Customer service is horrible!! No one says good morning! It's either just "hi" or "what can I get you" . After you pay and get your order there's no "thank you" it's "here you go". Not even have a nice day. Mobile ordering is never available before 6am it comes up with mobile ordering not available at this time. It's a shame because I love the coffee but service is horrible and excessive wait times. This Dunkin' Donuts has the best procedure on handling food and drink and money during this pandemic!! Pulling up the sign says to cover your face, the employees face is covered. They hand out the credit machine to put your card in, then spin a cardboard box so you can retrieve your drink and food. My local dunkin does not do any of this ! I'm willing to drive to this dunkin to get my drink and food safely. I really commend them for taking the precautions that that do and will be returning even tho it's a further drive!!! I don't know how they can mess up a Dunkin this bad. Be prepared to wait 10 to 15 minutes each time you want to get a cup of coffee either by walking in or drive through and that's being conservative. Then you have a 30 percent chance the coffee will either taste horrible or you will get someone else's cup of coffee. Management needs to be on location here or the franchise needs to take a good look at what they are doing wrong. read more

Wish i could give no stars. Me and my wife started our morning with coffee and breakfast and this guy who worked the drive thru ruined our day. While paying for our food we missed the sign about wearing masks in the drive thru cause it was the first drive thru we had to wear a mask. This guy we pickes up our food from starts asking us with attitude "where are your masks?" Then going off saying "you dont care about the virus" going off some more and shaking his head at us. I immediately had to put him in his place amd let him know it was the first time we didnt put on a mask cause we were inside the car and this is not a time to be rude towards customers and assume things. read more

Although most days they are on point, lately every time I order a vanilla chi tea it's different and not very good either!!! The second one I had them fix today tasted like steamed milk!!! No flavor. After two visits and getting the wrong thing both times I don't think I'll be going back!!!!Whenever they first opened everything was great but now that they are no longer new I feel like there standards have gone to the bottom of the barrel. The people working the drive thru order kiosk are awesome. They're polite, speak clearly, and double check what you want to be sure you get everything you need. This includes their checking if they have a specific variety of muffin or donut available before you drive around to the window. No bad surprises! The wait is never long, even when there's a long morning line. The inside counter is a bit slow when the window traffic is busy, since they only have one kitchen serving both counter and drive thru. But the donuts and muffins are fresh and yummy and the coffee is always delicious. And, it helps that the employees and cheerful and friendly. Definitely recommend. read more

As a regular at this Dunkin' I always have a decent experience, and am not one to usually write Yelp reviews but at this point I must; as it's imperative that I applaud the customer service I always receive from your star employee, Alex. She is a beacon of light shining upon each of my mornings I have the privilege to see her and her smiling face which makes each and every day for me personally. She treats me far beyond just being a typical customer or even just a person, she makes each experience special and memorable. Never have I met such a sweet, caring, talented and unique individual. My typical drink orders are generally complicated yet she takes the time to make my order exactly and with ease accompanied with a smile. Always made to perfection, always delivered with grace and kindness, swiftness and respect. You should know how lucky you are to have such a devoted employee as Alex. Thank you Alex and the whole team, for making each day a happier experience and for making the most perfect of drinks. Only thing keeping this Dunkin location going is the drive-thru. The employees can barely get your order right on a slow day but if you see a line don't even bother. They constantly mess up your order and claim they didn't hear you properly even if the receipt is correct. Training is severely lacking because their customer service is awful. They often forget they have a speaker attached to their head and will talk crudely about customers over the drive-thru intercom thinking you can't hear them. There are a handful of decent workers but if they happen to be off that day expect that your order will be wrong. Save yourself the stress and just splurge for Starbucks in Rio Grande. read more

Wish I could give NO stars. Was here once while on vacation on July 14th & ordered iced coffee (which was just okay) and a bagel with cream cheese. I asked for the bagel TOASTED WELL; of course they ran it through once and it was not even toasted. I told the girl behind the counter and she brought it back to the woman doing the food. The woman was in her 50s or older and you would think she would know about food safety/practices. I watched her get a new bagel out with her BARE HANDS and ran it through the toaster just once again, and she actually proceeded to hold the bagel up to me with her bare hands, and ask me if it was toasted okay! I just said "yeah" but of course, had NO intentions on eating it! I wanted to complain but it wasn't worth it to me at that point, and I wanted to get out of there! But, WTF?! I plan on formally reporting this location. read more

If you were able to give zero stars this place would get it. Me and my family went to get coffee, and we waited in line for at least 35 minutes to get two medium hot coffees and a iced coffee. The simplistic order ever. They gave everyone their order first that placed their order after us, yet we had to wait for thirty minutes. If you see someone standing their for so long, ask what they need not just ignore them. They blamed the wait and all of the wrong orders on them "training people today". Who trains people on a Saturday morning. If you want fast/moderate service and the correct order find a different Dunkin' location, don't waste your money here. read more

Every time we go to this DD they always make many mistakes in what you order . Doesn't matter if you go inside or the drive through. Management must take this criticism they are who train and hire!
