Took two employees to close a drink. Handed the drink dripping from the lid. No napkins were offered to clean it. Not even an apology for doing their job like children. The workers here are incredibly RUDE!! I'm going through the drive thru, gave my card at the window, the card gets snatched out my hand. I've gone here out of convenience of location but the portion sizes of my hot chocolate always disappoint. Medium cups are always filled as shown in my pics and the large cup orders are grossly watered down - I seriously throw out the large watered orders. I wasn't really sure what to order (in terms of flavored coffee), but the young lady behind that counter gave a few good suggestions and listened to the types of lattes that I like from other stores. Well, thanks to her attention to detail, I found the perfect coffee blended drink. This was my first time here, but it will not be my last. The manager was also present and friendly. They both told me to taste my drink and offered to make it again if it didn't meet my expectations. The location was clean, plenty of area for sitting down. I really wanted my experience here to be great, especially since its just coffee and donuts. I stopped here for coffee and a quick bit to eat. Order was really simple, toasted plain bagel with light butter on only one side. I must have said it 3 times. This used to be one of the best Dunkins. Now, idk what happened. This place is awful. Everytime I order, and PAY, for a cold brew coffee. It's never cold brew. They put regular iced coffee in it. If I wanted regular I would order regular. The staff could just say "we are out of cold brew" or whatever the case may be but I'm paying for a drink that I don't receive. This is ridiculous. I wish I could get all the money back that I've spent here. This place needs new management obviously. All the way to corporate cuz I've seen many similar reviews and nothing is being done to straighten this place up. Might as well shut this place down. Bad service, rude manager, sloppy food, and to top it off they're slow. Ordered a plain bagel with a side of cream cheese and was told to pull around front and wait for someone to bring it out - they already had a truck pulled up waiting for food so there was nowhere for me to go but in the front to wait. After about 10 minutes I decide to go inside where I tell the cashier I was told to pull around for a bagel. She tells the manager who then says "I ain't tell nobody pull around for no bagel" with a smart tone. Never even addressed me as I'm standing right in her face. The one guy inside then says "oh is this the bagel?" Then hands me a bagel with cream cheese on it. I hand it back and said I asked for a SIDE OF CREAM CHEESE. When I'm in the area, I go to this location almost every morning and am always told to have a good/nice day, my order is correct and they never put an ungodly amount of cream or sugar in my coffee like at other DDs. I am not really a coffee fan so if you are reading this to get a rating on the coffee here this is not the review for you. I have been here several times, mostly to get donuts and every now an then, some sort of iced drink. First, let's talk about this location's ambiance. If you are looking for a local coffee clutch, this is not the place. Sure you can hang out here but one of the major detractors for this location's ambiance is that it is attached to a gas station. You can sit, surf the free WiFi, drink a coffee and eat tasty donuts but you are going to see and hear the hustle and bustle of busy gas station. Not a good place to study or even have good conversation with another human being. For me this is a serious negative if I'm looking for a place to chill. Now on to the service, this is where I have had a really good experience here. I have been there in the morning, around lunch, and even right before closing. I have always had friendly staff meet my donut needs. One time I went in right before they were closing for just one Boston Cream donut and they were quite friendly even though they were cleaning up for the night. They do great on service. Let's talk about the food and drink. It's Dunkin' Donuts, how can you mess up a well established donut. While other donut selling establishments may make a great glazed donut, I am a fan of the powdered lemon and Boston Cream donut and I have yet to have a donut from any other establishment that can top those two donuts and this locations meets the standard. The even have a cold drink that I really like which is a blue rasberry ice thing. I just might have to go get one before they close. Definitely the worst Dunkin I've been too. You could ask for a cup of water & they'll find a way to mess it up. A large matcha latte, light ice, with almond milk isn't hard. Especially when I say it clear enough for you to hear, yet I either get regular milk added -- I breastfeed and my infant has a dairy allergy, Or a cup full of ice. Over it and those employee's. Honestly this is probably one of the worst Dunkin' Donuts that I have ever been to. I literally go there once or twice a week, only because the Starbucks is too far from my job. Every time I go I ask for sugar free vanilla and no cream. Every single time I get to the window they put cream and regular vanilla. I will NEVER go to this DD again! The second shift girl in the drive thru is the RUDEST person on earth. We've gone several times and it's always this way. You can't get a word in w/o her asking if that's all. We asked her about the munchkin count since the menu looked different we couldn't find it , she said to look harder because it was on there somewhere. She said she didn't need to have customer service because our drinks were being made. We got to the window asked for the manager, which she said there wasn't a manger on shift, and she called herself our slave and slammed the window shut. Never gave us our coffees, never came back. It is with a heavy heart that I am yelping my once upon a time favorite DD ever!!! Today Judah really dropped the ball!!! I ordered the same order for the second time today !!! Coffee with skim milk. It's very obvious when cream is used in coffee. The coffee gets white and thick. Skim milk makes it just a little bit lighter in color. Before leaving the drive through window I check my coffee. I got the attention of the child at the window and asked if he gave me the wrong drink. Thais is not pointing out that the iced teaa I ordered lookedd and tasted like water. It didn't have any color or flavor!!! The child took the cup of coffee from me walked out of sight and came back with the same cup of coffee. When I pointed that out to him, Judah wearing a shift manager badge... comes to the window and told me that I needed to get out of line because there were paying customers behind me. TERRIBLE SERVICE! I never leave reviews but I am pissed right now. They were out of strawberry frosted, they gave us sprinkles when we asked for no sprinkles and they took our order 1 time at the intercom and 3 different times at the window, because they kept forgetting it. It was a simple order too. When we pulled up to the window he took our order again because he forgot and then he stepped away from the window and yelled because he was mad that he forgot.
