Confusing as to what is going on here at Starbucks. Staff regularly ignores me when I'm waiting around, which seems standard for most Starbucks. It seems cool that Noco has a Starbucks for the status of it but the product value is atrocious. Always busy, smells like sewage outside sometimes. There was one day I kept coming back to this establishment and I noticed all this cream was left out on the table for pickups. Picture attached, it was left like this for hours. Very yummy drinks, but we did have a problem. It was very early in the morning, and we had a road trip so we stopped here. Me and my dad got a drink, but my mom didn't. later both our stomachs hurt so bad except my moms. Sunday morning around 10a visited this Starbucks and ordered in the store. The young man that took my order was friendly and delivered the two coffees quickly while I stood at register and a short wait for heated pumpkin bread. The store appeared to be adequately staffed for the long drive thru and mobile orders. This is the first good experience I had with in-store ordering at a Starbucks in a while. My black Thanksgiving blend grande disappointed in flavor and strength. Will not order it again. Most in store customers were enjoying their morning time in quiet. read more

Ordered two drinks from here of the app. A venti and a grandé. Barely filled either of them. I picked up the venti and was shocked by how light it was. Opened it up and found it was barely filled. Starbucks isn't cheap. So if you want a full drink check it before you leave. read more

This Starbucks is wildly hit or miss. Starbucks built itself and its following around consistent delivery of quality coffee and tea. This morning, the service was atrocious. At the register they started by stating there was a 15 minute wait, even for hot coffees and teas due to mobile/online orders and drive through. This is the very definition of selling your soul (walk in coffee/tea orders) for gigantic orders of fraps and pink drinks- resulting millions in bonuses for upper management. The incredibly rude staff don't even benefit from brushing off cafe orders- they just spend more hours fighting the rush of shaken espressos, matcha, and cold foam. read more

worst starbucks experience ever. walked in to an empty restaurant. manager was losing her mind filling mobile orders -- which in 20 minutes not 1 was picked up --- telling us and the folks after us it's a 45 minute wait. I asked even for regular plain coffee "YES!" so we grabbed a juice and a cookie. the cookie was out by the microwave. we went to the side. 10 minutes later - as 8 cars were served in the drive thru, I asked "so the cookie getting microwaved is 45 minutes" "that's what I told you!" so we got a refund. I asked her name to which she "didn't feel safe telling me". then I asked again why drive thru was getting service. We went here twice on our trip. Friend's order was made correctly each time. Today we ordered for the third time--completely wrong. We explained. They took it back, waited a minute, then brought it back out again saying this is how it comes out. 1) NO, it's not, when it's done correctly, and 2) we could tell you never put the blender on the second time. I've driven by at various times throughout the week. I can't tell if they are ever open. I've tried twice with no luck. With labor shortage, this isn't surprising. I saw another car pull in today so I tried. They were open. But they move at a snails pace. Ordering was fast at the drive thru. I pulled around and two cars were there. The one that i followed and another. I saw each only receive one drink, but I sat there for more than 10 minutes. This was not the best experience but because of my love for the brand, I'm going to be forgiving in my assessment. We came to this Starbucks after a day at the outlets. The whole family needed a little pick me up and were delighted to find a Starbucks nearby. It was very busy, we must have hit a peak time and I could see a little stress on the barista's face. It took a long time to get our order. When we did, I almost spit out as it had no sweetener. Though, this happens each time I get an iced coffee. Our treats for my young girls were way late. I would give this specific Starbucks a zero if I could. I placed an online order, came at the time stated on the app, and when I arrived the staff told me there was a 30 minute wait on online orders. The service here is awful. I orders a simple English breakfast tea. The first time I got it they put syrup in it. The second time when I sent it back they put cold foam in it. Meanwhile the woman making it was futzing for 10 minutes trying put the tea bag in the cup. 6 tea bags later they finally made it correctly. We stopped at the Starbucks on the way back from Maine in June. We'd been at a camp for a week and this was the first really good coffee we were able to have. It was a godsend. When I ordered the coffee the girl asked if it wanted some "rum" in it. My first thought was "we need Starbucks like this in Canada". Then I realized she meant "room" for cream. Ah well. We got back on the road and three hours later we reached our hotel in Waterbury Vt only to find my wife's purse was missing. We called the Starbucks, it was only the only stop we'd made.
