This Dunkin was absolutely disgusting. The floors were trash. The counters they were making food on was gross. There were about 20 fly's flying around. There was a hair found in my sandwich. The girl at the counter was absolutely miserable and didn't listen, greet or any kind of nice interaction from her. She had no care in the world. I get it you work a job in fast food industry but if you're a little nicer you would have gotten a tip on a $40 dollar order. Never mind the kid who made our food slammed down our order and said "a whole bunch of food" and then we found out we were missing a sandwich from it. I've never been to such an unpleasant dunkin. Tipped her a buck for the wait because I changed my order three times because I read the overhead menu board 7 times. I gotta tell y'all, I kinda liked that turkey sausage - I mean, it's not like it tasted like turkey, it had its own way about it but they seemed to have spiced it like the traditional sausage patty and I now realize - that's actually the taste I'm after because it tingles a little when the black coffee meets up with it. This place is a disaster. There were approx. six employees screaming, laughing, kidding around. Place is filthy. My order was simple two medium hot coffees - one came out hot and the other cold. Took over 15 minutes (or better) to get these two simple coffees - there was one person ahead of me, and minimal (maybe three) drive throughs. The coffee tastes like crap, not sure what was done to it. Will NEVER EVER go back there again. Dunkin' you need to do much much better. I have to admit that I'm not really a Dunkin's person, and I'm not in Scituate very much. However, each time I happen to come to the area and order here, I've never had any problems. Today we had out first snow in Rhode Island. I was driving through this area of the state to see the snow and had a hankering for a hot coffee. The drive-thru here is quick. The people working have always been nice, and the coffee was hot and tastes like what you'd expect. read more

The staff is completely unorganized and unprofessional. This past week I've gotten 2 orders from here and neither order was made correctly, the coffees tasted terrible and each sandwich ordered had different proteins than what was ordered on them. I also witnessed all of the staff behind the counter loudly yelling and swearing at each other this week. The two young girls that seemed to be working the drive thru line were goofing off and laughing, completely ignoring their job so this seemed to be why all the staff was yelling and rolling their eyes in front of me at the counter. My order had to be interrupted twice so the girl ringing me out could yell at her coworkers and was rude to me when I seemed confused by what was going on. It's unfortunate that this is the only Dunkin around here and is staffed so poorly. Dunkin, do better when you're hiring your staff. read more

This has got to be the worst Dunkin' Donuts I have ever been to. Today, I placed a mobile order. When the order was picked up, they failed to give me the muffins and a half a dozen donuts that I ordered. Unfortunately, it wasn't me picking up the order, so, the person didn't know exactly what I had purchased. When we tried to call the store, their phone kept ringing - no answer after several tries. The customer service there has been very bad in the past. They don't check their orders and this is the second time this has happened. I like Dunkin' Donuts but this one should be avoided if possible. If I have time, I typically will travel to the Johnston location for good service. I guess I'll be traveling there more often! PS... On another recent visit, the shift manager actually argued and got all pissy faced, after I ordered a coffee with Splenda, that they don't and never have carried that product! I hate leaving comments especially a negative review. I have never seen such an in knowledgeable, unorganized, and unprofessional establishment. The employees need more training on how to behave like humans. What is wrong with people today? You want minimum wage to go up, but can't step up to the plate. Absolutely the worst Dunkin' Donuts have been too it is Monday night on a holiday at 6:38 PM and the poor girl is working all by herself trying to do drive-through and the counter at the same time I ordered ahead and put my order through 15 minutes before I got there when I got there the order was not even made, she apologize several times about I am very sorry your order hasn't even started yet so I asked about why not she said we are very understaffed there's only two people working and one of them was in the back room not working apparentlyand I said well how about you just give me a little bit extra ham on my sandwich to make up for my inconvenience I was told no I'm sorry we don't do that So I basically paid six dollars for a sandwich that had to wait 25 minutes to get and it was still two pieces of Ham and a piece of cheese that is not worth any amount of that money to begin with I will never come back here again keep your six dollars and your shitty service and please try to hire somebody to keep up with your demand I will use my app somewhere else for now on read more

Wow! Finally a Dunkins that made me happy. Ordered a donut and I think I must of said glazed donut but corrected myself and said chocolate glazed. I didn't know that she gave me 2 and she rAng it up for both. It was a mistake that I made but she just gave it to me for free! I usually go to this location every morning before work. There is one woman in particular that is very efficient and nice. The drive thru line was too long this morning, so I decided to go in. The girl at the front was nice, but I saw at least two employees with their masks off their noses. Not only that they were pretty rude. Not like my small purchases make a difference, but I may not return knowing they are not taking things seriously by not wearing their masks properly. Yuck. read more

OK little Dunkins. We were racing bicycles and it was the nearest place to grab a quick cup of coffee. The service was as expected but the warmed food operation was a nightmare. It took far to long just to get my bagel twist toasted. The Free WiFi is a plus. read more

The worst dunkin in the state. I have been going here since it opened and it wasnt bad at first. Now it's a horror show. I am there at least 3 times a week due to convenience and maybe once a week they get my order right. And the crazy thing is I order the exact same thing every time. I will give two of their employees some credit because when they are on my order is correct but only if both of them are working. Every other time my coffee is wrong and it's not that hard (I should know I worked for Dunkin and my wife was a general manager of multiple) it's not that hard to make sure you use milk and not cream along with actually adding the turbo shot I ordered, it's not rocket science its coffee. They need to fire that sorry excuse of a manager so the place can be staffed correctly and not with a bunch of 15 year olds that are more concerned with their conversation and phones than their customers. I gave them 1 star but if I could I would take stars away I would. Again the worst dunkin in the state if not the country. read more
