So this review is for Alyssa and the sandwiches ONLY! We are DD doers. From Boston what can we say. Stopped in on our way to Jay Peak. We stood at the counter for a small period while two other female employees looked at us but did not acknowledge our presence while chatting it up with a customer (their own age) who had no food or beverage that I could see. Finally Alyssa comes over after making coffees for someone else and very happily takes our order. The other girls, one on her phone, the other staring at another customer in the parking lot, did nothing to prepare the order. Alyssa finally goes over and asks the girl with blue hair to make our sandwiches. Which she surprisingly did. So all and all a 5 min DD stop took way longer than it should have. This was my first visit to this location, not to a Dunkin. I will not be going back. No one was inside when I entered yet I had to wait 3 to 4 minutes just for my order to be taken while the employees finished their conversation on donut holes. When I placed the order I had to repeat it twice and then I was asked again if it was correct. We waited over 5 minutes for 2 iced coffees. Neither of them were made correctly and when I said this is incorrect all that was said is oh sorry. Not let me get it you 2 new ones or anything. I wasn't about to wait another 10 minutes or longer by asking for a manager. read more

We waited in the drive through for 15 minutes went inside and still waited another 30 minutes for 3 coffees and a breakfast sandwich. Absolutely worse dunkin we've been too. It's the GM responsibility to make sure enough employee are there to work. read more

I come here often. There are employees who are professional, kind, and awesome. There is one particular employee who ALWAYS gets my order wrong. Nothing that I would ever complain about normally, but I can't consume caffeine. It's a medical condition. Each time this employee makes my coffee - it is caffeinated. Which I won't know until after I've ingested it. It seems utterly indifferent and apathetic and that they have zero pride in the job they do. Never mind dangerous! read more

Extremely Embarrassed that I hyped this place up to Friends only to have visited this place twice this past week finding it the same way at 830ish in the morning trashes over flowing inside as well outside directly out front, Food & Trash all over the counters & floors don't even want to describe the condition of the bathrooms Wish I could say that there was limited employees & that they were busy, but there were more then plenty employees but I believe that other then a few of these employees are paid to strictly stand around as I never see these handful of employees doing anything but holding the floor down & make sure their cell is getting service!. Andddd the Uniforms is there a Circus show going on here? Got most employees not wearing proper uniforms wearing other logos on their clothes while working even one with her shirt off her shoulder... as a child I loved coming to this dunkin my parents would treat my siblings & I thank god I don't have children yet & that I've learned this is NOT a family Restaurant anymore It's turned into some Hillbilly Donut Shop where 3-4 Employees work around the ones that stand around...As customers hear employees swearing even heard one of the taller females actually say she was going to snap & punch someone... WTF is really going on at this place of business?. And where is the Manager? Why is something not being done about these employees about the inside look of this building? I highly recommend to visit the next closest Dunkin if at all possible or wait till after 12pm to visit the Morrisville One... This is absolutely the worse DD!! If your in a hurry don't bother stopping here, minimum 45 minute wait just to place your order, and the employees here are extremely rude, acting like customers are bothering them and they would rather be and do anything else. They also get the simplest order wrong!!! The inside is extremely dirty, donuts are NOT fresh, and it's very clear to taste that the coffee has been sitting around for a while. If the employees there don't want to be there then they need to find employment somewhere else. Also talking about your personal life I.e what you and your boyfriend did in detail last night is NOT acceptable when customers are around!!! Also don't stop at 6:30pm-6:45pm, you will get yelled at by a employee that they are closing and to go away. To save your sanity drive the extra couple miles and go to the Dunkin' Donuts in Stowe, atleast they can get your orders right and are pleasant. read more

Even when it's 1 in the afternoon expect to wait in the line for 45minutes!!!!!! Yes you Hurd that right. Out of ever dunkin in all the untitled states I been to I've never seen anything this stupid. I do not recommend this store , they burn things. & their drinks are watered down. If it was up to me I'd turn it into a Starbucks. Always good bagels, coffee, and donuts. My wife says the donuts don't seem as fresh as they could be. With all the sugar frosting and sweet filling, I cant tell. Friendly staff. Clean. They have a drive through window. read more

Stopped here after work at the drive thru and was told to hold on before they could take our order.. it was at least 5 minutes before they finally took our order and told us it would be 5.66 the person behind us left because they were sick of waiting we get to the next window and again it was 5 minutes before they even opened the window and told us 15.66 they asked if I wanted a wrap for my bacon egg and cheese and I said yes but after we left I opened and it and it was a croissant. Worst service EVER don't go there. #trash read more

NEVER again will I return to morrisville dunkin donuts!! 1st of all they are COMPLETELY out of Donuts (even donut holes) @ 3pm on a Saturday! 2nd of all, I ordered a frozen coffee, pull up to the window, to overhear a group of employees asking eachother if any of the 6 employees, know how to make one!!! I ordered a French vanilla frozen coffee, & it came out with caramel drizzled over the top & it's BY FAR the MOST DISGUSTING frozen coffee I've EVER HAD!! Wishing I hadn't ordered a large cuz it's so awful I just threw away $6!! I have warned everybody on facebook about this & am now calling management & corporate!! If you go in the morning they are mostly a well oiled machine as it is very busy. I work nights so I stop around 5:30 pm, I am the only one there and it takes up to 15 minutes to get an ice coffee with no other items. The drive thru is backed up from them only doing one order at a time from start to finish before taking the next because the staff does not work together. How could they when someone's always on a smoke break sitting on a crate next to the drive through ordering board. read more
