We went through the drive-through and it took a long time to greet us. had to repeat the order three times at the window, and when we drove up, we found out it wasn't correct. it took longer to receive our order than usual and we had to repeat items again. I have not had particularly good luck at this location. Toasted coconut is my favorite of their donuts and they are usually out. Last time they said they had one left, but when I got home found it was a raised jelly donut instead. Two visits ago they had a big sign on the menu advertising 10 munchkins for $2. Got to the window and they were $2.39. I mentioned the sign at the drive-thru menu and the cashier could care less, said it's in the system as $2.39. I continue to be annoyed/angry when leaving this Dunkin. Not only are they constantly out of items and making subpar drinks, the staff is regularly rude, aloof, and makes no attempt to get you your order quickly. Yesterday I visited and almost drove away. I pulled up, only one person ahead of me who was already at the window. I am usually a Starbucks-goer, and when I ordered I misspoke and said "hi, may I have a grande cold brew with the salted caramel cold foam and one Splenda?" to which the Dunkin employee replied "uhh there is no grande size here" with so much disgust in their tone I was actually taken aback. I said "sorry about that, a medium." The employee then said "so what do you want?" What?? Were they just waiting to make a snarky comment to me and didn't pay attention to anything else I said? To top it off, when I pulled up I say the employee, who appeared to be the manager, sassily talking to the car in front of my, pointing her fingers at her and picking at her long nails. That lasted about 5 mins, and when I pulled up to the window, I wasn't addressed for 3 mins because the employees were being reprimanded for not double checking drinks. I attempted to enter the store on 3/11/25 to buy 6 dozen donuts at 6:46am. I sat outside for 10 minutes because the doors were locked (the two women working the counter had their children sleeping on the table/bench designated for customers.) I went through the drive thru to ask if they could open the doors so I could see what donuts to select. That was another 8 minute wait. When I got inside, the employee immediately started in yelling at me asking why I really needed to come inside to buy donuts, saying I needed to order 6 dozen a day earlier, then following up with she probably doesn't have 6 dozen donuts. I already paid before the order was boxed. I asked the lady to stop and credit my card back $102 for the 6 dozen charged even though I was already running late for work. The workers let me know that a new shipment was arriving that night and to come back the next day. So i gave them even an extra day on top of that and they were out of all the donuts. Ever since Angela the manager left, this place is a disaster. Within the last month I have been there twice. Once I waited in the drive thru for 15-20 minutes and then the second time I went inside after waiting in the drive thru and watching people in front me leave because they didn't want to wait anymore. There was only 1 girl working and 3 customers inside waiting on something. The employee told one of the customers to hold on because she had to help the person that drove up to the window because she had been waiting FORTY minutes. This is a true dumpster fire. The employees are a special kind of dumb but I think they try. what makes this place worse is the type of customers they attract...(I know that includes me). There were four customers in front of us and it seemed like plenty of help. 30 minutes later we walked out with two donuts. A few days ago I submitted a mobile order on the app, but when I showed up on my way to work to pick it up, the line was around the building so I didn't have time to get my food. There is no cancel order option on the app. (I asked the employees just to be sure) So I called ahead to ask if there was a way I could receive credit or have my order remade, Abby answered the phone and said if I came down in person they could fix it and she'd let the staff know I was on my way. When I pulled into the drive thru, I explained the situation and they remade my order when I presented the transaction info at the window. I asked them if the app had a cancel order button so if this happened again I'd be prepared, and a very nice middle aged guy explained that the app is still new and they haven't built that function into it yet. Stopped here on my way to work, I have been to this location multiple times and have ordered the same thing on different occasions. I recently joined the land of coffee drinking after a three year break. I am so pleased with this place! The beverages are delicious and affordable! The staff is friendly and quick! I treat myself to a donut every now and then and love the consistency in the quality. Areas of improvement are how they package the donuts-stacking a couple in a brown sack with napkins scrunched on top of them isn't really my favorite. First and last time ever coming here!!! I ordered inside and got donuts for my kids, a coffee for myself and a turkey bacon cheddar on flatbread. When I got home there was no bacon on my bacon sandwich. I drive back there and take it in. They make me a fresh one...I decide to check it before I leave and they threw a cold piece of cheese on it and didn't even warm it up this time!!! So at this point I just want my money back.
