Worst service I have got in a while this place was doing fine last week and now the last couple times I have been going my order have been completely wrong or today I got a wake up wrap that wasn't even a wake up wrap when I received it it was a crumpled up tortilla with the bacon not even on the inside of the wrap, and when I told the worker I also had a donut with my order he rolled his eyes at me as he turned around. I always get my drinks with lite ice because they always fill the ice to the brim of the cup. I am not paying for ice, I'm paying for my latte. Never in my life has a coffee shop given me 2 inches less of a drink because, "thats where the ice is supposed to go". I can walk into a Starbucks right now, ask for a iced drink with ALL the ice on the side and they will still give me the whole cup of coffee because that's what I PAID $5+ FOR! I order on the Dunkin' app all the time, request lite ice and this has never happened until I ordered from this location. You have lost me as a customer as I wi never go to this location again. Stopped in for coffee and... Should've reconsidered after the gal who took the order had no personality and the place was rather dirty considering it was empty and employees were not doing anything when we walked in After cleaning a table to eat and drink went to use the restroom, after a large coffee, and to continue our journey. To my surprise, shock and horror was told they were locked because "someone locked the keys inside, and there was nothing they could do." Picked this place this morning because on yelp it list a drive thru. IT DOES NOT HAVE A DRIVE THRU. Staff were wearing masks and signs were up to be aware of space between customers. I got three each of two donuts. Neither were super fresh tasting. Same thing we get from our local Dunkin since nothing is made fresh in house its all shipped from a factory bakery. I don't know why you guys are hating on this location, it's great! The staff are so nice, the owner included. They recognize me, heeyyyy!~ The stellar crew always gets my order right. If there's a line, they keep it moving. On the off day there will be a short wait for your order but no longer than you would wait at Starbucks, and it's obv that the simple stuff still comes out quick - like it's five people deep at the pickup window and they're still handing these gruff dudes their black coffees super quick - I can appreciate that kind of service. Worst Experience Ever! Took my 3 kids for ice cream last week along with their grandparents..... 1. The man behind the counter, who looked like a manager, did not have a mask on. Not even a mask hanging off his face. We were the only people in there, all masked including 3 young children. People came in after us, all masked. You are serving my food- during a pandemic, with a mask mandate in place, you should have a mask on. When asked where his mask was he simply said he has been so busy to put it on. 2. We ordered these little ice cream cups with animal creature additions. I had to ask for the sprinkles and when asked where the topper was, he said all the ones they got "were bad." (Photo attached) 3. Grandparents ordered a sundae and he said they don't have any topping (chocolate syrup, cherries, whip cream). So they could only get a cup of ice cream. 4. Grandma decided against the scoop of ice cream and ordered a chocolate shake. Well he clearly measured wrong and didn't make enough. Added milk to fill the difference which basically created a cup of chocolate milk. Terrible experience. Place was pretty dirty and not picked up. I'm a visitor and came here on a Monday morning at 9am. I almost sweat my ass off walking from a hotel on the other side of the freeway, so I appreciate the air conditioning in this place. It was not crowded, people came in and out but everyone was served quickly. I ordered a donut, coffee, and a breakfast sandwich and I got everything within 2 minutes. I think management was trying to time how fast everything came out so that's good for them to rate their own service. All the food was fresh and tasty. I've had donuts from other Dunkin' Donuts before and they don't seem to be that good. But the maple donut I had here was actually pretty good, I could tell that it was freshly made and was not dry and just sitting there. The coffee seems to be slightly watered down to my liking, but is decent. read more

This Dunkin Donuts is a great place to stop if you are waiting to get someone at O'hare. It is just off the Cumberland exit of the Kennedy and has ample parking. The food here is pretty straight forward: donuts and breakfast foods that are shipped to the stores. A big bonus if the staff here. They are extremely friendly and efficient. The coffee always tastes like regular Dunkin coffee. They do have a fully built out Baskin Robbins so this is a good place to grab a cool treat. Prices are standard with any Dunkin Donut's national promotional programs. There is a ton of seating both indoors and outdoors on the patio. The seating area is always clean and it doesn't get too loud in there when crowded. The outdoor patio is wonderful in the summer and you can tie your dog up. On Sundays they have Ms. Suzette come in to do balloon art. She is great with the kids and is a wonderful person to liven up your Sunday. Balloons are free, but of course you should tip her a few dollars! read more

first of all, it took this place like 15 min to just confirm my order. then they took another 20 min to prepare my order which was only two bagels w cream cheese and an iced tea which should take 10 min. I used to love this Dunkin until the original manager left. Now it's down graded and the service is alright. There is one employee that I see every time I come in, she knows right away what my drink was and she is super friendly....i guess she went for the assistant manager position and they turned her down. What a disappointment because she is one of the nicest employees. Anyway, go to the location at your own risk..if you go make sure Amanda waits on you, that will probably be the only way you get good service. This place is wildly inconsistent. Some days you go here and have the best coffee of your life and other days you leave wondering why you even bothered. I've always tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt, but today they lost a customer permanently. Today the employee must of woke up on the wrong side of the bed, because she was slamming food orders down on the counter in an aggressive manner and had an attitude every time she called the next number. When my number was called my food was obviously thrown together hastily, I received a large coffee that was 2/3 of the way full and my other coffee tasted like sugar water. I can understand they were busy and waiting patiently was not a problem for me, but when an employee is having a bad day and they feel the need to pass that on to every paying customer that is inexcusable. read more

The employees do what they can in a crap storm but they're against the power of complete indifference by owner and manager. Their machines are always broken and they're always out of crucial products and they always get orders wrong. I have been coming here for a month every morning Monday thru Friday for a month. The people seemed friendly enough, but as other reviews of this DD, it seems only a few are pleasant. My order is right only about 50% of the time, and takes way too long to make. This past week, a young blond woman taking orders at the register was on her cell phone yelling "I'm going to come home and beat your fu***** a**" to someone on the other end, along with much more vulgar words that didn't seem to end. The "f" bomb was dropped at least 5 times. The other employees didn't seem phased by it. And what looked like that manager (in regular clothes behind the counter) didn't even lift his head. I am a former employee of this dunkin donuts, and if i could give it 0 stars, i would. emotional abuse came from customers and employees onto me, being called names, yelled at for not doing something right on my second day, etc. The morning manager, Asra, who i usually worked with, wasnt even going to pay me for my training. she said i should come in for two hours, and only two hours, to do a bit of training. i was there from 8am to 2pm. she wouldnt let me off. i wasnt even going to get paid, and i pushed it and am only getting paid for two hours. a lot of the people who work there are such low class people, and it bothers me how horribly they treated me. i burned myself making tea for a customer and the night manager, aktar, who has zero customer service, yelled at me for making a mess. a woman brought a phone in that someone had dropped on the ground and one of the employees took it. when a lady came in, panicking about losing her phone, i excitedly told her we have it, and asked the employee to give the phone to her. after the woman left with her phone, thanking me, the employee called me a dumb bitch and stupid, and her and a few other employees were in the back mocking me for the way i excitedly said, "ma'am, we have your phone!" and they were laughing. it turns out the employee didnt want to give the phone back, as she was going to reset it and sell it. all in all, horrible employees, horrible customer service, crap training, this dunkin donuts is horrible. read more

This is also a Baskin Robbins. Guess what they still suck. I ordered, over the phone, the chocolate chocolate Oreo cake. This cake is one they advertise and has a fudge glaze covering it. I asked for the lettering to be in white, like on the website (I could not order online for some reason. Might've been correct then. ). I asked for it to read "Happy Birthday Cole ". Stopped in late to satisfy a craving for some ice cream right before closing time, and Lewis was the person closing up. What made this experience so great was Lewis' positive and friendly attitude. I went into this store this morning looking to buy my normal iced coffee. I ordered my medium sweet French vanilla swirl iced coffee with cream and sugar and once I got it, there was no swirl syrup in it. It was regular iced coffee with cream and sugar. This never happens on the weekend. read more

By far the worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to. I've been going to get my iced coffee from DD for almost 10 years now. I've had some botched orders but none as consistently messed up like this one. I've tried this place on three different occasions, all three times horrible. Once was when they opened, second about a month or so later, third today. I am not sure why every time their iced coffee tastes off but it isn't the same iced coffee I get from any other Dunkin establishments. I could taste whatever flavor I ask in it. The one they provide tastes like they put little to no syrup or flavoring in it. You still see it on the side of the cup, not even mixed properly. And when they're rushed they seem like they don't want to be bothered by other customers. I've literally heard them say "what do you want" when a customer had a question about their order when they got it. I don't care if it's the only person in there or is mob rushed: there is no reason to talk like that to any customer in the service industry. I've worked in service for seven years and not once did I give that kind of remark or attitude to any patron. There over five employees at this location and barely two at the one down the street at Cumberland and Foster. I came to this one because it was conveniently next to the Kennedy for me to get to work. I'll gladly be getting up earlier to go to the Cumberland/Foster DD just to get my order right. And reading from this page, I'm not the only one you've disserviced. read more
