I love Dunkin' Donuts and I've seen some grumpy employees but this one wins hands down. I saw an employee shake his head at an elderly gentleman after he asked him if the wrong order was his. Amazing service, everyone is so friendly and patient, they are willing to help you out if you have questions, they remake your order if it's made wrong. (Just don't be rude about the order, they are also human beings who make accidents) The food is great! They're willing to create my monstrosity of a breakfast sandwich. I went to this Dunkin' Donuts earlier with my daughter. We ordered two coffee drinks which were fine and 3 bacon, egg and cheese on a croissant breakfast sandwiches. I spent a little over 20.00$. We got home and pulled out the sandwiches to eat. They were absolutely disgusting. The bacon wasn't even cooked on any of them. I almost got sick. I had to rinse my mouth out with mouthwash. They all ended up in the trash. Please, please, please cook your breakfast sandwiches in the future before giving them to customers. read more

THE DONUTS ARE AWESOME. But I've managed 3 coffee shops 1 which was major chain(CBTL). To add I've been successful in the restaurant industry for 17 yrs, so seeing the lack of care for the to go orders and the impersonal attitudes and lack of attention to detail makes me sad. The tables were all covered in crumbs. If your not a regular they treat you like dirt. It would be nice to be treated like a person not a $ symbol standing in line. I just think they could use a little coaching from their HR department on proper customer, service and professionalism. The 3 stars are for the donuts alone read more

They were friendly but cannot make a coffee. We went there twice and asked for French vanilla swirled and they continued to use vanilla shots. I will absolutely never go back and absolutely do not recommend going to This Dunkin's, I would drive a little farther to get the right coffee and not waste your money continuously. They obviously need more training or pay more attention to what they are doing. 1/10 rating. Barely even made it to one star. read more

This Dunkin is so bad, we drove out of our way to go to other coffee shops. My dad stopped at this Dunkin our first morning in Old Orchard. When he stopped in, during the morning rush, the women's room was out of order and they weren't serving any hot food. I went there this morning. There were a lot of people working there so I was optimistic. It seemed like they were serving food today. I just wanted a small latte, so i didn't think it would be an issue. I had to wait a little while for my order to be taken (there was no one in line ahead of me,) and after it was taken, I had to wait quite a while for my drink to be prepared. While I was waiting, I saw two different people come in from the drive thru line because their drinks were incorrect. Also while I waited, I witnessed employees yelling at each other (in full view of myself and other customers waiting for drinks), and mocking customers who were in the drive thru. The lady working the drive thru happened to check a drink to ensure it had an extra espresso shot, and determined that the drink was not fit to be served, and a machine needed to be cleaned out. Shortly after this, my drink was ready, and the associate who served me apologized for my wait. I'm giving two stars because my drink was correct when I got it, but this was the only good part of the experience. If possible, visit another Dunkin location. read more

This is my favorite Dunkin, and i love Dunkin! They do a wonderful job with the increased traffic that comes with being in a summer tourist town. Even with the lack of help that has come to all the area businesses (covid) they maintain a smile and excellent customer service. Vacationing in Maine from NJ, and am a "dunkin connoisseur"... This was probably the most inefficient Dunkin I've ever been to... 18 cars in the drive thru, extending out of the property onto the adjacent street, and almost an hour to move through, just to have my coffee order incorrect, is not how I want to spend my vacation. Very unfriendly staff. Had one really bad encounter back in March with the manager. Drive thru wait time can be long but it is a busy location. Breakfast food is alright. The only time I've asked for a donut there, they said they had none. Saco location is 100 times better & faster. read more

Honestly this doesn't even deserve one star. This dunkin is absolutely awful. Not only is the manager extremely rude, but they mess up every single order. I go there almost every other day and whenever the manager takes my order she is in an annoyed mood and constantly asks "okay is that it" and so I ordered 3 medium iced coffees and 1 small. I ended up receiving 2 mediums and 1 small. I said I ordered 4 coffees total. I then got handed a receipt by the manager who was a total bi*ch about it "well this is what you paid for" and I said "well I ordered another coffee" didn't even offer to make another one and charge me for an extra coffee. Just said "sorry, that's what you paid for" excuse me? Good service. I got home and the coffees weren't even made right. Never coming here again. Awful customer service. This place seriously needs new workers and a new manager. read more

awful place, girl in the flannel was rude on the speaker and at the window. i had a reward to use and my boyfriend had forgotten so right after he handed his card he said excuse me and asked her to scan the reward first and she said okay and then proceeded to ignore him and put the card in anyways. it's a few dollars but it's the principle of her not doing her job. even the fact that she said okay and then went and did what she wanted. she had an awful attitude rolling her eyes at us, snatched the card from his hand and slammed the window shut. and honestly i should've just cancelled the order in the first place because the coffee was awful and all the food was cold. i'm never a "karen" but it's bright and early in the morning i'd much rather be in bed and all i wanted was a coffee and a sandwich and to use my coupon cause i know one coffees never enough. but props to her for being a royal bitch. read more
