I used to call this my "remote" office. I have been here in over a year. COVID has hit the quality of everything. 1) Environment: messy, trash cans overflowing, men's restroom stinks, floors are sticky, tables wobbly (which sucks with a laptop) 2) Service: ordered 1/2 Cafe Hot Coffee. I had to go ask for it. It was sitting at the drive through window for over 5 minutes. Coffee was barely warm (it's usually hot and very steamy). I asked them to remake it. It was a little warmer, but I'm pretty sure I had cold, old, decafe added to fresh hot coffee. 3) As said above. Coffee was likely decafe that had been sitting for hours. I usually order 100% decafe, and they usually are super about making. Takes Atleast 15 minutes... EVERY SINGLE TIME. They need more staff. Or more that can multitask. In store and mobile orders take forever. The drive thru is always a mess I'll go out of my way to Lovanville before I come back. I have been multiple times to try and give them a chance. read more

Horrible. This $5 bagel sandwich was cold and disgusting and my $5 latte was equally as cold and disgusting. Also, there are flies everywhere in the building. read more

We ordered 2 coffees, a hot chocolate, and a strawberry donut with sprinkles... what we got were 2 dirty coffee lids, watered down coffee and hot chocolate and a strawberry donut without sprinkles (sorry, my daughter ate the donut faster than I could take a picture). All-in-all, not a good experience and pretty much described why this is a 2.5 star business. read more

Hey i made a mobile order this morning at 8:29. i came to pick it up realizing the drive thru was to long for me to get to work in time. so i decide to go inside and pick it up. i am now the third person in line at 8:40. While waiting my turn and the lady in the front is ordering her pumpkin spice goodies, i see a worker behind the counter grab a medium drink off their to go station and start drinking it, i try not to think too much about it. i wait for my turn, thankfully the lady in front of me was getting gift cards so she let me go ahead of her. i tell the lady behind the counter my name and that i have a mobile order and she said she will be right back with it. once she walks out of eye site i hear a girl go "she made that order forever ago". another lady appears at the counter this time asking for my receipt i tell her it's on my phone and go out to my car to get it. i then come inside, in a bigger time crunch that i would have been taking the drive thru, stating that if the coffee isnt made i dont have time to wait. the lady offered me a refund after looking stunned i told her i did not have time and i paid with this with my reward points. im not mad at the way the handle the transaction. offering a refund was the only option since i wasnt waiting for a remake. but i am mad i waited in line for a free coffee i was carving and i have earned after all the times i come here and watched a worker drink it because it took me 10 minutes to get there. Employees have no idea what the doughnut flavors are. Girl argues with you in the drive thru. When you try to explain she talks over you. Think she is about 17 so yes of course she knows everything. Her demeanor is so rude. Definitely will not be coming here again. Plenty of places to get doughnuts and coffee. read more

I just went to this location when I got in line there's 6 cars ahead of me and the line just is not moving. Finally we start moving but it's not because people are being served it because they are tired of waiting and pulling out of line. I get to 3 cars from the speaker and sit for a while then the car ahead of me pulls of line. So after a couple of more minutes of waiting I give up and as I'm pulling around the building I noticed the car that pulled out of line in front of me was now at the window so I stopped and asked the driver what was going on and she said they had took her order and when the server came to the window I couldn't get anything out of him besides a laugh and smile between him and the line breaker in the car. I backed up and explained to the car at the speaker what was going on and that I was going to get in front of her so I could talk to a manager but laughing boy wouldn't tell me his name the managers name or the owner of the franchise not even a franchise number he just laughed. I wanted to treat myself this morning but unfortunately it was very disappointing. I ordered a Boston Cream donut. It had maybe a teaspoon of cream inside and the donut was dry and stale. I ordered a large unsweetened tea, and I guess its my fault for not checking while sitting in the drive through so I was down the road before I discovered it was sweetened. read more

When i walked in, I was standing at the counter for about 5 minutes before anybody even greeted me, Nobody else was in line. After they took my order i was waiting for my coffee and saw a roach crawling on one of the machines. I was appalled and immediately left. Disgusting. Gotta be a better way... Have been there twice in ~3 months. First time "filled" donuts were not filled- basically a drop or 2 of filling at the outer edge. Kids disappointed. Tried again this morning. Ordered a maple iced donut- got it - face down in the bag. What? Result is a non-iced donut. Again- someone pretty disappointed. Horrified. 15 cars in drive through so i go inside. Waited over 10 min for my coffee. As they handed it to me i saw a big nasty bug crawling on the counter, the girl saw me looking at it, looked at it herself and walked away allowing the bug to live and wander(it was gross I couldn't even identify what it was). 5 min later i ask about the sandwiches i was waiting for and the person looks back and says oh they are restocking. I was watching the entire time and through my whole experience i did not see one other kitchen item pass to the drive through. What was this person doing? It gets worse. A girl who, im assuming, was an assistant manager (because she spoke about needing a closer) came in went to the end of the counter and had them make her and her boyfriend a drink before anyone else. And while she waited she kept calling people over to look at her phone and what she wore the night before. 10 min later i finally get my sandwiches. So 30 min for 2 coffees and 2 sandwiches while they helped a coworker who came in after everyone who went out of her way to distract 5 of the like 10 people working, and allowed bugs to roam free. I dont mind waiting if it's reasonable (i.e. understaffed which they were not) at all times about 3 people werent doing anything. If you hire children you cant have a child as manager you need someone to hold them accountable. We will never go to the monroe dunkin ever again especially now that i saw the lack of sanitation. Thank god there is a starbucks coming and hopefully the hire an adult to oversee. read more

Let me start off saying I. Love. DD. But this one is so unprofessional! They got a bunch of kids running the place! My order was wrong 3 times! And when I told the employees they had an attitude whiles telling me they will remake it... I wasn't rude when I told them my order was wrong I think they more more upset that I had to interrupt their gossip session for them to give me what I ordered.....Maybe Dunkin needs to hire people who REALLY need a job not kids who don't care and come to work just to gossip and slack off! read more

I went over there on my break from work and wasted 20 minutes of my 30 minute break. The employees were gossiping by the drive through window about a guy one of them met instead of coming over to take my order. I haven't taken anymore of my breaks there and I go other places now for a coffee with better service. read more

I am very happy to have a good coffee place back in town. They are super friendly all of the time and I rarely have any problems. If there is an issue it is minor and I keep moving on with my day.
