They left almost 2 inches of room when you took the lid off, so paid for a large but really got a medium. Wish this review could have been better. Also, the you get staff socializing and gossiping while working isn't a good vibe to customers.

The Lodge Cafe is part of the Brandli's Bistro family and serves up sandwiches, wraps, salads, breakfast items, baked goods, Green Mountain Coffee, espresso drinks, and smoothies. Most of the sandwiches were premade and on display. I go inside and there is a bit of a wait since others were enticed by the same promotion, a free large iced coffee. The place inside is very small but there is plenty of seating outside. I order the Pinkham Notch sandwich ($6.95) served with choice of side and got the free large iced coffee (saved $2.50). I got the food to go to bring back to the shed. The Pinkham Notch was a pressed sandwich, but it was disappointing to me. It was like they sliced a piece of bread laterally into two thin slices, which had deli ham and Swiss cheese. The cup of potato salad was very generic, similar to what can be found at the supermarket. However, the iced coffee was the only thing that was good, nice to drink on a hot sunny day.
