In all my life, I have never been this impressed by a Dunkin Donuts store "EVER!" I have been a faithful supporter of the franchise for years by the way! You simply must swing by especially if you're in the area‼ Vrund who is an associate at Dunkin Donuts blew me away‼ I have never experienced such stellar service from any other of the many Dunkin Donuts stores around the world as I have in this highly exceptional, fantastic, extraordinary store that I received today as I was frankly, shopping for clients. I had decided that I wasn't going back to any Dunkin Donuts store again because I was so disappointed in the brand because of many subpar experiences. I like this Dunkin, doesn't matter what time of day (or night) it is. Service is consistently fast bag friendly, though the drive thru does have it's quirks when there's a long line. It's expected I guess. Breakfast sandwiches are good and are ready almost the instant you order it... Probably coz it's nuked or whatever. Donuts are... well they're Dunkin Donuts, good, not great but they get the job done. Coffee... I love it for a simple no frills caffeine fix. When I ask em to add a shot of flavoring, they never overdo it which is nice. The store is clean, there's free wifi like all DD's too. All in all, it's a standard Dunkin but, in my opinion it's customer service is a bit better than others in the area. read more

This place was rocking and rolling all night, and even during the day. This place made me want to KISS the people that worked there. :) I mean, how brilliant of a business model. Sell donuts during the morning for the breakfast crowd (not to mention yummy sammiches) and Baskin-Robbins ice cream for the dessert crowd later. But I had to switch it up on 'em. I ordered ice cream for breakfast instead, and of course, my all time favorite flavor from here that no imitators can duplicate: Baskin Robbins Peanut Butter and Chocolate. The flavor and consistency of this ice cream never fails. And of course it's a chain, but Baskin-Robbins has always had a place in my heart. One: Because they are ALL franchised, these are your neighbors, friends, classmates, etc., in a somewhat risky business venture. Two: Baskin-Robbins is very involved in their communities whether it be school programs, firefighter fund raisers or giving young people one of those first jobs for a high school teen that is pretty enjoyable! read more

I come to this dunkin a lot at night considering they are the only one in my town open 24/7 but there is a worker that i get a lot alone at night. I understand he's working his ass off and it's just him but he's very quite over the drive thru speaker and always yells and says he can't hear us and then makes everyone in line order in the drive thru window.. then at the window but a shitty attitude and literally yells at you... read more

3412 E Lincoln Hwy. Location: This Dunkin Donuts customer service is horrible! I am a 5 year daily ice coffee drinker. I don't usually go to this location because every time I go they never get my coffee right. I called to ask for the Manager and was told that there was no Manager on site! How can these folk be left on their own! They need constant supervision! The young man who filled the order for my daughter was very rude. And when I called, he answered by saying, Hello? Oh Dunkin Donuts....Shaking my head. I'll continue to go further down the road to my regular Dunkin where the service is excellent. This location needs lots of help! read more

Good food, typical dunkin donuts grub and the baskin robbins side of it is great as well. I do visit this place quite a bit, esp. now since the wifi is working now as well... it was dunzo for quite sometime or so it seemed. Anyways, pretty much everyone who works there is is awesome as well. lol there is only one lone exception to the good employees there (the newest girl there is awful tbh, so phony and doesn't pay attention tbh). Anyways, if you want legit donuts, coffee, breakfast sandwiches, or ice cream goodness.. then this is the place to go to without paying too much. Always friendly. Great customer service. I cannot eat there due to allergies and gluten-intolerance, but I use them to provide coffee (and donuts for staff) for our annual client movie event. Never had a problem there and always feel welcome. read more
