Food: Food was good. I don't like how there was an issue with one of the employees and myself. This hindered their customer service. I saw one of the employees pick something up off the floor and proceed to handle my food. I asked the employee to wash their hands they proceeded to tell me they didn't pick anything up trying to gaslight me. Ambiance Ambiance is just like any other Dunkin. Fast, loud, and in and out. I won't come back here due to some sanitary issues and that employees interaction. read more

I use the Dunkin Mobile app for a drive thru pickup 4-5 times a week for breakfast. (Don't judge. I love the ham/swiss stuffer.) my food is always hot and delicious. The service is amazing. Shout out specifically to the manager Carly(spelling) and to Kieron(spelling). Both know my name and my order and get me in/out so quickly. I find the entire staff to be friendly, helpful, and great with customer service. I'm usually through the drive thru within 10 minutes even at the busiest times. Carly has done a great job since she took over this location. Very clean! read more

Well after waiting in line at the drive thru this morning for 30 minutes I get up to the order box and sit there for another five minutes and they come on and apologize for the wait and ask if they could help me. I start giving them my order and he says I'm sorry but we are not taking orders right now, you will need to order on the app and then come back around. WHAT? Needless to say, I will never be back. read more

Came for a mid-afternoon pick-me-up and had a cup of good coffee and a good doughnut. It wasn't Starbucks but the prices weren't StarBUCKS either. The store was empty and our server was polite and efficient. The interior of this fairly new store is new but dated. I haven't been for a while until today and it looks like they have expanded their menu to include breakfast sandwiches, bagels and wraps. read more

Came by to get my usual iced coffee and had a pleasant experience thanks to Landon. He took my order and was very welcoming and friendly and even asked if my coffee was good after he made it for me. Overall a great pit stop for some needed coffee. read more

I ordered one large frozen drink online, i got there 15 minutes after i ordered it and still waited 15 minutes in the lobby. it was very busy, but everyone kept getting everyone else around me so i tried to tell the employees what my order was and i was ignored. i asked for a refund and no one knew how to do it and went back to whatever they were doing before. i was already half an hour late for work and i had no more time to wait, so ive tried calling since i left and no one answers the phone. read more

Went inside for a sandwich, hashbrowns and coffee. Couldn't get a reciept as the printer was empty. Girl at the counter reloaded it and it still didn't work. Manager didn't help her. Stood there for what seemed like 15min watching people who came in after me get their food. Asked where my food was and was told that my order number would be on it. That would be great if I had a receipt. Food finally shows up but no coffee. After some additional inquiry, I get my coffee. Sit down to eat and the eggs are cold and wet and the bacon was raw. The hash browns didn't suck that bad. You want a donut or muffin, great place. You want a Hot sandwich, Hardee's is less than a mile south read more

Every order, mobile or in person, I've placed at this location has been correct and delicious. Staff is friendly :)

I've come here in the morning several times and each experience was about the same. I order using the mobile app and they always forget to put whatever food I order out with my drink. Then whenever I approach the counter to ask about my food I am ignored or walked away from. The drinks and food themselves aren't bad but the service here could be a lot better. read more

I've been in this place many times as I worked across the street from it a couple of years ago... and have bought multiple boxes of donuts, or only a sandwich and a drink. It seems the early morning people are the best and the "coolest" to deal with... really engaging and quite entertaining. Of course the donuts are fresh at that hour and you have a selection to choose from... but give that a couple of hours from say, 7 am, and that drops off exponentially with the hours people begin work in the surrounding businesses... even with a Starbucks basically across the street. The actual food menu could be a bit larger, but their grilled cheese sandwich with bacon is pretty darn tasty! However, they are primarily a donut and coffee shop, and I prefer their coffee over Starbucks any day! Did y'all know that Starbucks refuses to send any of their products to our troops??? Yep. But Dunkin sends all kinds of things to our men and women so they can have a little comfort and a taste of home while protecting our freedom! Shame on you, Starbucks... and thank YOU, Dunkin!!! But I digress... Anyway... the service in this Church St. location is variable... I've had mid afternoon ones who could absolutely care less if I ordered or not... and I've had my morning peeps who were amazing! I've had evening ones who were halfway in between that I enjoyed, just not as much as the morning ones that were the she to my nanigans... the food was average, not exceptional, not bad. The coffee is great! The donuts are awesome until about 10 am then start to dry out... so get there early unless you like going stale donuts... and oh! Please leave a tip in the cup if you like their service... read more

In November 2019, I went through the drive thru at Dunkin. I ordered a large coffee with cream. After paying and receiving what I thought was my coffee, I drove down the road. After the first sip, I realized this was not what I ordered. I turned around and went inside. The server looked at me like I was crazy when I told her this was not the coffee I ordered. I again asked for a large coffee with cream. The server wanted to play detective and figure out what I ordered. After several minutes, the server returned and determined the coffee mistake occurred at the drive thru window. However, she did not offer an apology. She only handed me a large coffee with cream and walked away. read more

Would give zero stars if could. Dunkin used to be good, they used to make coffee. Since starting to carry oatmilk, they seem to have confused customers milk preferences for whether or not they prefer milk or coffee. The only coffee you can taste in their lattes is watered down too. The food is increasingly worse as they hand you a Kraft single unmelted over a single piece of bacon and act like what you paid for was a lunchable. On top of that the customer service is terrible. Like they're bothered you came in to frequent their establishment read more

Young staff got the order all wrong! Gave me the wrong breakfast sandwich and did not offer to make it right. Sourdough is not a croissant! Yuck. Two beverages did not arrive. We went back to the counter to complain the drinks took a 1/2 hour. Disappointing training program. I hate businesses that hire dumb kids and let them learn by trial and error. But when you get the right food it is good. Other times I've eaten here or drive thru. I get the wrong donuts. The Dunkin website was impossible. They clearly do not want to hear complains. There Dunkin' app has no option for feedback or contact. Their website refused to let me sign in. And I know I had the right password because I just used it for the dumb app. So Yelp will have to suffice. read more

I recently moved to this side of the boro and have gone to this Dunkin a few times. They're quick and pretty good, but I have to say the last two times I've gone their machine to make frozen drinks is "broken." I'm starting to feel like I'm going to McDonald's. Half of your drinks are frozen and it's hot as hell outside.... get it together. read more

Went here on a saturday morning. Staff was not rude, but not friendly either. I ordered a fire roasted veggie burrito bowl. It was TERRIBLE. Do not recommend! It was $5 and the only vegetable it had in it was cauliflower (which took up half the space in the bowl). The other ingredients were beans and about 2 kernels of corn, which are both not vegetables. Also, my breakfast sat up there getting cold for 10 minutes because I never heard them call my order and the bag was sitting in the mobile to go order shot when I was dining in. I'll choose another breakfast place tomorrow while I'm in town, thanks. read more

Worst dunkin donuts ever! Their drive through is so slow, the people working the drive thru are even worse! I ordered a hot chocolate for my daughter. Asked for half Milk half hot chocolate. The man at the drive through said "here's your half coffee half hot chocolate" I said WHAT as my daughter took her first sip. I was pretty annoyed but it wasn't the mans fault he seemed frazzled. The girls in the back were all laughing at him when he said that. Not sure what the deal with that was. If your planning on getting a quick cup of coffee plan at least 20 minutes extra just to wait for your order! Their drive through is worse. Do yourself a favor goto Starbucks across the street!!! We have lived in the neighborhood for over two years and have stopped here often although I don't know why. The food is the food and the coffee is the coffee but the service here is so slow. It took 10 minutes to get two bacon and egg wraps this morning. They had five people "making" food and it still took that long. Three of the five just stood around looking lost. It's not fine dinning people. I know people are slower in the South but this is ridiculous. Happens all the time at this location. read more

The last few times we have come here, our order has been wrong. Last time they left out tow donuts and we did not find out until we were on the other side of town. We stopped by on our way out of town for Thanksgiving and ordered two glazed donuts and breakfast sandwich. We paid via the app. It was not until later that I noticed a ham egg and cheese breakfast sandwich and two glazed donuts was $8.30. Not sure what else they charge me for but this price is wrong. Also we received no napkins. I understand that mistakes happen, but they happen all the time here. I rarely write negative reviews, but this place needs new management and training. read more

I went here to get an iced vanilla latte. They were out of French Vanilla? Fine. I look at the menu and order 2 Frozen Dunkacino drinks. The girl asks what size... They only have one size option on the menu so I'm confused. She says "oh it must only come in medium." She works here? I get to the window and the guy says $8.65. I'm again confused because the price on the menu said $2.50. I tell him this and he said oh did you get a medium? Again with the medium. So I again say there is only one size listed and it says $2.50 and he says "I don't know what you want me to do. It rings up $3.99 so it's $3.99." I told him I would go elsewhere. He flippantly told me to have a nice day. I continued on to the Starbucks across the street where they not only know the menu, but also have vanilla. read more

I wouldn't recommend stopping by this Dunkin' Donuts. My boyfriend and I stopped for 2 coffees and 2 bacon egg and cheese sandwiches. The girl taking our order was very rude. Once we got to the window Mattie (probably also the girl who took the order) said how much it was and my boyfriend asked her if she got the whole order and repeated it to her. She rolled her eyes and said yes. She then handed us two coffees, then tried to rush us off. When i told her she forgot our food, she said it wasn't on the order. We literally just asked her if she got the two coffees and two sandwiches. Then another worker asked us to pull up and wait. After we waited a while they finally brought out our food. It was cold. Thanks for wasting our time. People here should definitely learn how to talk to customers. Not satisfied at all. Mattie, fix your face dear. read more

I went in for some good donuts and coffee, and that's just what I got. If you like Dunkin Donuts, this location is a great one. It's a bit of a drive from MTSU, but this is a full service Dunkin, with K-cups and the full menu. I'll be back for sure. read more

Heck of a slick, clean, modern location with great service and a quick turnaround. The only problem is there's a Bojangles within sight and as good as their sweet tea is, it's tough for us to come to DD. Meanwhile, DD has bagels, muffins and donuts, which Bo-Time doesn't. This place has become awful. If you're not waiting 20 mins in line, you're greeted by super unfriendly staff, or both. Don't get a bagel. It's always burnt. This location really needs an upgrade on management and staff. read more

This Dunkin' Donuts is absolutely pathetic. You can't ever get coffee before work because they'll make you late. I can't even get coffee before for church anymore because they make you late. I swear their average drive-through wait time has to be 10 to 15 minutes it's obscene. And when you haven't had your coffee for the day you feel like a hostage stuck in that line. I just waited 20 minutes in the drive-through line and when I finally got my order, like usual, it was wrong. I ordered a cold brew I got a regular iced coffee. I wanted pumpkin, 2 Splenda and 1 cream it looks as though there is one Cream but nothing else. I actually prefer Dunkin' Donuts pumpkin cold brew over Starbucks pumpkin latte but when you wait 20 minutes and you don't even get what you ask for it makes you want to say "screw you Dunkin I'm going back to Starbucks." Because at least every time I go to Starbucks I get what I asked for. I understand waiting at Starbucks a little longer than I would at Dunkin' Donuts, it's a different class of coffee even though more expensive. BUT I have NEVER waited as long at Starbucks as I have at THIS Dunkin Donuts. I have been a Dunkin' Donuts fan my whole life growing up in Pennsylvania and was so excited when Dunkin made its way to Tennessee. But the Dunkin' Donuts that I have come to here, are a complete embarrassment to the entire company. Not only did my coffee not have pumpkin in it which was infuriating to me, but my muffin is not cooked inside so that's pretty disgusting I have pictures. I have worked in hospitality and food service my whole life I don't know what the story is with this store but things were perfect there and they went in made some changes and ruined it. You better get it together because this is just me one complaint, but I have witnessed many people with their frustrations towards the store and I know a lot of people that won't go back. By the way taking away dog treats at a drive-through where every other car has a dog it's probably not the best way for your new management to make friends either. read more

I thought I would try Dunkin' Donuts iced coffee which I usually get at Starbucks, I will say that the only upside was the price. I asked for heavy cream, was told they don't have heavy cream, wasn't sure if they offered almond milk or coconut milk. My iced coffee tastes like nothing but sugar water.
