people there are always nice. sometimes they hand a free donut or one time they give me my entire order free because I ordered online in another location far away by mistake. My wife and I were in the area recently for an Easter Festival, and wanted DD beforehand. We lucked out in finding this place blocks from where we were going! It is a very very awkward parking lot... Good luck in figuring out where to park lol! Inside is clean, but a tad bit out dated. That doesn't affect anything though. Most DD have TV screens for their menus etc, they have the 90's magnet boards! Very nostalgic lol! Staff is ok, nothing crazy friendly. I think that they got my order wrong, and I didn't ask for a receipt So mostly my fault. Drinks, Ice Coffee was good, and so was the Ice Tea. Never really had a problem with drinks at any DD. I think that I ordered 2 snacking bacon, but only got 1... My fault I did not check the bag properly, or make sure that I got a receipt. Wife liked her mini bagel bites. Other than that, place is as clean as it can be. Customers do a decent job of cleaning up after themselves. All in all, a decent DD. Check your order. read more

There was something off with the bagels this time--they were stale, leaving an aftertaste similar to cheap festival popcorn (that, and I noticed that Dunkin in general doesn't put much butter on their bagels anymore. Instructions from corporate?). Maybe it's because I stopped by late today. They told me that they were closing 20 minutes earlier than their store hours says they do, but admittedly the guy was nice about how he told me to get out (even if he only gave me five minutes to do so...). Small place, but it's well-lit. It would be nice if they got around to removing the out-of-service cooler and the extra chairs, because they give the place a warehouse or workshop vibe instead of a cafe. The iced coffee continues to taste cool and fresh, so I might be back again anyway. read more

This Dunkin Donuts needs a make over. The parking lot is full of pot holes I almost broke my ankle walking in to the store. Inside isn't much better. Im surprised that a franchise like Dunkin Donuts allows such a dump to represent the business. This place brings down the look of the Borough of Langhorne. read more

I have been going to this location for well over 8 years and have never had a bad experience, regardless of what time I go (AM or evening). They have always gotten my order correct, no issues with the ingredients. The staff are what make this location so great: they are always smiling and very kind, while efficiently completing orders. I will go out of my way to go to this location, they are personable and do a wonderful job. read more

The people that work here are MISERABLE!!! I am totally convinced that the reason why this place is always empty is mostly because of staff. These 2 girls got the order wrong and these donuts were awful. Not sure how a donut place can screw up their main attraction. Topped dipped donuts in watered down icing and the donut was stale. Not sure how they are still in business. Just awful. The tip cup is comical. The last time I was at this location was a little over a year ago and had an awful customer service then as well with an older woman. Get it together! read more

I was cruising down Maple Avenue, Langhorne, in need for a caffeine break. Up ahead was what looked to be a fairly new Dunkin Donuts. I parked, went in, and ordered hot java. To my surprise, the coffee was above average for a DD, and the staff friendly and efficient. They must be hooked up to a good water company for the coffee to be that smooth. read more

Donuts were fine. Language barrier is frustrating. Asked if they had skim milk and was told yes. They asked what size, and I requested medium; they gave me a medium cup of hot coffee. I don't drink coffee. They gave me a medium coffee. After explaining my request was skim milk, no coffee they looked for skim milk. They didn't have any. I went in for snackin bacon. It's almost $4. They gave me a bag of heated up greasy half cooked soggy bacon. None of the maple sugar flavoring and it's supposed to be crispy 8 pieces. It was a mess in a bag and couldn't even count how many pieces they were cause it was mush. I nicely went back in and showed them the problem. They said oh so sorry, and went back and put the SAME pile of mess into the toaster and tried to give it back to me. I said no thanks let me get my money back and I'll go to another dunkin and they'll make it right. They said oh well how do you want it, I'd this good? And kept burning the same bacon more. I said I don't know how to make it, I don't work here. They wouldn't give me my money back until I finally said look, I don't want a problem I just want to leave. I have a kid in the car, and don't want to sit here and wait while you guys try to figure out how to make YOUR menu item correctly. I do NOT recommend this location, there's like 8 employees there and yet none of them could understand the problem. I have been to this location on several occasions. Two times I ordered a turkey sausage flatbread. I noticed when I order this item from other Dunkins, it had a sharp cheddar type cheese on it which is delicious, however this location put American cheese on it - not what I wanted. They also don't make macchiatos correctly. They use coffee instead of espresso which, I feel, is a tactic they use to save money. Another seems to be overcharging. I was asked to pay $4.55 for a small caramel iced macchiato.... Please double and triple check your order and make sure they're not trying to rip you off too! read more

I ordered a medium caramel ice coffee with cream, no sugar, and then extra caramel. When I received it, it had barely any cream in it and I also got charged for the extra caramel but there was probably only 1-2 pumps total. It was horrible and I ended up throwing it away after a couple sips. The workers were nice though. read more

3 Strikes and You're Out. My family lives a quarter mile from this DD, which is at the corner of Old Lincoln Highway and Maple Avenue in Langhorne. Two times before, I have left the place with a large order, only to arrive home and find that a major food item was missing. Today, my son and I went back and I let my son order from the list of items from my family. Unfortunately, he didn't compare the order list to the items, and again, more than 1 food item was missing when we got home (in this case, a hot breakfast sandwich and hash browns). This is the third incident in as many months, and the second time in a row that items were missing from our order. Instead of confronting anyone, I feel I cannot shop at this location. If you do shop here, make sure you have all items in your order before you leave the store. read more
