The avocado was fresh and generous, the tomato added a nice bright touch, and the seasoning on top gave it even more flavor. The wheat bread gave it a hearty feel and the avocado was creamy and well seasoned. The tomatoes were fresh and the whole dish tasted light but still filling. The bacon on the side was cooked just right and paired perfectly with the toast. Everything looked fresh, tasted fresh, and felt like a breakfast worth talking about. My one recommendation would be to slice the toast to make it easier to eat, especially with all of those toppings.
