I place an order for a box of Joe and a couple of items on their app. It did not go through, so I ordered it again. Guess what, when I got to the store, both orders (7:00 on a Saturday, not busy) were on the counter. When I explained what happened the manager said, its not "our" fault, you will have to take and pay for both. If I had used my credit card I could dispute this ridiculous way of treating a customer, but since I used their app. I got stiffed. Is there a place to complain on the App or get customer service - of course not! You guys need to treat your customers better. read more

Today is Saturday! What a change from yesterday. Yesterday the young man who helped me was nice, friendly and smiled. The food was great and the coffee was outstanding. Today however was horrible. The lady behind the counter was rude ( could be the manager I don't know ) the coffee was horrible. I asked for more 1/2 and 1/2 and I got a drop. When I asked for more it was like I was interrupting the staff. If this was my first time I would never go back. Shows you staff is everything ! We threw away our food and went next door. what a waste of time, patience, and money. for the last 2 months, the woman has been the ONLY worker for the majority of the time this Dunkin is open. She is incompetent, seems like she is on drugs, cannot make a drink order right nor can she do math or help with money/gift cards in any way. I don't know why she was hired. The woman before her, Samantha, was just as bad. She found my venmo from looking up my name from my debit card and requested $100 for "family emergency" How unprofessional, and absolutely weird. I used to love coming to Dunkin' when the other guy from summer 2021 yo until a few months ago made drinks. He was kind, polite, made orders perfectly and seemed to enjoy his job. None of these other workers deserve employment at this rate with their laziness. The staff is the worse at this place. The cashier, a Dominican male had no customer service skills at all. Very playful and careless about taking my order. I have gone here many times and they have always been the SLOWEST and rudest dunkin doughnuts franchise out there. The tables are ALWAYS not cleaned and sticky. The last time i went in know one was there and i had to wait until he emerged from the back. this tatted speed freak who looked and acted like he did not have a care in the world was taking orders and the only man behind the counter. I waited with another girl for 10 minutes no exaggeration for them to even take my order. He was doing another order. After that he helped the person in front of me and then MADE THERE ORDER while I WAS STILL WAITING !? I waited ten minutes and then he finally got finished getting 2 coffees i think and then he took my order. My gift card happened to decline and he said " its still the points" in the most uninterested and unpersonable demeanor i have seen from someone in food service. He then waited 2 minutes and then mumbled "its still however much money it was" and laughed with a smart grin like i was stupid one? When he was not being clear in the slightest! After i then paid and waited. I was never offered a receipt. That happens all the time there not just with this person. I then waited for 15 minutes for my under sugared, and under milked coffee and stale bacon egg and cheese. and then i was finally out of there after Having spent about a half an hour in there. This Dunkin' doughnuts is the most constantly slowest, RUDEST,worst quality and lowest staffed dunkin doughnuts out there. It has been this way for years as i expect this high traffic location gets a lot of business so the owner skimps on properly staffing and cleaning. It is always dirty, and slow. ABYSMAL customer service. The server barely listened to my order... when she wasn't talking-over me. She gave me an enormous bucket of Munchkins when I specifically requested a small cup. I paid with a gift card and requested a refund for the wrong food (which I did not accept). The server refused to refund the difference, claiming that refunds cannot be issued on gift card purchases. (I have worked in retail and know this to not be true.) VERY bad experience... I will never purchase from this Dunkin' restaurant again. Unless you want somebody to (deliberately?) mess-up your order, you should not purchase there, either. read more

What a fun place. I went here with a friend that was meeting a relative to go over a birthday party. It seemed like everyone knew each other and the conversations would weave into one another. I had never met any of the workers or patrons but felt like a close friend and treated very nicely. The shop is a bit cozy but the patio area outside is inviting and fun to people watch. The location is right by adorable shops and cafe type eating. Now for something important too, the coffee, it is great DD coffee and the staff is quick. Again the workers are friendly and when leaving called out 'hope to see you again'. That was nice and they will. Enjoy read more

Went in one morning with a group. This place is too small for more than a handful of people to be in it but a small town. People taking orders okay. The people handing out the food were rude and not nice. When we told one girl that we were missing a drink, she accused us of stealing it. We figured out later that they gave us the wrong size. I decided not to go back in and get the proper size but to deal with it and never go back to that Dunkin Donuts again. Went in today around 130pm, tables were dirty, seats were filled with crumbs, wifi didnt work/was way too slow.

Used to be a great Dunkin's but the new staff--with one or two exceptions--is terrible. You now have to wait in two lines, one to order and one to pick up. Half the time they screw up the order or simply forget to make it. There is one girl that works there who is downright rude to her coworkers and has an attitude with customers. there is a guy who works the microwave who is painfully slow and incompetent. My heart drops when I see them on shift. Only thing going for it are the colorful townies/regulars, the "breakfast club"--middle-aged guys and gals who seem to put up with the drop in quality and care, very friendly folks. read more

Best DD I've ever been to. Clean and friendly service. The staff if amazing and they know almost everyones name.

Stay away until they clean it up. The second time that I have arrived here to find the floors filthy. Plenty of staff on hand but no one is inclined to sweep and mop the floor that is now even worse because of the melted snow that has been tracked in. One would expect better in New Canaan. read more
