Burnt my cheese on the $5.49 bacon egg and cheese bagel and chose to serve it anyway. A blind person wouldn't serve this to someone. 1/4/26 happy new year, same Dunkin

This was random stop for a sweet treat. We arrived to make a drive-thru order and realized you couldn't see the menu good at all. Lighting for the board was broken and no other source was available. So, we decided to go in. The store was clean and one of the two workers was friendly. The other just stood with an attitude and didn't acknowledge anyone. I really didn't care as I was in a mission for a sweet treat not customer service. We did come later in the evening so there wasn't a lot of choice but what I wanted was front and center - the brownie batter donut! The other two just looked interesting. Once we paid and strolled back the car, I started my mini taste tasting haha. The brownie batter was true to the name - it was like eating a spoon of batter! So good! The other two had filling as well - the apple had an apple pie filling and the last one a normal creme filling. Of the two - the apple was amazing! Would I go back? Not really. But hey you might have a different opinion than me based on the time you go - so give it a try!

After I went in to this Dunkin I looked around and the place was clean and nice with a couple of people eating at the indoor tables, it was raining outside so no one was at the outdoor seating. The young man at the counter was efficient didn't seam to want to be there. I ordered a coffee with a little cream and a little sugar, a doughnut , a croissant sandwich, a separate egg, bacon and a side of hash browns. I got my coffee- it was almost all cream- I asked if he could pour 1/2 out and put coffee in the rest- still tasted of cream it seemed like the coffee was super weak. They forgot my doughnut (I went back in) he said Oh and gave me one It was decorated pretty and shaped like a heart. It was ok - not much filling. The sandwich and other items were thrown in the bag- looked awful but tasted ok.

Ordered donut holes for our toddler. Received dry, garbage munchkins.

We started going to this location because we recently moved near it. It's probably the worst location in the area. The staff needs some proper training, like knowing how their app works, how to make drinks properly, etc. I ordered a drink online and apparently the the espresso machine was broken and for whatever reason they couldn't give me a refund. So they gave me a regular coffee with some sugar plum flavor added. So I overpaid. Ordered our son munchkins and received a box of broken, dry munchkins that should've been thrown out. We've wasted money here a few times, no more.

We went on a Saturday afternoon which probably did not help the cause, but there were only a couple of tables available, which luckily we snagged one. I opted for the maple brown sugar latte. Glad I was able to check this coffee shop out since it was on my list, but not sure it's one I will rush back to.

One thing that was an incredibly exciting surprise the last time I went were the whole beans they had for sale from Fritz Coffee (imported from Korea im pretty sure). I had to grab a bag despite them being a bit pricey as they were freshly roasted too (price was expected for something like that). A slight down point for me though was the food, got a couple chocolate chip cookies and they were very much not worth it. The latte was smooth, refreshing, and perfectly balanced--not overly sweet, just enough vanilla to complement the coffee. It was very crowded there's not a lot of seating inside, they do have outside sitting. I did like how the inside looked and they had their pastries out front. I couldn't tell what to order and spent a few minutes trying to figure the menu out without getting overstimulated by the time I could even think about asking questions they had a really big line. I ended up ordering a medium cappuccino which I know see from other reviews that my disappointment was not just me. we did get a waffle croissant thing which was not bad. It tasted stale. So it was a bit tougher and chewier or I'm not sure if that's how it was supposed to be ? I'm sure if it was fresh it would have been better. My daughter ended up getting a fruit smoothie and a hello kitty looking Madeline that was banana flavored she really liked that. There are no prices on the things that aren't at their coffee station area. I did ask the guy up front that it was my first time here and I wasn't sure what to get, he just stared at me. Didn't say anything. And then corrected me when I asked for the waffle thing. Soo.. there's that. So I guess come here if you know what you want. Or come during non less busy hours. We only came by because it was across the street from our therapy appointment. But left more disappointed.. and I spent $22 with tip. Not even sure what I paid for or the prices it all happened so fast. So go here don't go here. We will probably try another place.

Purple & Pearl specializes in fruit tea/bubble tea/milk tea/matcha latte/Vietnamese coffee/fresh milk beverages with a few snacks in the form of croffles (waffle and croissant hybrid). Upon entering, this space is very nicely decorated with high aesthetic appeal. I looked over the menu and decided on getting the strawberry lime tea with a croffle to snack on there. I got the tea with the lowest available sweetness (sticker on it stated 25%, from the natural sweetness of the fruit it was explained to me as I did ask for no sweetness) and liked it a lot with a great taste as well as refreshing. Looking at the topping section of the menu under the snacks/croffle area, I saw custard and asked for that on my croffle. I was quickly informed, short version, that the custard was not actually available as a croffle topping so after the explanation I decided on going with the default topping which was a lot of whipped cream with powdered sugar. I did take off a majority (not all) of the whipped cream and powdered sugar and enjoyed the croffle itself as a nice snack (in the future I would ask for no powdered sugar). I would definitely visit Purple & Pearl again for a refreshing beverage, I enjoyed the strawberry lime tea choice very much.

Even on their own items, I've seen this place as BenGong's Tea and Ben Gong's Tea which supposedly means "Her Majesty's" Tea in Chinese. I went into the quaint, bright, inviting bubble tea shop and saw that you can order with staff or by kiosk, a plus for those of us that are not "kiosk friendly" yet. In looking at the menu, I spotted the Green Grape Sparkling Tea and went with that one. The staff member was pleasant and helpful taking my order. I ordered with less ice and no added sweetness, with the added fruit in it the sweetness was just right for me without adding extra so good call. The tasty bubbly tea was just what I wanted, I liked this drink. I did notice afterwards with their online menu that the "toppings" included with this drink are crystal jelly and lime slices, so I think I might ask for no crystal jelly next time. Also of note is that their containers are very sturdy with a good sized portion as well (as they are not the cheapest beverages but again, good quality). My tea came out in pretty good time, I thought, but did I did see others waiting around a bit for their order so it may depend on what you actually order on how quickly you get it. I'm glad I stopped to try out BenGong's Tea and won't hesitate to visit in the future when needing a bit of refreshment.
