My regular Dunkin is under renovation so I've been going to this store. They always screw something up! Don't fill the iced latte cup up all the way leaving a good inch of space. Putting in the wrong amount of syrup or the wrong flavor. Giving incorrect change. Not worth it. read more

Apparently the owner of this location has zero concern about hiring staff with ANY sort of soft skills. The customer service has been awful at this location since it opened a few years ago. Today I annoyed an employee with some questions about a coffee I previously ordered, so much so that she wouldn't even meet me half way for my credit card at the window and basically shoved my coffee in my hand. So nasty! I'm not one to take the time to write a review, but today was so bad I couldn't download this app fast enough. Possibly the worst dunkin in pa, Bacon Avocado Toast was burnt, had almost no avocado, they slapped on 1 piece of bacon and called it a day, and not to mention it was cold. Drink was extremely watered down and had loads of ice, practically no drink. On top of all that it took forever, and the tables were dirty (not like you'd want to stay anyways). It's hit or miss at this location. I've had great service. Next visit, service is awful with lukewarm food, order errors. Most frequently, I receive sweetened iced tea versus unsweetened. This place is terrible!!! Customer service does not exist here. Do yourself a favor and drive out of the way to find another Dunkin Donuts. I've stopped here more than 8 times and every time it's the same miserable attitudes. Never again for me. They must train the employees to be miserable and hate life, oh and make your customers feel like it's a problem to order a coffee. read more

Visit this DD's a couple times a week. Hit or miss with drink/food. You have to be very specific with what you want to order or you will not get the same drink every time. Most establishments have a protocol or standard for what "extra" heavy cream, Splenda, syrup means etc...not this DD. Also, check your order! On occasion you get the wrong breakfast food. This now happened to me twice with breakfast sandwich and type bagel with cream cheese. Lastly, they are very skimpy on spreads and a lot of times due to rush of getting food out, it's burnt or cold sandwich a few bites in. See pic. At least 3 days a week, they are out of many of the "staple" items. I order a frozen coffee DAILY for a year now and am EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED to say the least, with their inability to take inventory and order what they need. And I KNOW this is something that isn't just backorder by the company, as the other Dunkin in town had NEVER been out in the year I went there. Our service was done by a girl named Megan Carpenter and she not only was rude, she didn't give us the correct orders. Two coffees were made incorrectly and she had to remake the drink three times. the service was ridiculous i wouldn't recommend going there. Today I went to dunkin and ordered a refresher. Not only were they out of refreshers but they made all six of our coffees wrong four times. We were served by a young lady named Megan carpenter and she was very rude. She made our coffees wrong and were talking about us when she was remaking them. We could hear her. I got one of the new ham and cheese melts. Cheese was not melted and there was no ham. I also got a simple cold brew coffee wirh almond milk and Splenda and they pur some type of coco in it. Stopped at this location for a cup of coffee. Went thru the drive thru and was handed a lukewarm cup of coffee. Now I had to park my vehicle and go back inside to ask for a hot cup of coffee or at least microwave it. The employee proceeded to pour me another cup of coffee using and old pot of coffee and trying to mix it with a new pot that was brewing. Again was handed a lukewarm cup of coffee. When I told the lady this was not either the employee and manager proceeded to complain about me out loud. Asked me if I wanted a refund and I said yes telling her this is not hard coffee should be served hot. While refunding my money manager told me to never come back she does not need my business. I am never disappointed with the subpar service and products at this location. Frequently have to reorder due to employees forgetting the order or rolling up to the drive-thru window to be asked what I ordered for the third or fourth time. The location by the mall frequently has a better selection of flavors and products than this location. I am pretty sure that the coffee I received today was brewed with dirty mop water. Like another review I read, I have been going to this place on and off for the last couple of years. It has been consistently terrible throughout that time. I thought maybe in the beginning it was due to growing pains and getting settled but that has not turned out to be the case. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. read more

Beautiful store, but I'm pretty much done with coming here. The volume on the satellite radio is always too loud to hold a conversation, always. Which also means that anyone around you who is talking is basically shouting. Worse ~ the TV is always always tuned to FOX and I've been told numerous times that no one is allowed to change it. I come here to have a light snack, great coffee and to read while I'm here. So...in other words, to relax . Loud music and FOX are in no way relaxing. No wonder it's never ever " busy" at this store! read more

In 2017, I came to this DD to get a coffee, something I get literally a hundred times over at a number of their locations. This one weekend morning, I was patient and waited 10 minutes at the menu outside because there was a car waiting at the window. Well, needless to say after no one said anything for 10 minutes I come the whole way around to the window, the car is gone and a worker is locking the front door at 10am on a Saturday. She didn't have the decency to tell me they were closing and you can't tell me they don't know when a car is waiting at the menu to order. I love DD, but this location literally has to be the worst when it comes to common sense and decent interactions with customers. read more

This Dunkin is the worst location I have ever used. I've gone to this Dunkin for about 2 years now and I'm amazed at their ability to never get an order correct. At this point I'm more surprised when they get one remotely correct then when they get it wrong. Just this morning I ordered an iced coffee and what I ended up with was sour watery coffee that I ended up having to throw away because of how disgusting it was. If you want to get Dunkin, you might as well skip this location completely and go to the one by the Lebanon Valley mall. People are great but the food and coffee sucks. read more

The only reason I am giving this dunkin as many stars is because of a man that works there by the name of Tim. He is by far the reason this dunkin is still in business. Everyone else I've gotten there was either rude, or forgot my order and made me wait 10-15 mins. He was very accommodating and had an outgoing demeanor. Please hire more people like Tim! read more

This is probably the worst Dunkin' Donuts I have ever visited. On the positive side it was clean and well decorated. However, I have repeatedly experienced this Dunkin as being very slow and having limited selections and getting orders wrong. When it first opened I figured it was related to a new business learning the ropes but they've been open for quite a while now. I stopped going here after a few bad visits but tried again last week and was disappointed when I tried to order a specialty coffee they were advertising only to be told they did not actually have what they needed to make it... I was desperate this morning and against better judgment, I decided to give them one more try because I just really needed a donut and coffee. This time they didn't have any of the specialty donuts (pumpkin and apple cider) and messed up my coffee orders. I'm done - their coffee isn't even that good. read more

Ordered a frozen coffee, told to pull over and wait only to be brought a cup of separated layers and told the machine is broke.
