I am delighted they are here. At the end of this review is a brief history of the chain. The other thing you need to consider is that I was there on opening day, so we have yet to see how they do when things are more normal, but I suspect little will change. To put it plainly, the food is great. The donuts in the case just beg to be let out and taken home, and the coffee is as fantastic as always and what you can buy for your machine at home. Because it was opening day, the back and front lines were packed with workers almost getting in each other's way. Customers learning the menu and the phone app slowed things down, but everyone was greeted with a smile. The manager was very keen on making sure everyone was trained properly and discreetly took them aside to give them pointers. The employee always returned to the counter with a smile on their face. Previously this building housed a Krystal Hamburger store and the ambiance was, well, typical Krystal. The Tim Horton's organization really made the place look great. I even smiled when I grabbed the door handle fashioned like a hockey stick. As I remember, Tim Hortons almost put a major competitor out of business in their home country of Canada. Tim was a hockey player who died in a car crash in 1974. A cultural icon in Canada, the company is very big in community support including their children's foundation, and free skating, free swimming and food drives among others.

My son said the chicken for his sandwich was a little dry but overall it was also pretty good. I am biased when it comes to cinnamon rolls as I have a favorite place here locally. Was not a bad taste just not what I prefer. I went between breakfast and lunch so I was able to get directly in line at the drive-through and not have to wait. Still not a bad spot for a combination of items available with pretty quick service. The only reason for reducing from five stars to four stars was the dryness of some of the food.
