Adding in this review. Came here on a Sunday evening to get my coffee before a road trip around 7:20pm. I waited over 7 min just to order and another 12 min at the window waiting for my latte to be made. Idk if there's only one person working, but the wait made me more tired and in need of the coffee then I first got in the drive thru line. Typically when I visit this Dunkin they are friendly and welcoming. It was giving very much so drive further next time for better service because "What you want?" Came in to get a dozen donuts for my nephews birthday 4-25-25 because there his favorite just to have to deal with an employee that didn't want to be there with a look on her face of how dare you come in and make me do my jog and have attitude the whole time I was trying to order . Went there this morning ordered a meal. Asked the cashier did she get my order. She said yes and asked me to pull around. Paid for my order and realize she only charged me for the sandwich only. She didn't get any of the order right. Had to wait for the potatoes and the orange juice. 5 min later the potatoes were greasy the sandwich was dry. Never again. Whoever was on the intercom was rude and after each item she responded with "oh you want more" "oh that's not it" she was in such a rush to close my order out I couldn't finish my drink order because she kept interrupting me. This place get worse each visit. I keep giving them chances. Today I officially gave up. Pulled in line long, I check to see if inside is open. Lately fast food has been drive thru only. So it's no biggie if it's not open inside. Usually doors are locked and let's you know right off it's drive thru only. Pull handle, it's open. Ghetto fabulous location! This would NEVER be allowed at Starbucks!!! I pulled into the parking lot, I proceeded to park, and as I walked in the store, the person that was parked next to me got out of her car and then immediately back in and close the door....I didn't think anything of it at first. I went into the restaurant and placed my order, that same person who was sitting in the car next to me came into the store and went behind the counter. She was yelling profanities stating something about me trying to hit her, and called me the B word multiple times as well as other highly disrespectful things. The other staff members egged her on and did nothing to defuse the situation. Upon standing there further she kept ranting walking back and forth from the back of the restaurant. I asked the cashier to ask her to come to speak with me so that I can find out what she was upset about because I heard her say I'm talking about that B at register, and I wish she would say something because I'll go F-her up. However, she never did come up and told the cashier she did not want to talk to me. It was taking a while for my food, so I canceled my order because I did not feel comfortable ordering cooked food knowing that this person was in the kitchen area. I am really saddened by the fact that this situation took place because it could have been extremely bad. We are in peculiar times in which crime is at an all time high, attitudes and emotional reactions are flying off the Richter scale and this situation could have turned out very badly had either of my young adult daughters had been with me. The way that this employee disrespected me as well as the other customers and was allowed to do so it was completely unacceptable!!! I do realize that every organization is having difficulty with staffing as I am an HR professional: however, that does not give employees the right to act so unprofessionally, disrespectfully, and just ugly toward customers. I literally did not know that I had done anything to offend her and to be treated that way by a store employee was absolutely frightening and truly disgusting. Last two times I've been disappointed. We finally get a Dunkin' and they never have items in stock or something isn't working. Time before last no hazelnut. Last time (literally) no caramel (????), machine to make frozen drinks was broken and they were out of medium cups so I was given and was charged for a large. ?? This is BY FAR the best Dunkin' in the area!!! I have to pass 2 other DD to get to this one, but I do because this location is the best. It totally does not deserve the rating it currently has!! The staff here is so nice it almost hurts a bit. Anything you need they'll get it, they're always so cheery and happy, and they make sure your order is always right. I study here often because it's a quiet place yet not too quiet. I often try for Starbucks or another Dunkin location and they're always so busy and loud that you can't concentrate at all. If I have a big test coming up I will only come to this location. The food and drinks here are always better than other locations as well. This location is also always cleaner than other Dunkin locations. The only downside is that it's a one way street for the main entrance, but the median opens up by the Bojangles, so I can't even complain about that. read more

Today I give them yet another try and pull up around 450. While at the speaker I wait 5 mins and no one greets me or ask for my order. I tell her it's been now 10 mins at the speaker and no one takes the order. She doesn't respond and comes back like another 2 mins later. I was an avid Starbucks fan and began drinking coffee at Dunkin by being a passenger in Dunkin lovers car. I was pleasantly surprised! 2 years later I'm not so happy. My past 5 cups of coffee have been horrible!!! I enjoy flavor swirls but lately flavor seems to be the missing ingredient. Whatever changes you've made please stop. Just went through the drive thru and ordered a chocolate frosted donut and paid. After I opened up the little bag I saw that I was given a strawberry one instead. So I parked and went inside and let the cashier know I got a chocolate frosted donut and she rolled her eyes and gave me the chocolate one. So as I'm leaving about to bite into it, I realized the donut is at least a day old because it's hard and crusty! My blueberry muffin was hard as a rock, hashbrowns were barely cooked, and my chai latte was watery. I don't understand how three out of three items were poorly made or bad quality.
