Also, these folks don't skimp on the lox nor the capers, Yesss!! I do find flaw with transferring of communication between customer, to cashier to the sandwich makers. Several times, I've asked for my bagel to be toasted twice; this never happens. I have asked for items to be omitted from my sandwich and when received, they're still there. Also, I find their cream cheese to be weak, in flavor. I'll often get a dozen, but purchase the cream cheese elsewhere. Don't forget to request freezer bags; they're a must.
