Friendly staff, clean environment. Tried to order a Bavarian creme which is a staple on the DD menu for decades but was told that this franchisee discontinued all doughnuts with powdered sugar. WTF? Further research shows that all locations discontinued many popular doughnuts. I had not been to a DD in many years after relocating to the west coast. It's very disappointing and because of their shrinking options, I see no further reason to go to a DD in the future. read more

We tried the one in Clinton not too long ago for some of their new coffees, and it was awful. The coffee was watered down, and gave us slight stomach aches. So, we thought Oak Ridge would be better. The staff was nice and the interior was inviting. They might've been rushed slightly. However, there was only 2 people in the dining waiting. We got a hot caramel coffee and an iced toasted vanilla coffee. We also got three of the creme filled chocolate-glazed doughnuts. The wait wasn't long, roughly 5 minutes at max. The doughnuts were fine and order was correct, but the coffee was awful. The caramel coffee was just black coffee- it tasted overwhelmingly bitter and old. The iced coffee had the exact opposite issue as it was watered down to almost nothing with a faint burnt coffee flavor. We got home to see if adding our own creamer could fix the caramel coffee, but it barely helped. Overall, the doughnuts are fine, but definitely don't go if you want coffee. read more

This location (and most since we've moved to TN) is pretty dang slow and inconsistent with the orders. I have always loved the customization options and rewards via the app. However, they have changed their reward program so that it takes far longer to earn free drinks. In addition, this location more often than not, has gotten our orders incorrect. Either the wrong drinks all together or too much creamer/oat milk or forgetting the sweetener. Our drinks are always straight-forward, too. I desperately wish OR had better (and non-chain) coffee to-go options. We will stick to Starbucks (much more consistent) or Bud's while staying in town. read more

Constant staff turnover means you wont see the same person twice. Getting served is therefore a crap shoot but last time I had a super sweet young lady. The inside eating area is looking a little shabby and run down and I suspect that it is also not being cleaned well enough as witnessed by the smeared sticky tables. Dunkin as a brand is good, selling really good breakfast options at a decent price is always a plus. Selling dog toys to help sponsor an animal charity is superb. If you ever want to judge how a restaurant is run, then take a look at the kitchen floor. It should tell you what you need to know. Stand at the pick up counter and look down the kitchen. It's very telling. Parking is tight and tricky. Not easy on the best of days. The pick up window, while being good for business, forces oncoming traffic at you as you enter the lot. read more

Dunkin as a brand is phenomenal and I have supported this brand for many years after an initial bad interaction I had with the local store I am changing my review since they had their corporate team reach out to apologize My original review is below: Their Carmel Macchiato (sp?) is my favorite. Personally I have always enjoyed going to Dunkin and realize that with it being a franchise sometimes the quality may differ somewhat from location to location. This morning I had an awful experience at the drive thru. Possibly there may have been an issue with the audio. However I ordered over three times at the drive thru and the order was wrong when I asked for it to be corrected they asked me to leave ? Because I wanted to order at the window and explained that I had asked for my order three times before getting to the window. The manager or person in charge instead of even giving me a moment of their time just told me to leave . I waited for 5 mins to tell them o had a mobile order at the speaker. Another 20 for food. I ordered online...... a Larger frozen drink and 2 breakfast tacos.....I received the first two pics the last is what I should've received.... I can't eat guacamole and avocado stuff.... I will say that I always went to Dunkin's because the coffee was great ( also great price) and I also gave them great reviews. These days you will only get service in the drive thru. Unfortunately, this Dunkin' Donuts doesn't seem to have it quite together. I have gone in that numerous times and tried to give them the benefit of the doubt before I posted something on here. When I first went there, their oven was broken for quite some time, and I couldn't get a bagel. I understood, so I got some thing elsebbI have been in no less than four times to try to get an everything bagel at different times and they are always sold out. If you know that you sell that many everything bagels, why not make extra, or extra extra? I went into the lobby last week and it was like a three ring circus, there was three people in the lobby including myself and even if the drive-through gets busy, They are very unorganized. The workers there we're trying to figure out what each one of us had, the delay on an everything bagel that I was finally able to get, was way too long to just toasted and put a side of cream cheese in the bag. There was a younger Guy working that look like a teenager, and he was literally running back-and-forth from the back of the kitchen to the register, trying to figure out what was going on. I've worked in fast food before and it's a lot more efficient, when each employee has their own job duty and sticks with that, there's nothing wrong with cross -training but if it's not beneficial to the customers, when everybody is running over each other, that's where you lose a lot of business because there was some aggravated customers there every time I go in and it's been at least four or five times. read more

When we went in to get a new one the manager was angry at us somehow, refused, and made it so difficult that we left without coffee OR a refund! They are horrible at this location. I loved this place! Great coffee! I am a big fan of oak ridge so I came down here for vacation this May. It is a quaint little town filled with lovely people and good car dealerships. I stayed at the staybridge suites ™ and enjoyed the short trip from my hotel room to this fine Dunkin location. Service was extremely fast and fun! The lady even gave us straws with our iced coffees, which tasted delightful !!! Go Dunkin, you did good! read more

I have been going to this Dunkin since Aug. since Aug they get 8 out of 10 of my iced caramel coffees wrong. I had to stop going through the drive through because none of those orders were correct and I would have to pull in, walk in and have them fix it. I even watched an older gentleman put the lid on my coffee and pressed a little to hard and blew out the side of the cup to watch him dump the contents of what was left in that cup into another cup and simply add coffee to it and hand it to me. Talking to the staff does not help. All they do is point the finger at other employees. Management has lost complete control. The employees do not care about the products they serve. They either "laugh", "snicker", "sigh", and show discontent when having to remake orders correctly. I stopped going there. How can a corporation of that size mess up a simple order so many times and allow employees to act like that. Good luck. Bring a new management team in and retrain or hire new people. What a shame. Dunkin' helped me with a large coffee order for a post-wedding brunch. Instead of multiple boxes of coffee, they provided a Carlisle at a discounted cost compared to the boxed coffee. The dark roast coffee was great and stayed hot all day. read more
