Mahalo, Valerie and Frank for being so kind and taking care of us this morning. The drive-through was closed so I did have to step inside today which wasn't a bad thing because I got to meet new people in the community. I was able to try a little bit of everything. I'm serious. I took a bite of every doughnut and I'm not sorry about it. The fruit punch doughnut was very interesting. Not sure if I would order it again. My favorites will always be chocolate anything! Thank you again for the great service and for the hospitality. I will be back. Oh, and the coconut limeade was DELICIOUS! They also have amazing tumbler merch that is very substantial for only $16.99!!! read more

As a Massachusetts girl and proud Milspo, Dunkin' has always been a little piece of home for me -- and this location has truly made Hawaii feel a little less far away. My kids and I look forward to our morning coffee and donuts, and the staff here are some of the kindest people I have ever met. They always go above and beyond with their customer service, not just for me, but for my kids too. They even know my kids by name, which means so much to us and makes every visit feel personal and welcoming. People need to remember they are on an island and shipments come by boat. Yes, sometimes things run out or there's a wait because they are busy -- but I would gladly wait an extra 5 minutes for the correct order and genuine kindness. The team here works hard and it shows. I've worked in the restaurant industry before, and I think before leaving negative comments people should try putting themselves in the employees' shoes for a moment. These workers deal with long lines, busy mornings, shortages, and still continue showing kindness and patience every day. A little understanding and grace can go a long way. Thank you for making our mornings brighter and for making our time here feel a little more like home. We appreciate you all so much! read more

Never coming here again, never have anything stocked and always have signs up that their inventory for the ENTIRE drink menu is out. Then they rush you to order while you are trying to think of what they even have left to even order. Next stop McDonald's. read more

Pearl City location was understaffed. Employees were prioritizing the drive-thru and nobody was at the register. Had problems trying to order via the kiosk, left after 5 minutes to order from somewhere else when nobody was around to take our order. read more

Dunkin' - At least they warned us that there wouldn't be any service - Donuts Near Me - Pearl City, Hawaii

This location prioritizes their drive-thru customers over those that take the time to park and walk into the store. Customer service is basically non-existent. A sign posted at the register instructed us to place our order on the kiosk. Had to place our order 3 times before realizing they were out of croissant breakfast sandwiches and seasonal iced latte drinks. Finally we just ordered a box of 1 dozen donuts, which shouldn't take 10 minutes to prepare. We watched the worker ignore us and continue making beverages and another employee walk to the front register, twice, while we stood there like chopped liver. It wasn't until I stood at the pick up counter when someone finally asked if we were waiting for something. By the time we got our order, the cars that were in the drive-thru when we got there had already left. Will not be returning to this location. read more

The workers here are nice and friendly however they are chronically understaffed! Sometimes they are so busy you have to order at the kiosk because there is no one to run the register. 1/2 dozen donuts will cost u about $14 and the drive thru is very convenient. My coffee always tastes great and there is a large selection of donuts. Not my favorite donut spot but will do in a bind or on the go. Space is clean and parking is plentiful. read more

I don't like my coffee watered down so I ALWAYS order my iced coffee with light ice even at McDonald's. And, I know I've asked for "light ice" from here many times before. Today, I was told "according to the video, it's company policy to not fill the cup to the top when requesting light ice". I guess this is a new policy, idk. But here's today's cup of coffee. Medium peppermint mocha iced coffee with "light ice" - $ 5.02. I guess they'll go bankrupt filling it up with half a cup of coffee. (4 oz. of boiled water poured over half a keurig pod of ground coffee beans) BUT, if they were to put half a cup of frozen water, called ice, then it's all good, they will stay afloat and the business will survive!!!! It leads me to wonder, after every 18 minutes, what do you do with the left over coffee? What do you do with the left over coffee at the end of the day? Do you put it in the fridge and serve it the next morning? OR do you get rid of it? I thought it was company policy to brew fresh coffee every 18 minutes. So in reality, it's okay to dump the old coffee every 18 minutes or at the end of the day but God forbid you fill a cup up with a measly 4 oz. Honestly, maybe they might lose their job over it OR worst case scenario, the company will go belly up ALL because of half a Keurig pod of ground coffee beans that they would use to make half a cup of coffee, which may be discarded within the next 20 minutes or at the end of the day. Yeah, so..... maybe it's best they save their water and half a Keurig pod of coffee beans. read more

Besides the fooding being often lackluster or too sweet as a whole, I ordered a half dozen donuts this morning as a lazy "I'm peckish" breakfast and two whole donuts were missing! Despite being an order through Uber, this was a complete issue with the location itself, not the courier party. You can CLEARLY see there's no grease/oil spots where the two missing donuts should have been, proving the store shorted me, and without notice through the program or letting the driver tell me directly. And no swap or substitution was made in the event the two donuts I am short were out. Staff is friendly, but being nice doesn't make up for being incompetent. Harsh words, but there is often some form of issue I come across here. Find a local donut store to switch to, or go to Starbucks. Cheaper and better in every way. read more

Fathers Day last flag football game of the season... a surprise the dad's with pupus was being planned by the moms and coincidently the dads were planning grilling: fun after game pot luck this past Sunday. Dunkin's Munchkin donut holes is what I came up with. Picked up two boxes of 25 each. One assorted and one only glazed. Was tickled to see those 6 year old kiddies help themselves to them. This one is located by Cherry On Top and Ramen Ya complex. Tried calling several times on the drive over without luck. Walked in and there was a sign they were shorthanded to use the kiosk behind. Couldn't figure out how to order the box with all glazed so waited at the counter. Asked a informative bakery staff member pushing a cart behind the register if any nuts cuz at least one of the little guys had a nut allergy. Yes! No nuts in batter of yeast donuts. Another employee started one of my boxes and another one did my 2 nd box and rang me up multitasking answering phone orders at the same time. First time to that location which was perfect as on the way to Salt Lake park saved us driving to airport location cuz Pearlridge branch didn't open til 10 am. read more

First time there. I actually went through the drive thru at 9:00am. The drive thru menu is very simple and easy to read. I just ordered an assortment of donuts and coffee. It was a really easy and fast. The salesperson on the speaker was polite and patient. I tried the donuts and it was fresh and tasty. Each had a unique taste if it's own. I didn't get a chance to look inside the store but the drive thru was convenient and fast. read more

Free coffee for a week... thank you! Via email, I got an invitation from Dunkin' Donuts (because they want me to return), so I went to the Pearl City location. It's a clean, cozy takeout establishment with a drive-through. Gabby (the shift leader) was the friendly, helpful, efficient cashier who patiently waited while I updated my app. She took a look at my email (to make sure that the offer wasn't expired) and asked if I wanted my Coffee flavored. She said they're "not like Starbucks"... LOL! I asked about non-dairy creamer - there's none - so, I asked for Mocha flavor. Since I was there, I also got Avocado Toast with bacon and a chocolate frosted Donut with sprinkles... yum yum! The Toast was crunchy, and the Donut was soft and not too sweet! I also tried the mobile ordering on the app and got a Breakfast Empanada for just $2.00! Woot woot! The sausage in it was a tad bit spicy, and the crust was warm and flakey! Nom nom! Check your Dunkin' app for deals! read more

Probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Not once, but twice but the same guy. The first time he was just sassy and rude. This second time, he was annoyed when I walked in while he was transferring donuts to a different tray and I was waiting to order. He says "can I help you?" I tell him my ONE drink order and he inputs it, tells me my total and then continues to do what he was doing. When the girl brought my order, I told her "oh sorry it was blended" he over heard, looks at me and says "you need to be more specific there's a difference between caramel craze and (whatever the other drink was that he said" I said "I asked for it frozen?" He doesn't say anything and turns his back towards me while the nice lady continues to make me the drink I asked for. I didn't get his name but he heavy set, with a beard, and was working 7/31 at 6:30pm! Rude af and never want to deal with that kind of customer experience again. Terrible service on his part read more

Visited Dunkin Donuts at Pearlridge mall for some jelly filled munchkins! The store was clean and well lit. The trays were full of choices and the counter person smiled but clearly wanted me to hurry up with my choices lol. Typical Dunkin' Donuts in the Pearl city/Manana shopping area near Foodland Farms and CVS. Free parking, small shop if you walk-in. Huge plus is the drive-thru window! Service is pretty fast and staff is friendly. Donuts are sometimes fresh and sometimes mediocre (like you can tell they were sitting a while). I was disappointed by the valentine donut, a deformed heart with sloppy frosting (didn't give that to my partner)! Drinks are ok, the iced coffees are good but they're usually out of the unique flavors that I like (mint, blueberry, etc.). read more

This is not my regular Dunkin' location even though they're closer to me because they're CONSTANTLY out of everything. This last time they had no espresso so that meant no espresso based beverages (lattes, cappuccino, etc.) and the selection of donuts is usually very limited. Even with an empty drive thru, they still rush you. I thought these were issues associated with the start of a new shop, but a few years in and they still haven't sorted these issues out. read more

This location is my new brunch hotspot! I work in the vicinity, so it's also super accessible to me, however, they are super expedient and very kind here! They're always playing some fun jams in the back, so the ambience is super welcoming and it passes the time if they're busy/packed. The food has always seemed a little pricey to me, but I default to a grilled cheese with bacon and it is SO good. The combination of cheeses keeps it from getting boring, and they toast the sandwich too, so it is warm, cheesey, and crunchy! read more

I normally love this location and everybody has had tremendous customer service but this morning, the girl working the window, obviously a new employee kept getting my order wrong and I had to correct her and she ended up getting an attitude well once I finally got my donut when I got to work I noticed she stuck her fingers in it. That is not OK. I work in the customer service world, and that should not be happening. I guess they are short staffed or something bcs they had this sign up that said " kiosk only (behind you) sorry for the inconvenience". Kind of rude in my opinion. I came to pick up my order that was made online. But as I stood there, waiting to be acknowledged for what seemed like 5 minutes, I saw about 5 workers walking around. No one looked up at me. And then people who had come in after me, who had ordered thru the kiosk, were serviced before me. So I finally spoke up and come to find out, my order was not ready yet. They made it quickly, put it on the counter in front of where I was standing, but again, didn't say a word. No "thank you", no "your order is ready." So I had to ask if my order was complete, and the guy looked at me, looked down, and said, "um.... yea..." Very poor service. read more

Dunkin' - No service - Donuts Near Me - Pearl City, Hawaii

Man oh man was I not happy. Went into the drive-through to order a donut and hot chocolate. No worker taking the order was a little bit.....pushing while taking my order. Like..."hurry up"! Upon arriving at the pick up window - gosh the music was so fricken loud! I am that person who hates to keep repeating themselves. I needed to ask for extra napkins and when this guy went "huh huh?" Omg I got so annoyed! Got my donut dipped in chocolate with sprinkles. Ummmmm - that chocolate dip was so sorry. It's like they were running out of chocolate sauce. There was barely any chocolate sauce on that doughnut!!!!! Don't even get me started with the damn hot chocolate. It's like those powdered machine ones with the shitty flavors to them. This Dunkin Donuts has a drive thru, which is very convenient. All of the donuts are wonderful to me - especially the donut holes(easy to pop in the mouth quickly). Brah, this place sucks. The donuts are fine, but the self checkout is hot garbage. The staff couldn't help the people before me, two of them walked out. I love dunkin but this location went down hill! I used to love this place, but lately, the lines are lonnnng, service is slow, and customer service is just horrible. I ordered several things along with an avocado toast.. after waiting for super long, I finally got my food and drove on. I checked my bag before driving out of the parking lot and noticed they forgot my avocado toast. We went up to the door to tell them, but the front is locked with a sign saying drive-thru only. Okay.. so I called their phone line, and it proceeds to have a message that it is drive thru only and then HANGS UP on you. So basically, there is no way to get the rest of my order which I paid for. By far the slowest location with the most unfriendly workers ever! We ordered a side of snacking bacon...after 5 minutes of waiting we asked if it was ready. Called the worker back who took the bag, huffed and walked away. 10 minutes later came back with the coldest, smallest bacon pieces I have ever seen. Will def not be back.
