This Dunkin' was near the hotel that I stayed at while visiting the White Mountains. I stopped in because there is no coffee maker in the rooms where I stayed and the lobby doesn't open until 9:00 am. They did have coffee in the lobby but who wants to wait? The view from the back of the store was beautiful. The service just okay. Not a smile, not good morning, barely a grunt. I got two coffees and skipped ordering breakfast sandwiches and left. Would I go here again in a pinch? Probably I would, but I wouldn't go out of my way. read more

I had to wait for my extra large pumpkin coffee because the cashier getting yelled at by a coworker for 5 minutes and my coffee was wrong there was no pumpkin in it. They not only messed up my order, which I was able to prove because I ordered through the app, and not only accused me of being rude for pointing it out, as well as maintaining that it was my mistake, but when they brought out the correct order, quite literally through it at me, and then gave me the finger and said "FUCK YOU!". I know it sounds like there should be more to the story than this, or that I somehow provoked this response, but there isn't. That's the amazing thing about it. They were totally wrong about my order, I matter of factly pointed it out, and was given the finger and a FU. i ordered a caramel latte. i got a regular coffee with just milk and sugar. the staff was not friendly either.

I was a little dubious right from the start when I walked into this DD on a recent weekend because there were more flies than I had ever seen in any restaurant...at least a dozen flying just around the donuts, never mind the ones I saw in the rest of the store. I was really thirsty though and since I was only ordering a drink I decided to overlook the apparent fly problem. I ordered what has recently become my new favorite drink (large black iced tea with a splash of their new blueberry-pomegranate flavor.). The cashier responded by telling me they "couldn't do that". I was pretty taken aback because I do a lot of traveling and have literally ordered that drink at least 50 times from probably 30 different DD's and I have never had an employee refuse to make it. In fact, they have several fruit flavored iced teas on their menu so this wasn't a crazy, unusual beverage request. The employee offered to double check for me and she went out back for a couple of minutes. When she returned she told me "yeah sorry, we don't do that". Needless to say I didn't feel the need to give this DD my business by ordering something else. I got back in my truck and headed back to the campground I was staying at that weekend. On the way I stopped at another DD and placed the same exact drink order which was accommodated with zero resistance. As a matter of fact, when I told the employee in that store about my experience at this location they burst out laughing and actually said "that's so stupid!". He told me that if they have the ingredients they make pretty much anything a customer requests within reason. Yeah...because it's called customer service and it's a super easy way to make a customer happy. How disappointing that this location doesn't realize that. I'm in the North Conway area a lot but this whole experience has encouraged me to only visit the local, non-chain coffee shops there from now on. read more

The line was super long so we placed an on line order and selected then"walk in" option. Waited about 10 minutes before heading in. Sign on the door say "Due to lack of employees the inside was closed". If this is Dunkin Dounuts new way of doing business there needs to be a change in the app saying "drive threw only" read more

While visiting North Conway I had to get my Dunkin's fix, so I decided to stop in at this location throughout the weekend. This location was a stones throw from the house we rented and central to town and the outlets. The coffee here was great and the inside was clean and comfortable. The reason this place didn't get additional stars was because the staff here was a bit too intense for my liking. On multiple occasions the staff members were yelling at each other (mostly joking) and complaining about wanting to not be at work. I totally get the feeling but please wait until I get my iced coffee to spout off about wanting to get out of the store. That being said, this shop did the trick and we would visit it in the future if back in the area. read more

Very angry, we stopped for a coffee, my daughter was sleeping when we ordered and woke up before got to the window and asked if she could have a donut. I asked the lady, nicely, if she could please add a frosted donut to the order and she said "no, we aren't allowed to add items at the window". I was so angry. It was my daughters birthday and we had been in the car traveling for a long time and she wouldn't add a donut to the order!! I have never had that happen and I will never go there again. Stay away from the North Conway Dunkin Donuts! My wife wanted an iced latte so we went to the drive thru. After we left my wife took a sip of her drink and said it was terrible. I tried it too and it was the most horrid thing I ever tasted. I don't know what the hell that drink was but it definately was not a latte. A latte is supposed to be sweet, it's not supposed to be bitter! The woman who has been working there for a long time (I won't mention her name) clearly doesn't know what she's doing, or doesn't care. She probably just wants to get people out of there and doesn't care what she gives them. This place is terrible! Go to The Met, the coffee and other drinks are ALWAYS perfect no matter who is working there and the service is friendly too, unlike Dunkin Donuts. This place has really gone downhill! This is the best damn Dunkin' Donuts! It has the friendliest staff at the most ungodly hours of the morning or night. Whether you're northbound at 3:00 AM because you're starting a 20 mile hike in an hour or you're southbound at 3:00 AM because you just watched your friend's kid's band play at The Mount Washington Hotel and you need to drive home, they have the caffeine and food to sustain you! Ya know. I kinda have a love/ hate relationship with Dunks. It's one of those places that they could mess up my order multiple times and I would still go back. But there's a point where it's things that SHOULD NOT be happening. Too many times, this location on White Mtn Highway, some of the employees just seem miserable, and a lot of times, my order is just thrown together incorrectly and tastes disgusting. Today, I ordered a sausage egg and cheese on a plain bagel, and a plain bagel with cream cheese, both toasted. Firstly. Both of the bagels are a mixture of hard, then chewy (if that makes sense). Second. I open up the sausage egg and cheese and it's just thrown together without care. Same thing with the bagel with cream cheese. Just a big glob of cream cheese thrown in the middle between both halves squeezing out of the middle, not even spread on more than half of the bagel. I get times are rough with Covid.. I work locally in a retail store so I know the struggle. But I NEVER take things out in my customers or be grumpy with them. I just feel if you're THAT miserable at work and can't even put a breakfast sandwich or a bagel together correctly because you don't care. Then maybe you shouldn't be working there. read more

This is probably one of the slowest dunks I've ever been to. Waited in line for probably 10 minutes with two customers in front of me. The help in the back would jump from the window where they would take the money with their gloves ON and then use the SAME gloves to prepare the food. The older man also behind the counter blamed it on the workers having no training when he could have just told them the simple mistake and how to fix it. I ordered hash browns and when I received the order, they threw it right into the brown paper bag - correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't they supposed to come in the smaller bags into the big paper bag? The only good part was the young woman behind the counter. She was on top of everything and had stepped up when they needed help. She was very nice and polite. She made the coffee perfect. read more

I never really do reviews but I felt I should tonight. I want the woman who was working tonight to be recognized. She is amazing. I come thru that dunks often and order the same thing. And nothing major to complain about but it's always something here and there no napkins, no ketchup when I asked. But again no biggie things happen. I get a egg and cheese on a bagel toasted w butter, and most of the time I never get the butter. Every time this woman is working (I wish I got her name) this specific time was Thursday PM around 1030-1045 she is amazing. Always smiling happy very very kind. And my order is ON POINT EVERYTIME. Perfect EVERY TIME!! She is awesome. Nothing is missing in the bag, food is made just right. And again she is so kind and sweet. So please recognize her she is a great employee!!! Maybe I'm just terribly rude, but it's awfully annoying when I, a teenager, has to listen to a worker's phone going off constantly. When all you hear as you're trying to do your school work is the ringtone of the Family Guy character, Stewie, it gets very, very obnoxious.
