half of my food was missing and the other half was burned.. when I returned and asked where the missing items are I was told they were out. So instead of telling your customer that they were out, you just didn't say anything in the hope I wouldn't return. I have been regularly coming to this Dunkin' for over 2 years now, and I almost always leave feeling satisfied. This is especially true in the mornings. Stopped for ice cream and for donuts for the morning. Went inside and they said they were only serving in the drive thru. I asked if we could just see what flavors they had for ice cream. Worst experience of any restaurant I've been to. I can see why this location is struggling. The female that took my order was so rude, combative, argumentive and unbelievably caustic. Asked her for managers number and she said ok, then laughed and said you look it up on if you know how. Asked her to make me the sandwich she forgot, said no, I'm done with you. One day last week I tried to use my reward points for a hot matcha tea latte. It was not excluded in print from rewards. When I got to the drive thru the clerk couldn't get the register to accept the points so I had to pay for it. Steam coming out of my ears as this was the only reason I stopped. I emails cooperate DD and received a return email asking for the location. Later a regional manager called me, apologized said they advise stores to comp the drink when the register won't accept the reward points. He was very nice and offered me a comped beverage and to just stop into the store and retrieve it. So today, I did just that. The manager took his time coming to see me. I went into the store under the circumstances. I explained what had happened and he started interrogating me about what exactly happened and making excuses for not accepting the reward points. All this over a $6+ drink. After feeling like I was being dismissed, I told him forget it and that I would never return. He could care less. Very bad two experiences and I WILL NOT RETURN. What's the point of the rewards program If they aren't accepting of them. Reported all this back to the regional manager and turns out this isn't a location under his management. Terrible service. I am in the very long and slow drive-through line for a good 10 minutes. I pull up to the area to order and no one takes my order. I then notice a sign over the intercom saying "We are not currently taking orders over the intercom, please pull up to the window to place your order". So I do that. The girl at the window looks at me confounded and says "Did you place an order?" I reply, "no, the sign says to order here." "We really need to take that sign down." The Dunkin' (not Dunkin' Donuts) franchise has gone considerably downhill, since its previous day of glory. The workers are always too pleasant to do their jobs. You are working at a fast food chain. You should not be enjoying this. It just proves to me that these children are not learning the value of hard work in this restaurant. There is one specific encounter that comes to mind when I think about the past experiences I have had, with this specific store. It was a warm sunny day during the summer. I decided, against my better judgement, to treat myself to a snack and some coffee. As I approached the store I noticed all of the trash on the ground, but still insisted on getting my coffee as I was already there. When I entered the building I encountered a frustrated customer. I quickly realized that they were upset because their order had been completely ruined. They were given something entirely other than what they had ordered. Honestly, I am surprised to not see a poor review left by that customer. The response from the employees was to remake their food and offer them a free donut. They failed to offer me or any other patron a free donut as well. I couldn't believe just how far this establishment has fallen. I still continued to order a coffee and a wake up wrap. When I received my wake up wrap, it was filled with so much grease that I almost threw up. I sat down and the wrap fell open, showing what looked like a bite taken out of my egg patty. Was this an attempt to poison me? Did the worker that took a bite have COVID-19? (this occurrence was during the height of the pandemic) I was disgusted and infuriated. An employee named "Lopez" (not brave enough to display her first name, huh?) tried to gaslight me into believing that someone (I think she said her name was Janet, but I'm not entirely sure) had ripped the patty in half because they didn't have a knife. This is truly unacceptable behavior for any franchise to not have the proper equipment they need in order to produce the food that they advertise. Exceptionally disappointed. Unfortunately this occurrence was not the only bad experience that I have had with this particular store. Another day during this same summer, I decided to give this store a second chance. I truly value the concept of forgiveness and had high hopes for their second attempt at producing somewhat edible food. I also decided to bring both of my dogs (M2 and F1), in an attempt to have some summer fun. I decided to go through the drive-thru to avoid any other unpleasantness inside of the facility, like what I had experienced before. I also placed a mobile order, so my food would be prepared in a faster manner. I pulled up to the window to accept my order of coffee and two pup-cups (cups of whipped cream), and was waiting an extraordinarily long amount of time considering the size and content of my order. The workers asked if they could hold the pup-cups for my dogs, to which I happily replied yes. What I did not realize was that they were practically shoving the whipped cream down one of my dog's (F1) throat. She was being forced to eat so fast that her little body could not keep up with the speed that she required to consume the whipped cream. We left the establishment, and surprisingly my coffee did not taste like creek water. As I pulled into my driveway, disaster struck. I walked around to the back side of my car to let my dogs out when I saw my dog (F1) heaving. I tried to get her out of the car, but it was too late. The unimaginable became a reality. My dog (F1) had puked all over the back of my car. This was a direct response to the forceful behavior that the employees had conducted. I am utterly frustrated and disappointed. The food is okay, the service is mediocre at best but that's not the reason for the 1 star. I think it's a disservice to everyone when management can't explain policy but will be so staunch in not honoring a previously honored simple request because it's "against policy." I usually have no problem with being told something like this because they're usually just doing their job but this particular location have given me problems several times before and the customer service isn't great much less good enough for me to continue to be let down by service of any kind. read more

The Owner literally told me to find another Dunkin' Donuts down the street, because he did not feel it's of good service to replace a meal his employees made incorrectly or forgot to provide to a customer who had already paid. To my point, prior to him coming to the window to be very rude, the cashier handed me 2 donuts and said have a great day and closed the window, forgetting about the sandwich and coffee I also ordered. As a customer who literally drives pass McDonalds, Starbucks, and Burger King in the morning to arrive at this particular Dunkin Donuts and spends at least $300 per month on a sandwich coffee and donut; you would think the owner would be appreciative and try to come to a resolution to ensure his staff are making orders correctly and ensuring all items are provided to customers. One example: The coffee liner clearly broke and the coffee grounds filled the bottom of my coffee cup. Should this item not be replaced, or would you drink coffee also filled with floating grounds in your cup? Another example: Sausage egg and cheese ordered on a McMuffin and instead you receive a sausage and only cheese but on a extremely burnt croissant. Would you want your item replaced, or force your teeth into a blackened croissant? The concept is not to receive free food, but to receive the item you paid for. $300 per month and only a few replacements does not equal the level of disrespect provided this morning from the owner of this location. As a GrubHub driver, I will no longer accept pick ups from this location. I'm starting to feel like restaurants are starting to use COVID as an excuse to be lazy and only gave drive thru open, especially some chains because some restaurants within a chain allows inside pick ups when others don't, and there's no mandate that says that customers can't pick up items. This location has at least 5 employees in it. You mean to tell me that they can not at least set up a table near front door and not one person can walk a pre ordered item to set it on the table for pick up? Why would you make a person wait in a long drive thru to get an order that is already paid for and ready to go? read more
