I'm a new fan of coffee (Decaf specifically), I tried Dunkin out on a Saturday morning. I was able to use the Kiosk to order! They have decaf, sweetened and unsweetened flavors, and several alternative milk options at no extra cost. I ordered a decaf latte with oat milk, and the drink was super hot and soothing! I needed to add a few stevia packets, which let me know the coffee did not stand on its own, but overall I would definitely return again to try more coffee! We went for the donuts ! To be honest we went for sour cream donuts! I actualities them plain best unfortunately they glaze them and sometimes they powder sugar! Go back to offering them plain please! Dunkin' Donuts is still the same except more people get them to go instead of relaxing and enjoying a cup of coffee and a donut! My island's (Maui) Dunkin Donuts closed eons ago and never resurfaced. ATMOSPHERE: Located in the Ocean City Square SC, they're attached to a Baskin-Robbins (same parent company). Indoor or outdoor seating available. No drive thru. MENU: Coffee, sandwiches & wraps, donuts, small breakfast foods. BEVERAGE: Iced Coffee (medium) Being a Dunkin virgin, I had no idea how big or small a "pump" was when ordering on the app. Lucky for me, a family friend gave me a quick lesson. I decided on 3 pumps of cream and 1 pump of liquid cane sugar. It wasn't to my liking as I couldn't taste an ounce of sweetness. Order number two, I went for the same amount of cream but increased the sugar to 2 pumps but forgot to select liquid cane sugar and chose regular sugar crystals instead. Argh!? Third try was a charm. 3 pumps if cream, 2 pumps of liquid cane sugar are my magical numbers! FOOD: Bacon & Cheddar Omelet Bites - $4.59 You can't really taste the presence of egg, but more of a thick substance. Could it be something like Eggbeaters? Pass. Avocado Toast - $3.89 This was my first "boujee" breakfast and it was good! The avocado spread wasn't made from scratch as this is a chain coffee restaurant, but it works for what it is. The sourdough was soft and chewy, with a nice nuttiness and crunch to it from the sprinkled white sesame and poppy seeds. SERVICE: Everything is via the app with zero human interaction, if you choose. OVERALL: Really broad and affordable menu. Dunkin has always been my go to on the run coffee spot. This Dunkin was half baskin robbins. They had a ordering station which was cool and also alittle tricky to use but I figured it out eventually. This is My second time coming to this location during my stay in OC, and the attitudes are horrible in here. Literally both times these woman in here are unwelcoming to say the least. They need more customer service training on dealing with the public when they're spending their money. read more

This is one of the best Dunkin's I ever have been to! It was so fast, efficient, and organized. I was impressed!

This place has consistently been sub par for the three times I went over the last week. The literal children they have working there look miserable, which is fine, they're kids, but the very minimum duty any employee of anywhere should have is to not make everyone else miserable while doing their job, unless they work for the DMV. They have warped cups and lids for cold drinks that don't fit and spill the drinks everywhere. They also are pushing ice coffee on you rather than cold brew, by selling you the cold brew but giving you the iced coffee. Look, if they just lied to my face and told me they were out, I'd have gladly accepted the ice coffee. But they changed one order from a cold brew to an iced coffee on the order receipt and the put ice coffee in the cold brew in the other drink I ordered. The only reason I wrote this is because it's one thing to be out of an item, it's a huge chain and I bet it happens all the time, but it's another thing entirely to lie and change peoples orders. I'll probably still come back though. But get your shit together. read more

This is a Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robins franchise. They have an online ordering menu that I utilized to order my grandson's birthday cake. It was easy to navigate and the selections were plentiful for an icecream cake. I ordered to pick up on a Tuesday. Well I went to the store to get my cake and yes, they had received the order but it wouldn't be ready until Tuesday. It is Tuesday I insisted. No it isn't. Yea, today is Tuesday I demanded. No, the manager politely corrected, it is Monday. Ugh. When do you need the cake she asked? I replied, now, frantically! Well she graciously went and decorated a mostly similar cake, very quickly, at no extra cost. What a true example of great customer service. She was superior in every way. I will always be a customer here for their icecream cakes, that are pretty good, but mostly because of the great customer service experience. Thank you. read more

I said it in my tip but I'll say it again: this may be the nicest, cleanest Dunkin' Donuts in all the land. The donuts are fresh. The staff is friendly. There's Baskin-Robbins ice cream. Even the restrooms are spotless! What more could you possibly want from Dunkies?!? I have to hand it to this location and its employees for their efficient service during this past crazy Memorial Day weekend. My friend and I were staying on 100th St. so we came here twice. Both times it was crazy busy with a huge line, but the employees did a really impressive job getting out orders and getting them out right. Both times, my hazelnut iced coffee came out great. And when we ordered food, the wait was naturally a little longer, but the food was still hot and delicious. Good job, everyone at this Dunkin! read more

I ordered a large iced Almond Joy coffee with cream only. It's sweet enough with the syrups so I didn't need added sugar. It's a promo that has been running for 2+ months and I've purchased it a dozen times at this same location. The long-haired foreign girl taking my order had no idea what it was. She said ice coffee? And I said with the Almond Joy syrups. She said almond juice? I called over to the girl bringing in donuts from the back and said could you help over here please? She came over, asked what I ordered and then quickly rang me up and said she'd make the drink. The foreign girl also didn't know how to make change and gave me $3 too much. I tried to hand it back and she pointed to the tips cup. The other girl - who was making coffee drinks - came over and I said she gave me back too much change and gave her the bills.
