    Hashbrowns?

I really wanted to prove the other reviews wrong but I just can't.This location is located in the heart of Austell/Lithia Springs and is surrounded by so many of restaurants. Attached to Firehouse! So im in the drive thru, keeping my distance and what not but needed coffee or something like coffee this morning. The line was long but was moving. My turn I ordered an order of hash browns, cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese and butter and a medium caramel craze latte. Didn't know there was a .30 charge for butter until after I got the receipt. Everything WAS COLD except the latte. The bagel was extremely greasy. I only ate one side of it and tossed the rest. The hash browns looked like hash scramble. DUNKIN I NEED YALL TO RETRAIN STAFF and try again! I will say the cashier was very friendly and polite. I just didn't have the energy or time to return and speak to someone. Words to remember Dunkin: work extremely hard to perfect our meals, we need excellent service now more than EVER. Thanks. Oh yeah my total was $8.53

Probably the quickest DD checkout ever via the drive thru.....and on a Saturday morning I didn't get the woman's name but she was extremely pleasant, every time I looked away to put an item down she had another one ready. Normally wouldn't take too much time out to leave a review but I had to.

Today I ordered the following Caramel iced coffee Almond milk (Fill up line) 6 pumps of caramel 1/2 of cup of vanilla Whip cream and caramel drizzle through the cup The drink taste like no vanilla is in it and on top of that I said Caramel and and I didn't even get that in my drink!! This is unacceptable. I read every everything to the cashier at the window correctly. I got to the window at the caramel wasn't there then when i asked if she could add it everyone is looked surprised like i asked for a lot. If the cashier got my order right the first time this wouldn't be a issue. I got the same drink Tuesday and it tasted good and on Wednesday it is horrible. The cashier was "AM C" with the transaction number 1503181 . I'm mad because I feel like they just rush and don't even try to hear everything. They should practice reading the order back before asking the customer to pull up. I ordered a medium and this is a waste.

My last two trips before this last.one that made me post. All in the same week.

They are a joke. I drink coffee every day SEVERAL TIMES A DAY!! No matter what I order, how simple it is, they ALWAYS MESS IT UP. It's almost. like they can't comprehend English yet they all are pretty much American. My orders are specific now because they kept messing it up. However, they are messing that up too. I stopped having them toast bagels and request the spreads on the side. Trying to help out these people. They can't even follow that instruction. Plain bagel with 3 butters and 2 grape jellies on the side. Do not toast. I'll get everything but that. Coffee with 2 cream and 4 sugars but the dyslexia of it they ALWAYS DO 4 creams and 2 SUGARS. I may have well order milk. I complained finally and they don't care. So I drove back this last time to return. $2 bagel. The little girl left it on the counter for me to throw it away. No Little Baby. It's all YOU. I'M OVER DD. I RATHER PAY MORE FOR SERVICE. Going back to Starbucks.i

Very disappointed in the size of the chicken biscuit

My friend and I both ordered the shrimp and grits and they were overly good. I've never had shrimp and grits with an Alfredo-style sauce, but now I get it... I don't want it any other way. The service was just as good as the food. Our waitresses were super kind and friendly. We were seated outside on such a beautiful day but they didn't forget us. They stayed attentive and that made the whole experience even better. My only gripe was the Cinnamon Toast Crunch latte. The flavor was there, but having actual cereal in the drink wasn't my favorite once it got soggy. The texture through the straw was a little off. I think a cinnamon sugar version would've been perfect instead. But honestly, that's minor. I would definitely go back again and again and again. Such a gem!

I had no idea it was Venezuelan-owned, which I thought was really dope. I love when places incorporate their culture into the menu, and you can definitely see that reflected in some of the food options (I included a few photos in this review). I ordered a chai latte, and to my surprise, it was perfect as-is. Most of the time I feel like I have to add a sweetener, but this one didn't need anything--it was already just right. I also grabbed a couple of bites: the empanadas de pollo and the empanadas de queso--delishhhhh. Everything was fresh and flavorful. Another plus is that it's a great spot to get some work done. They offer Wi-Fi, and there's both indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor seating is especially my vibe, so I'll definitely be back to work and try more items on the menu. Such a great find.

I visited on a weekday afternoon and even before 10am, there were other guests buzzing around this little coffee shop. Bolivar is located within a grocery shopping plaza, meaning they have tons of parking which is always great in ATL. The coffee shop itself is so beautiful! The decor, plants and art all channel Colombia, all by way of Atlanta. There were a few tables inside and outside, allowing space for those there to work, chat and lounge if desired. It was really easy for me to find a comfy seat next to an outlet to settle at for a few hours. I started with a hot latte and a Pastel conquistador and was so pleased by both. I didn't even realize that I had sped through my first cup of coffee before I was onto the next. The ladies behind the counter were helpful in sharing their favorites as I decided on my next orders across my 5 hour visit. Each order was better than the last. If you've been putting off a visit, don't wait any longer!

Drinks: Frappe with Cardamon - smooth texture, but the overt sweetness overpowers the taste of coffee. This was the first drink I tried and I left having no idea what the quality of roast is at this place. Frappe is pre-made and dispensed from a frappe machine. Maybe they forgot to add the cardamon flavor, or maybe it was overpowered by the sweetness.
