You're charging 5 bucks for an ice tea and you can't even get a "free" refill? That's ridiculous. Needless to say, I didn't get a refill. I had water instead. If you make the orders in the order that they're placed, instead of picking and choosing, you would not have the place packed like sardines. It would be easier for staff to keep organized and not lose track of tickets. There was also one poor employee waiting all of the tables (inside and outside) by herself while having to navigate through the crowd with arms full of food. One employee making all of the drinks. Two people in the kitchen trying to keep up. And the front counter just kept taking orders! I don't know why they were so understaffed, stuff happens, but whoever runs this place needs to recognize when it is time to turn off mobile orders and/or stop taking orders at the counter until they can catch up. It's not fair to the staff to drown like that and it's not fair to customers who are spending money on food they're not even going to consume. Latte was good at least.

Beautiful presentation, excellently balanced flavors, and just enough novelty to be memorable without being kitschy (how many latte flights have you come across?) My only suggestion is to split with a friend, unless you're used to a lot of milk and caffeine. I had a hard time finishing them all and four shots is a lot for me- I'm about to buzz right out of my seat! Second- the service. I sat here for a while and watched the staff. They couldn't have been better. I was welcomed when I approached, as was every other person who came in during the time I was there, even down to the vendors, and even when customers came in large waves that could have easily overwhelmed them. They were personable, friendly, and genuinely seemed to take pride in offering a good product. Which leads me to my third observation... While I was here, a gentleman came in who I now believe to have been the owner. If so, sir- I'd like to commend you on your management style. I watched how you spoke to the staff and while it was only a few moments, you showed respect, thoughtfulness, and kindness. My first job was in food service nearly 30 years ago and to this day, I still remember my manager. He led with those same qualities. Overall, great product.
