I tried the glazed donut and the Biscoff donut. The glazed donut was unbelievably soft and fresh-everything you want in a classic donut. It practically melted in my mouth. It somehow managed to be light and airy while still having that perfect chewy bite. If you think a plain glazed donut can't be memorable, this one will change your mind!!!! I will never forget this first bite. The Biscoff cookie donut was just as incredible. It was generously filled with a fluffy, marshmallow-like cream that wasn't overly sweet, so the rich Biscoff flavor really shined. Every bite tasted fresh and indulgent without being heavy. It's also a seasonal flavor so it may not be there every time you go! My friend ordered the lemon donut. It was a little too tart for my personal taste, but she absolutely loved it and finished every bite. They also have an incredible variety of flavors, so there's truly something for everyone. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and they also sell coffee and other drinks, making it an easy stop for breakfast or a sweet treat. The space was pretty big. It was nothing fancy. Just a basic shop but the donuts are good that you won't be focused on anything else. If you're anywhere near Lancaster, do yourself a favor and go. NOW. I'll definitely be back and I'll be thinking about these donuts until then! I also asked and they didn't have any gluten free options.

Upon entering is a wall of large, multi filled donuts of a number of varieties. Tiramisu I'm told is a popular one. I bought a dozen and the cost was $29. They are larger, there are more varieties and they are superfresh. They have a coffee bar and more than a few Gluten free options. The seating area is warm and inviting with a nice fireplace on the chilly day I visited. There is a small meeting room for an office to gather over coffee and donuts. I am a tea drinker and they do offer hot tea. I would love to see iced tea and flavored teas offered. Now what they need to come up with is some kind of breakfast or lunch option, a sandwich or croissant or a wrap. If you want me to come in and sit down for awhile I need more than a donut. We were looking for a place to eat that day and would have loved to stay if they offered anything like a sandwich. Dunkin Donuts offers quite few options. I'm not looking for that. Just something that works with their vibe and lets me grab a bite for lunch. The donuts themselves are super sweet, a bit messy (the creme leaks out) and big. You know how you slurp down a Krispy Kreme donut in 2 bites? This is not that. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The aesthetic is clean, nicely appointed. Some Akron locals told me they have embraced this venue. I'm sure they did their due diligence in opening a location here that is off the main drag. Loads of parking, easy in and out. They could easily get 5 stars by adding to the menu just a bit. But today, 4 stars from me.

Tik Tok made me do it and I'm glad I did it!…read more My co-worker recently had been seeing some videos about the food at Newberry Cafe so of course we had to make a lunch time stop to see what everyone was talking about. Newberry reminds me of your hometown bakery where everyone gathers in the morning for their donuts and coffee before heading off to work. Very much like many of the shops in the Bel Air area. The employees are super nice at Newberry. Really taking their time to provide great customer service to each patron that strolls through the doors. Although it was lunch time we settled on breakfast sandwiches with homefries. And I of course had to grab a donut because it's a must, and a latte. The breakfast sandwich was just what you would want to start your day, a savory piece of meat and cheese on a soft bagel. But the star of the show was the homefries. Cooked and seasoned perfectly, crispy on the outside and a soft texture on the inside. We both loved the potatoes. My glazed donut was divine, pillowy with just the right amount of glaze to not make the donut too sweet. The latte was a little to sweet for me, but I'm a little finicky with the sugar level in many caffeinated drinks. All the times I've ventured into Bel Air I never thought to stop at Newberry and I'm glad I finally did. I'll definitely be back to try more of their yummy donuts and breakfast sandwiches in the future.

We ended up coming here since Beilers Donuts were closed in downtown Lancaster since it was a Sunday. This is my kids favorite spot to get donuts in Lancaster and clearly I wasn't getting out of this trip without finding a donut alternative. Duck Donuts it would be! The space inside is very small. There are only a few tables and many of them covered in crumbs. They have a few tables out front but it isn't covered and we were there on a very hot day. Service wasn't exactly friendly. But I eventually got a smile since after having our first half dozen, I was back ordering more! The second time was the charm to get some charm back. Our favorite were the cinnamon sugar donuts, or as my son called them, "the messy ones!" They donuts are cooked fresh and come out hot. I'm telling you, they were fantastic. The glazed ones were also good but a little too sweet and messy for my taste since they were served hot with glazed melting off. The same with the iced donuts since they are hot. We liked the duck theme. They also sell little rubber ducks, which of course are strategically right next to the counter and every child can't resist. We visited on Father's Day and loved the touch of offering coloring sheets for the special day with crayons. That made me so happy and the kids loved coloring them.

The staff is great and their hard-working and they keep people moving along and very happy there. Great customer service! I was unfortunately, a bit underwhelmed by the actual donut. Not necessarily the toppings. I guess I've had many other types of donuts like this type of a store which I won't name them here. But the donut base for me underwhelmed me a little bit. They use the same donut base for all the donuts and they just basically vary the toppings they put on top of them. So the flavor of the actual donut base is pretty important. For me it didn't work out that great but as you can see lots of people love this place so you should try them for yourself One things for sure the selection and customer service are top-notch!
