I normally wouldn't make it to Johnson, but our basketball tournament changed that. We were looking for some lunch in between games and decided to give Jenna's a shot based on the decent reviews. I got the turkey, bacon, and avocado on a baguette, and my dad got the smash burger. The service was excellent from start to finish. Both lunches came with fries, which I don't think were house-made, but that's fine, as they were cooked perfectly. The real stars were the sandwiches. Mine was excellent in every way, from the baguette to the meats, the pickled onions, the cheddar, and the aioli. It all came together in such a delicious way. My dad raved about how good his smash burger was. If I had to find anything negative, it would be that it is not inexpensive, but it's also not unreasonable for the quality of the food. If you want a cheap lunch, this isn't the place. If you want a really good lunch with some locally made products, I don't think you will be disappointed. I sure wasn't. read more

Great coffee shop! Lots of seating indoors and out in front of the store. Our party of 5 stopped in 9/23/23 around lunch time and we we able to walk right in and order our chi teas, iced coffee and regular coffee no waiting. Delightful service and very nice atmosphere to chat with each other whilst we enjoyed our coffee. read more

Great local coffee shop! As a city dweller, I enjoy chain coffee shops but love locally owned cafes whenever I travel. Maple Latte was highly recommended to me by someone at Butternut Mountain Farm nearby, and they were right, it's very good! We stumbled upon this coffee house while in town for a wedding. Everything was so good, I believe the English muffin and bagel used for our breakfast sandwiches were homemade that morning! My coffee was extremely smooth and delicious and the inside seating area was large and comfortable. We didn't get to try any pastries while we were visiting but they all looked very good. If we are ever in town again we will be by for more coffee and food! read more

While en route back to NY, my boyfriend and I stopped at this adorable coffee house in Johnson, VT. Jenna's Coffee House is a restored historical building that has been made into a coffee house with delicious coffee and goodies. It's mission is to help those in recovery and even houses employees who are currently recovering from addiction. It's goal is to break the stigma of addiction and I find that truly inspiring. There's plenty of seating, (this is a house after all) and everything is spaced nicely. The workers were helpful in helping me decide what to order. I settled on the cafe Vermont, because well maple syrup in coffee? Just made sense here. The coffee was in one word phenomenal. Fresh brewed espresso and the maple syrup sweetener wasn't overly sweet. Making it a warm enjoyable drink my taste buds were ecstatic for. My boyfriend decided on a mocha and a breakfast sandwich. His mocha was great, flavorful but again not overly sweet. I tried his sandwich and it had smoked bacon and gooey yummy Swiss cheese. The bagel was alright. I'm a New Yorka! My standards are high to say the least. I am shocked this place has no reviews yet but I'm honored to be the first to review it for Yelp and put it on the map. We love this cute little coffee shop. It's got a cozy and friendly vibe, and lots of seating, in an airy, charming space. The breakfast pastries are original and delicious, and I'm always impressed with the variety. The coffee is good and smooth. This place is great! They partner with Two Son's Bakery and deliver a great experience. The porch is great to hang out on and the pastries are amazing. The menu isn't huge which means they make sure their offerings are high quality. Breakfast sandwiches and their lemonade have been our favorites so far. read more

This spot is a gem! My husband and I were biking on the trail nearby and came across a map of Johnson, VT. I saw the coffee icon and we decided to stop by for a quick drink and snack. I ordered an iced tea (they don't have iced tea on the menu, but were nice enough to make it) and a pumpkin spice bun. I caught a glimpse of the meals being run out and they looked delicious, so I asked my husband if he was hungry enough for lunch. We split a falafel wrap and a house salad - both were excellent! We will have to stop by here the next time we're in VT. I'm glad we took a little detour from our bike ride this cafe is so cute, the staff is friendly, and the food/drinks are super yummy! read more

Not sure what's worse -- the ridiculously high prices for coffee and food or the limited menu. They're supposed to be connected to Two Sons Bakery but they lack a regular selection of baked goods, especially anything chocolaty like a brownie or cake. pretty bad... everything is sourdough. 17 dollars for an undercooked falafel..and yes I went twice months apart same experience. And it isn't even what a felafel consists of..it's just like a "whatever" made up sandwich. If I'm spending 17 bucks on a sandwich it better have a lobster between those slices . I ordered a turkey bacon avocado sandwich w/ fries and Joe's lemonade--gotta say that was one of the best sandwiches I've ever had in my life. the fries were just the right amount of crispy too, and the lemonade was not too sweet either. everything was just... perfect. can't wait to come back here. read more

This review is strictly about the service I received from a young lady during my pick up the other day. It was busy, I will say that however the lady who was waiting on customers prior to me was unprofessional in many ways. She was all over the place staggering to even get the customers ahead of me taking care of, which if she had taking time from the constant bragging of how many tips she was getting, and how they were all hers she just may have had better customer service. I witnessed the lady talking about her long alone hard day bragging in front of everyone about how she made 200 in tip money and it was all hers. While the line was 4 or 5 people long. She seemed all over the place, she rushed customers before me and was completely rude by the time I reached the counter. I felt the need to recognize the busy line and was trying to act casual and it appeared that when I said " wow it's busy in here" I got a rude downright response. Her tone and demeanor changed quickly and her service was straight out rude and unprofessional. Bri, brit, whatever her name was had made my experience there awful and I will not tolerate a place of business that has counter people with a rude, disrespectful person such as herself. The food was terrific props to the cooks, however I will request a different waitress if she ever approached me again. I think she needs to find employment other than customer service. read more

Jenna's coffee house is a hit or miss. The food and service are great on some days, depending on who's working. However, other times, it is not that great. There's a woman who works the front cash register, and I don't know if she's the one who owns the business, but she tends to come off bitchy and tells the customer what to do. It's like she's in a rush; her attitude is disrespectful. In addition, I've recently noticed that the folks preparing the food in the back are not wearing gloves when handling food. This morning, I went to get a bagel, and a young man was in the back managing food. Not only did he look unhygienic, but he was not wearing gloves when he was making my bagel. I threw it out! That is disgusting; people handling food in this business NEED TO BE SANITIZED AND WEARING GLOVES! We are still living around Coivd, and I don't want to get sick from the germs of other people.
