I saw one of the employees pick something up off the floor and proceed to handle my food. I use the Dunkin Mobile app for a drive thru pickup 4-5 times a week for breakfast. (Don't judge. I love the ham/swiss stuffer.) my food is always hot and delicious. The service is amazing. Shout out specifically to the manager Carly(spelling) and to Kieron(spelling). Both know my name and my order and get me in/out so quickly. I find the entire staff to be friendly, helpful, and great with customer service. I'm usually through the drive thru within 10 minutes even at the busiest times. I've been in this place many times as I worked across the street from it a couple of years ago... and have bought multiple boxes of donuts, or only a sandwich and a drink. It seems the early morning people are the best and the "coolest" to deal with... really engaging and quite entertaining. Of course the donuts are fresh at that hour and you have a selection to choose from... but give that a couple of hours from say, 7 am, and that drops off exponentially with the hours people begin work in the surrounding businesses... even with a Starbucks basically across the street. However, they are primarily a donut and coffee shop, and I prefer their coffee over Starbucks any day! Did y'all know that Starbucks refuses to send any of their products to our troops??? Yep. In November 2019, I went through the drive thru at Dunkin. I ordered a large coffee with cream. After paying and receiving what I thought was my coffee, I drove down the road. After the first sip, I realized this was not what I ordered. I turned around and went inside. The server looked at me like I was crazy when I told her this was not the coffee I ordered. I again asked for a large coffee with cream. The server wanted to play detective and figure out what I ordered. Would give zero stars if could. Dunkin used to be good, they used to make coffee. Since starting to carry oatmilk, they seem to have confused customers milk preferences for whether or not they prefer milk or coffee. The only coffee you can taste in their lattes is watered down too. Went here on a saturday morning. Staff was not rude, but not friendly either. I ordered a fire roasted veggie burrito bowl. It was TERRIBLE. Do not recommend! It was $5 and the only vegetable it had in it was cauliflower (which took up half the space in the bowl). The other ingredients were beans and about 2 kernels of corn, which are both not vegetables. The last few times we have come here, our order has been wrong. Last time they left out tow donuts and we did not find out until we were on the other side of town. We stopped by on our way out of town for Thanksgiving and ordered two glazed donuts and breakfast sandwich. We paid via the app. It was not until later that I noticed a ham egg and cheese breakfast sandwich and two glazed donuts was $8.30. Not sure what else they charge me for but this price is wrong. I went here to get an iced vanilla latte. They were out of French Vanilla? Fine. I look at the menu and order 2 Frozen Dunkacino drinks. The girl asks what size... They only have one size option on the menu so I'm confused. She says "oh it must only come in medium." She works here? I get to the window and the guy says $8.65. I'm again confused because the price on the menu said $2.50. I tell him this and he said oh did you get a medium? Again with the medium. Once we got to the window Mattie (probably also the girl who took the order) said how much it was and my boyfriend asked her if she got the whole order and repeated it to her. This Dunkin' Donuts is absolutely pathetic. You can't ever get coffee before work because they'll make you late. I can't even get coffee before for church anymore because they make you late. I just waited 20 minutes in the drive-through line and when I finally got my order, like usual, it was wrong. I ordered a cold brew I got a regular iced coffee. I wanted pumpkin, 2 Splenda and 1 cream it looks as though there is one Cream but nothing else. I actually prefer Dunkin' Donuts pumpkin cold brew over Starbucks pumpkin latte but when you wait 20 minutes and you don't even get what you ask for it makes you want to say "screw you Dunkin I'm going back to Starbucks." Because at least every time I go to Starbucks I get what I asked for. I understand waiting at Starbucks a little longer than I would at Dunkin' Donuts, it's a different class of coffee even though more expensive. BUT I have NEVER waited as long at Starbucks as I have at THIS Dunkin Donuts. I have been a Dunkin' Donuts fan my whole life growing up in Pennsylvania and was so excited when Dunkin made its way to Tennessee. But the Dunkin' Donuts that I have come to here, are a complete embarrassment to the entire company. Not only did my coffee not have pumpkin in it which was infuriating to me, but my muffin is not cooked inside so that's pretty disgusting I have pictures. I have worked in hospitality and food service my whole life I don't know what the story is with this store but things were perfect there and they went in made some changes and ruined it. You better get it together because this is just me one complaint, but I have witnessed many people with their frustrations towards the store and I know a lot of people that won't go back. I thought I would try Dunkin' Donuts iced coffee which I usually get at Starbucks, I will say that the only upside was the price. I asked for heavy cream, was told they don't have heavy cream, wasn't sure if they offered almond milk or coconut milk. My iced coffee tastes like nothing but sugar water. I will say that although Starbucks is a bit more expensive I do not mind paying the prices to get what I what and iced coffee that doesn't taste like sugar water. read more
