Awful food. I order 3 breakfast sandwiches,a large cappuccino and a dozen of donuts. The 3 breakfast sandwiches was cold, the croissant was hard and dry had a old taste, the donuts were hard had a awful taste. Worst experience at Dunkin' doughnuts I've ever had! Went into the new location on Newport road in Menifee, CA and was not welcomed in, waited patiently by the register, a girl said she'd be right with us, and we were the only ones inside the store at the time, and a line formed behind us, and they acknowledged the people behind us and helped them! In anger and disgust I had to leave the premises due to the lack of customer service that myself and my family had received. Very disappointed in the service and lack thereof! They had me wait 20 min before they told the hot coco machine was done. Since I paid, I waited a little longer. But they dint start fixing or adding hot coco to the machine. So I waited there for another 10 min until some one fixed it. It took another 10 min to get out of the store. I don't like how they treated me by just telling me it's almost done. This is definitely not the Dunkin Donuts I grew up with in New England. Thought I'd switch it up and try the new dunkin that opened up here in Menifee. Nice clean store and helpful staff. My rating based solely on the donuts them self. First off, a donut should be fresh baked the day you buy them. These were actually cold to touch. So you could tell they probably were sitting over night. These donuts were utterly tasteless. My wife and I got a dozen to try and after a bite or two, we said "no thanks" and trashed them. $12. Check your order if you go through the drive-thru. Before I ordered I asked if they had old fashioned donuts. They replied, yes. I then asked for two old fashioned donuts with chocolate. After a paid and drove away I looked in the bag and there were two chocolate cake Donuts with a clear glaze on them. I am giving DD two stars. The only reason I didn't give them one star is because the doughnut was fresh. I have given this DD more than enough chance to get it together. I go to Dunkin' Donuts for their coffee. I personally like their coffee more than Starbucks. I go to this particular location because it's near my work. The crew has gotten to know me and the drink I regularly get, they do take the time to show customer service. The dining area is always clean. I've been coming here since they opened and not one time have they taken my order correctly. Every single time is Wrong!!! Get it straight kids. Update, I told them the coffee was not correct. On my way to drop my sister off at an appointment she had I went through the drive through to get me some 2 for $5 croissants. Bite into it as soon as I got it, it was cold. As is said, was on my way to drop off my sister so took care of that first then returned. Explained to the girl how I bit into en right when it got it and it was cold, goes and tells the idiot making them his response in a normal tone obviously didn't care if I heard and didn't hear they had been cold when I got them. My issue is that the last time I had went in, I heard a shift leader by the name of Amanda, I believe, yelling at a team member for who knows what. This week and last I came to this dunkin location & both times they made my drink cold. Not mine and my boyfriends, just mine. Today is 12/26/21 & I went around 6:05 AM. I tried my drink before leaving the drive thru this time because of how cold it was last time. Again, mine was the only hot coffee made that was room temp. I asked the girl (brown hair) if she could re-steam my drink & make it extra hot because it was cold. She told me she could only make it one temp. I explained that my boyfriend who got the literal same drink had a hot drink but that mine was cold & that I wanted it to be hot like his. Mind you, I used to be a barista, I have worked at a cafe in san Marcos and at Starbucks... so I know how it all works and that you can in fact make a drink extra hot. This girl takes my drink, puts it in the cup used to steam milk & just stirs it & gives me the same cold drink. I am super upset at the fact that she did not even attempt to remake or at the bare minimum heat up my drink. This is the second time and I am just disappointed because this is the only location I have had this issue at and I will not be returning to this location or probably dunkin in general after this. I placed a small order through Grubhub. Everything was fresh, but one of my flavored ice coffees seemed to be a bit light on the gingerbread syrup. I called the establishment to advise that the beverage was not up to their usual standard and had the pleasure of speaking with Brinley who remembered the order, made some recommendations how to place the order next time (we ordered a large but only added 2 shots, which pretty much diluted the flavor), and stated that she will gladly replace it for me anytime in the next two weeks if I come through the drive-thru. I arrived at Dunkin at 8:15 pm. I was told they were open until 10 pm. My wife only requested me to buy jelly donuts because that is her favorite. They had no jelly even though they were open for almost 2 more hours. Although the cashier was nice, she had no idea why there wasn't any jelly. A donut shop should stock all of their flavors the entire time they are open. I know this is a new location, but I expect more from this nationwide company. I use Door Dash to order from here almost every morning. About 5-7 times a week for the last several months and spend at least $500/month at this location. I order the same two drinks every time. 1 hot latte and 1 iced latte. They only make the drinks correctly about 50% of the time. When I look at the ticket on the delivery bag it appears that the store receives an order from Door Dash and then an employee enters the order into their system because in the app I order one hot latte and one iced latte, but on the ticket it usually says 2 iced lattes. Sometimes even the food is wrong; for example if I order 4 sausage wraps it only got entered as 1. So this represents a lack of training for the employees at this location. I dispute the charge in the app but it gets redundant when it's happening everyday and I can never get what I order. I have even reordered just a hot latte by itself and they still make an iced one. So frustrating. I have tried calling this location multiple times to speak to a manager about how they can remedy this situation so I can continue to give them my business but nobody ever picks up the phone and it just goes to an automated answering machine. So unfortunately I have started ordering everyday from another restaurant. read more

Everytime I'm at this Dunkin' Donuts they get the order wrong, even when they repeat it back to me correct they get the drinks wrong, make sure you check the receipt and drinks before driving off. If I could give this location of Dunkin' Donuts NEGATIVE STARS I would. The manager is actually the rudest person I have ever encountered in food services. She does not have customer courtesy, and has horrible social skills. My poor daughter went to go grab my iced vanilla latte with almond milk at the counter for me, and the manager SNATCHED the drink away from her YELLING "THESE DO NOT BELONG TO YOU, THESE ARE NOT YOUR DRINKS". Obviously everyone has their own opinions on locations, stores, food, etc. here's my opinion on my experience for DD in menifee... to start off I don't come to DD but I wanted to try something new since my husband and his co workers eat there sandwiches me the mornings on occasions. I came here this morning and I asked for a breakfast sandwich on a bagel... the bagel was extremely hard to bite into and pieces of the cheese were cold.. the eggs tasted like they were microwaved in a mug like you see in TV ads. I ordered a vanilla coffee and I noticed once I got to the window that they had my favorite Girl Scout cookie for coffee flavor. Hello, most mornings I go to Dunkin' by my house in Menifee California. I typically don't have problems but today I did. I understand it was early in the morning when I ordered so I won't complain about the negative attitude I got from your employee. The reason I'm writing this is so your company could be aware of how my experience was. I pulled into the window and receive my drink only to realize I ordered a caramel iced coffee and received a hot drink. Then, I kindly asked your employee if he could give me the correct drink that I originally ordered. He glared at me as if I was burdening him. Once he handed me my correct drink and my croissant, I took a sip and not only did it not taste like caramel, it bursted with flavor of sour, expired milk. I was very unpleased with it so I put it down and took a bite of my croissant sandwich. The egg in the sandwich was cold and made me gag.
