We loved that this Dunkin' has a drive-thru, and beautiful landscaping. There was also barely a line which was perfect! We ordered two medium caramel mocha iced coffees, one small caramel mocha iced coffee, and a medium caramel iced coffee with cream and sugar. We also ordered a ham & swiss croissant stuffer and two hashbrowns. The drink was okay, it hit the spot since I missed my Dunkin' all weekend, but I've had better. When we're on vacation we stop at this Dunkin several times to grab some coffee. I'm always shocked by the low ratings but my guess is because I'm not a local and don't frequent it enough to run into issues. Don't know what they do special here but I actually enjoy the coffee from this Dunkin better than any at home in PA. Consistently, employees working during the day are pleasant, orders were correct the three times we stopped in to pick up orders in the drive through. In the evening, both times this week the same woman completed our order and service was horrible. Ordered 2 large frozen coffees and both times they were not made correctly. In late October, I visited this location as I wanted some coffee and didn't feel like finding parking somewhere else... I regret the decision. Nothing ever changes, seemingly. It was roughly 8AM, and several cars were in the drive-thru, which is understood; but what isn't was the "speed" of service for those cars. I figured that it would be quicker to go inside, but to my disMAY the opposite was true ;back to that later. I walk in to the dining area, which was clean. Went into the men's restroom before ordering, and it was the opposite of the former. Toilet tissues all over the floor, and streaks in the bowl... recent? If it were, I could see excusing it for a bit. When ordering my donut and iced coffee, the woman was friendly enough (if it weren't for that, I'd give only one star). Unfortunately, she did take her time. The munchkins were served in a drink container, which would've been accepted if they weren't stale. My iced coffee (two creams, two sugars aka double double) with caramel had a very odd taste, almost chemical like.... in other words, not drinkable. I've had similar experiences before, and that's on me for not making a change. I'm only in the area a few times a year however, and I suppose I hope that something will change even though it never does. Hopefully I'll remember that this will be the last. read more

This is without a doubt the worst Dunkin'' I've ever been to. The staff is extremely careless and rude, it's obvious they don't want to be there and they make sure everyone knows it. No one smiles... They're unbelievably inefficient considering they have five employees working behind the counter, there's no organization at all. It seems like no one has a specific job, they all just bounce around taking care of one order at a time. It's a bizarre sight. On top of this, they're not clean about making the food and nothing in our order was thoroughly cooked. The gentleman making the order came to the counter to ask how we wanted it made but we didn't make a special request. It appeared as though the guy didn't know how to make a beyond sausage wake up wrap. Whilst he was speaking to us he pulled his mask down and then made our food with the same gloves... we threw the entire order away. I think this location needs new management, this is my second visit and both times have been awful and it doesn't appear to be getting better regardless of the negative reviews piling up. read more

WARNING !! This Dunkin on Bay Shoe Rd is very busy in the morning. It usually has at least twelve cars in line at 9:30 AM. I go there Tuesday, Thursday and Saturdays after dialysis treatments. I order on line and pay online so I just drive in and pick-up my order. Last Thursday my order was shot . I waited so long in line I didn't want to get back in line again so I figured, forget about it, they made $2.99 on me. Saturday, same thing $.299 Today, $2.99 again. Now we're up to $8.97. The girl at the window will either hand you your food or drinks and say " thank you, have a nice day" you have to tell her that there is more to the order. If they do this to every other customer just think how much extra they make a day. I'll go inside on Thursday and complain and post what happens. Just consider this a WARNING read more

The employees were very nice and friendly. However, my order was incorrect. I ordered two chocolate glazed donuts, two chocolate sprinkle donuts and ordered a 25 count of munchinks with apple cider and chocolate munchinks. When I got to the window, I was asked if the sprinkle donuts were vanilla. I said no, chocolate. They fixed it in the spot, which I appreciated. However, I got home and realized the munchkins were wrong. :/. (On a side note, the apple cider munchinks were delish!) I'd probably come back here, but will check my order before I leave. read more

Most of the staff is friendly and happy to help/serve you. My on the go orders are always ready and correct and I haven't had trouble with incorrect orders. However, there is one girl who works there who is so so rude and absolutely obnoxious that I stopped going in the morning all together. She was working the drive thru window in the mornings and was so nasty to me on several occasions, my son asked "why is that lady so mean mommy?". I stopped back after a few weeks of skipping it and she wasn't working the window, the drive thru staff is amazing lately! This morning, around 730, my son and I went inside to the counter and there she was, the "mean lady", working the counter. And again, so rude. She shouldn't be allowed to interact with customers. I asked a simple question and she snarled back at me..the question was a basic "yes or no", I wasn't being difficult. 5 stars for the drive thru crew! The point of Dunkin is to get in and out with a correct order. I'm staying at a local campground for the weekend and my DD Perks app showed this was the closest location. When we got inside, the line was too the door which wasn't worrisome at first because usually DDs are good at getting orders out. This location wasn't a typical DD. The line took forever! They only had one person working the counter. They had two women working the drive though and they were clearly having fun doing their thing, which wasn't taking care of customers. They were yelling at each other, saying things about they don't care and if you want it your way go to McDonald's. I specifically said my order slow, especially my sandwich because I don't eat meat. The receipt showed I ordered correctly but yet when I got my sandwich there was bacon. My coffee had flavoring like I requested but it was very weak for a large. I know DD isn't fine dining and usually I'm pretty easy going with fast food but this place is pretty bad. read more

I went in today to order a coffee and when I walked in I wasn't greeted by anyone, which was understandable because the employees seemed to be tied up by the drive through. I was the only customer waiting inside of the store. After five minutes, an employee told me someone would be right with me. After another five minutes has passed, I asked if I should just go through the drive through. They said no and another woman wearing a headset came to the register and I assumed she was about to take my order. Instead, she said "you know there's a bell you can ring right here if you need someone," and then walked away saying she had to get someone else. At this point I left. Our family use to love going here. So I will make it simple: 1. Glazed is OK, maybe slightly hard and never Fresh 2. Want something prepared because you may have health issue ( any Issue ) - forget it, they will do exact opposite you asked for. 3. Want a filled donut - forget it if you like it heavy Handed piping. Got one for a friend and he ate more than 7/8ths of the donut and still had not Vanilla Cream filling. All the donuts are the same, extreme lack of filling... 4. They give what they have too much of instead of what you ask for... 5. People use to be great before 7:00, now you will only one person on at that hour and they are swamped. 6. Short on time, forget it, they will always make you late for work. 7. They try to be Cheap, and that means they do not respect your time. 8. Cake donut varieties have been shaved back. 9. Cake donuts are dry, yeast if glazed over are just OK. 10. Don't waste your time if your looking for normal sized donuts like at Shady Maple as a master reference... 11. So rude, while at the drive thru a male got on the speaker and literally started fighting with us and then came out the back door trying to act all tough with his arms crossed staring at us. We had kids in the car and he started having words with us outside. The big guy with dark hair who has his pants below his butt (which in my opinion is not very sanitary) should not be in customer service, how he still has a job is insane. Less than 1 star if I could. At around 10:30 am, I visited this location through the drive through. 2 cars were ahead of me. It took almost 10minutes to take my order. After I ordered a large iced macchiato with caramel and LESS milk. I waited another 20 minutes to get to the window. They scanned my app to pay and handed me a Medium drink with zero ice and not filled to the top. I had to re state my order was for a large. It took about 5 minutes for her to again wrongly make my drink 90% milk, barely any ice, and way to much caramel and hardly any espresso. But the cup was filled to the entire top which means WAY to much MILK when I ordered less. Horrible experience, if I had more time than the already 25/30 minutes to waste I would have re complained. My drink was trash and a waste of $6. Not to mention 6 totally employees inside the building so they were not short staffed. Won't return and do not recommended. Weird experience. We went through the drive thru and the woman taking our order was professional but unfriendly. We ordered two iced coffees and two bagels (a sesame and an everything) with cream cheese on the side for me and veggie cream cheese on my fiancé's everything bagel. When we pulled up to the window, the man working the window didn't seem too confident in our order when handing the bag to us. When my fiancé looked in the bag, he saw two plain cream cheeses on the side and immediately thought they messed up his order since every other Dunkin' we have been to only gives you one side of cream cheese if you order it on the side. He ended up telling the guy we will pull over and see if it's right. His order was correct, but the woman who took our order rang in my sesame bagel as a regular bagel, and they gave us extra cream cheese for whatever reason. They also forgot to give us a plastic knife for me. I told my fiancé I'd just eat it, but since he had to get a knife anyways he decided to go in and get the correct bagel. Feel as though We've given this place plenty of time thinking they needed more training & to get settled but they're still a ridiculously hot mess! Weekday, weekend doesn't matter. Product is put out and it's not even close to the typical DD spec's. This Dunkin is new, so im guessing they're still training, etc. Service is not so great and neither is the coffee. Their DARK roast coffee (hot and iced) is watered down and tastes exactly like the regular coffee. I've ordered several times to try and give them the benefit of the doubt, but ice been disappointed each time. I order DARK roast coffee all the time at the Dunkin Donuts at another location and it's so much better. PLEASE FIX YOUR DARK ROAST ICED AND HOT COFFEE. read more
