I didn't think it would come out as a chicken salad consistency but it didn't hinder the dish. The only miss were the crab cakes. Obviously crab is seafood but I found the cakes to be very fishy. The consistency was off and became mushy pretty quickly. When we return I'd skip these. Three tapas, one mai tai, and a mocktail came out to $88.
