I always have a solid experience here when it comes to the quality of my order and speed of service. The staff is usually friendly and the drive through moves in a timely manner. I've gotten a variety of items here and the quality is always solid. Now of course, bear in mind it's Dunkin, not a small mom & pop donut shop. This has happened to me every weekend I go there and I am tired of spending any money there on the weekend . If I wanted coffee the was so strong I couldn't drink it I would go to StarBucks .....This shift is lazy and rude. There is never a manager to speak to and always you an come back and we will give you another one. Why so it can be MUD ? There was a Hispanic girl behind the counter probably early 20's loudly talking with her coworker about how she "let that n*gga put it in her butt" and a bunch of other real foul language like it was after closing time or something. I'll give a one star to every Dunkin that does this and it seems to be often. Why is that? Scenario: Store closes in "9 min, we've shut down our ovens". Why are ovens shut off during business hours? Are s'wich eaters now suppose to come at a different time that's not near closing? Management needs to pay 30 min extra to get that oven cleaned and shut down but customers shouldn't suffer because these employees want to leave on time and they don't get paid for that extra minutes that it takes to "shut down the ovens". So this is a management issue or is this an employee gone rogue? Which one. Hope to hear back and I'll put management to the test to resolve this issue. read more

If you are ever excited and craving delicious glazed donuts, this is not the place to get them. Although D&D has one of the best glazed donuts overall, you'll never get them at this location because they never have them... NEVER! So today will mark the 11th time I've gone to this location and asked for either glazed donuts or munchkins and they never have them due to running out or just not having them for some strange reason. Aren't the glazed donuts at Dunkin Donuts the most highly sought after one? If so I would think they'd have an overflowing abundance of them. Nope, not here, not today, or tomorrow or the day after that either. I'm So done with them. And it's relatively clear the managers could care less about any complaints they receive and they rudely go ignored and unanswered. So in that case I will not return and I take my business and money elsewhere. This is a great spot, easy to eat in and out of in your way to (or from) work. The staff are super friendly, and the food comes out quick. It's never too busy, and you can order from your app or at their little kiosks to skip any like there might be. This Dunkin' Donuts is so hit or miss. Really the only reason I ever go there is the proximity to my house. The drive through is a nightmare and they almost always mess up my order. Somehow, there is always a trainee at the cash register, is it even possible to have so many new people?? I guess people don't like working there, as much as I don't like going there. I tried to complain to management after one particular bad experience of having my order wrong three separate times (I finally just gave up), but no one ever called me back or seemed to care. I don't usually go to Dunkin' but today I was running late and stopped there. I ordered a coffee and a sandwich nothing special but the service I received when I got to the window was awesome . Chyna was the prettiest kindest server and made sure I had my correct order . I'm glad I chose here to get my breakfast and because of her awesomeness I will be returning more often. read more

Consistently stingy with cream cheese on bagels. Quick service. But always pissed with how little they put on bagels.

This is the worst Dunkin Donuts in the area. My morning routine has changed and it's more convenient for me to go this one at this point, but I swear to god I will change my entire life to avoid this one. This morning I asked for a plain english muffin, not toasted, with butter on the side. (I like to toast it when I get to work). OF COURSE they put butter on it, and then gave me butter on the side. So now I can't stick it in the toaster and I have no breakfast, again. This is typical, every time I go to this one they mess up my order like no other dunkin donuts in the area. It doesn't seem to matter how I order things, I try to be as explicit as I can but it never helps. I try really hard to be pleasant and not be the witchy lady at the drive thru, but they test me here, they really do. Avoid this one if you can. read more

I've been going to this Dunkin' ever since it opened and it has only gotten progressively worse. It is conveniently close to my house but I've had to stop going since my order has been wrong 9 times out of 10 as of this year. I once ordered a coffee and a breakfast sandwich, and both items given to me were wrong, so after checking my bag I handed them back, only to be handed yet another coffee and sandwich I hadn't ordered.
