It wasn't busy, but it did take a very long time for a cup of coffee. They do offer other menu items and there is a nice selection of ice cream that you will notice when you get to the counter. Unfortunately, there are a few issues with this location that can be worked out with a little extra attention from management. This location is located in the middle of Hwy 200 and receives several visitors and is regularly packed. I am excited that the location does well, but the layout of the drive-thru and parking lot make it difficult to access. If you want to swing through for a coffee before a meeting you better leave with ~30-45 minutes to spare. The staff turnover rate is unreal. Week to week you will see new team members working. They are all extremely nice, but there have been issues with the inconsistency of the product. I became a big fan of the Sweet Cream Cold Foam Cold Brew (I know it is a mouthful) when it released. I would order this drink on a regular basis (every other day) and I would receive a different tasting drink every time. I even received one with Whipped Cream in place of the Cold Foam!
