This was one of the very best experiences I've ever had at a Dunkin'. I interacted with 3 different employees - 2 young ladies up front (per the receipt, one's name was Nancy I think) and one gentleman that ran the food from the kitchen. All 3 employees were incredibly friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be at work. It was exceptional customer service. They truly amazed me and made my day. The store was very clean and the donut options available were plentiful. Usually when I go to a Dunkin', they seem to always be out of most donuts, no matter what time I go. I was traveling and was lucky enough to stop at this Dunkin'. I wish it was closer to my house so I could visit frequently, but hopefully, one day, I will be in town again and able to visit. If I do, I hope I encounter Nancy again and her other coworkers that were with her the day/time I visited. I wanted to focus my review on the customer service, but the food and beverage I had were also great. I ordered an iced coffee, a sausage egg & cheese wake-up wrap, and a bacon egg & cheese wake-up wrap. All 3 were of high quality and tasted wonderful! read more

Absolutely the WORST place in town. Zero management on site. The place is filthy, and BOTH restrooms were out of order(!) How is this dump even a business? Nasty and surly counter help, and my coffee was terrible. The staff looked like they were all on drugs. read more

I give this place 3 stars for the friendly staff. Always check what your drink tastes like before you leave. I have had to get them to remake mine on quite a few different occasions. They would just totally make me the wrong coffee drink. The donuts are always delicious. read more

Honestly, I give this location chance after chance and they never fail to be rude and disappointing. Walked in today just to grab a gift card and the place was empty. There were maybe two people in the drive thru and 5 employees standing around hardly doing anything. Not a single person acknowledged me even after standing there for 6 minutes... I finally had to grab someone's attention & was met with a sigh and frustration? I also watched a girl grab donuts for drive thru order and scratch her face with them in her hand and her hair swiped over both of them before she put them in the bag to hand to the customer... just overall careless and lazy if you ask my opinion but hey that's just me. read more

Stopped in today Ordered 2 donuts About $1.20 each I remember when they were a $1.90 a dozen and they were good These were tiny, dry, old, and they must of used an eye dropper when injecting the jelly I ask myself why would I come back Ingles is right down the block and have better fresh donuts read more

If you like toasted bagels that you could break a window with, rudeness at the intercom, chocolate donuts when you order Boston Cremes, your credit card dropped outside the window and/or plain coffee when you asked for 3 Splendas....this is the place. The young lady with the short hair in the drive thru is flat out nasty. Ordered a side of bacon and I got 3 pieces half the length of my index finger. I asked her for additional bacon and she said nope 3 pieces is what you get. I said look at these pieces and she said" you want more you can pay for it". Ya screw her. My pumpkin spice iced coffee tasted like straight up water with a squirt of pumpkin spice. It was disgusting. I don't recommend coming here.

the workers are outright disrespectful and out of touch, the one that seems cracked out started an argument after we had asked for a bagel to be redone due to it being cold, upon entering the workers were talking badly about some customers they had prior. very unprofessional/ruined my day from the start. read more

I am not one to complain, especially about fast food but sometimes it can't be over looked. This was such a terrible experience. - the cashier rung up our items as individual items and when I pointed out that they were suppose to be combos ( a bagel and coffee combo x 2) she looked at the menu, and looked back at me and said "it was about the same price". It was $1.00 more which isn't a big deal, it's just the principle. - I asked for cream and Splenda on the side - didn't happen - the coffee was so light that the cream made it look like milk. It was so bad tasting - I asked her if I could have it remake and she said they didn't have half and half... just cream. She clearly hasn't been trained. - the remade drink was just as light and weak - both bagels burnt black. We left the food and coffees and didn't even ask for a refund. Their attitudes were so snarky and I was done with the experience. Star bucks is three miles south in the Ingles. Go there every time. I'll be reaching out to corporate aswell. read more

The food is overpriced and the staff are indifferent to customers. The music in the restaurant is so loud that the staff can't properly hear customers to take their orders. I was over-charged for food I did not order and had to wait for the manager to finish their smoke break in order to get the issue resolved. I will never visit this or any other Dunkin ever again. read more

This place is a madhouse. Why not get the customers name for the order and call their name rather than what they ordered?

**AVOID THIS LOCATION** Rude, unprofessional staff. The young female taking orders at the drive-thru has been rude one time too many and my family and I will take our business elsewhere. There is one male employee who on more than one occasion appeared to be high as a kite. This is a reflection of the franchise owner, who is apparently allowing this place to operate on autopilot by hiring dirtbag employees who are scraped from the bottom of the barrel of the local population...and doing no monitoring or oversight. They staff this location mostly with Gen-Z'ers who have absolutely no concept of work ethic nor any sense of courtesy or respect whatsoever regarding their customers (without whom they would have no income). I hear nothing but complaints about this location from others I know who have visited here. Writing to corporate is the only option. Even then, you get a token response from the local rep, who says he will "look into it". Save yourself the hassle and waste of time by either going to Starbucks or making your own at home and using a travel mug. AVOID THIS LOCATION. read more

Most of the employees are courteous and respectful . The one named Bonnie however, is obnoxious and rude. She has to have the last word. She is not a good employee. Otherwise the business is a good one. New Owner and New manager need to wrangle her in or she will cost them business. read more

Employees here are almost always rude and complaining about other customers. The drinks are repeatedly made wrong and with no consistency. Almost like they are just making it up as they go. Whenever I order food they either give me the wrong item or it is not heated all the way. And when informed of this the employees get even more rude. They often close the drive thru without any sign and or reasoning. And the cleanliness of this place is a joke. Today there were flies everywhere even on the donuts while a cashier stood by doing nothing. If possible I suggest driving to the Dunkin donuts in Ellijay because they are way nicer and make the food properly. If you stick with this Dunkin donuts be prepared for the inconveniences of angry employees, bad food and don't go inside because you definitely don't want to see how your food is being made. read more
