Very creamy cheese, almost mayoey in texture. It took some adjustment on my first try, but I got used to it quickly. Strong flavors overall. Bold flavors from the coldcuts, sharp cheese, and perfectly toasted bread, all in the right proportions to enjoy every flavor and texture. Limited hours-- weekday lunches only-- and hard to spot, but in the same parking lot as the convenience store. I'm not an authority on Italian sandwiches but I've had my fair share from the "name" places in and around Boston, and this unknown gem from the outer suburbs ranks right up there with them.
