hanging out of there pants. I guess I should have checked my order before I left, but I was under the impression that the employees do that. First they tried to give my donuts to the customer in front of me, and then they went back inside and gave them to me. Didn't say "sorry about that" "have a nice day" or "thank you" didn't say anything. I don't know what happened but they have very little icing, and half of them are UPSIDE DOWN! First time having DD. I know, I know I'm behind. Just came in for a half dozen . My husband and I both got 3 a piece. I have no self control when it comes to dounuts. I ended up having one blueberry glazed, cinnamon, and chocolate frosted. The blueberry was by far my favorite out of the three. My husband loves the crumb cake dounuts so he got one of those, a cinnamon, and a sugar. Very good all around. Just wish we would've came a bit earlier because they seemed a little dry. Nothing a big cold glass of milk can't fix . The staff was very friendly and helpful. The store itself was clean and well maintained. I'm sure we will be back :) read more

I was here almost a year ago and it wasnt a good experience, but I gave it another couple of tries this month and I was pleasantly surprised!! The jelly donuts are full of jelly (the way all donut shops are judged) and the coffee is real good. We enjoyed sitting on the patio as a nice start to the morn.
