The coffee is vile today and the Bagel was rock hard. This is definitely not the first time that I've had horrible products from this location. Service was very friendly, but that doesn't make up for the deplorable quality of the coffee and bagel. I did not know a bagel could even reach this consistency. They must be in financial to have watered down the coffee to this level. it actually tasted like it may have cleaning agents in it so maybe they just did a poor job of rinsing their machines. read more

I really don't understand how this one and the one on wheelhouse stay in business. The customer service is absolute trash. These folks don't know the difference between regular milk, oat milk or almond milk. And they have the audacity to get upset when you asked them to remake that item they should've made correctly the first time. Dunkin' (or perhaps you remember them as Dunkin' Donuts if you are old enough) is a long established brand that got its start as a single location in Massachusetts and has grown into a global coffee empire. Something that has always made me realize we somewhat absurdity of it, is that for a place known for their coffee and donuts, my go-to item here is neither. Usually, I am here for their bagels and cream cheese. I grew up in new jersey, so I am not going to say that these are the best bagels that I have ever had, but for a global chain, they are pretty solid. I have also used Dunkin' as a way to offer a culinary bribe when I have early morning meetings. It usually brings a smile to the faces of disinterested, tired people. At least it is a way for them to start their morning on a positive note. All in all, I will give this particular location five stars. read more

Such a bad experience today. Ordered a Caramel Craze Signature Latte through the mobile app. Came in 20 min after ordering and it wasn't ready. No problem, they were really busy. I waited and when I got my drink it was all wrong. I could tell they had used coffee instead of espresso. I asked them if they could remake it and the lady gave me attitude. 2nd attempt and it tasted worse. I kindly asked if they could remake it again and explained what I had ordered. She gave me more attitude, but didn't say a word, just a very frustrated look. And listen, Ive never asked for a drink to be remade, never. Usually I just go with it, but it was so bad. So I receive the third attempt and while waiting, another person came back in complaining their coffee was wrong. I have to say I wasn't surprised when the third attempt was also wrong. I just threw it away. They had a bunch of workers but everyone looked confused. Nobody seemed to know what they were doing. So Im done with Dunkin for a while. It was just so bad. This was a standard Dunkin location. The drive thru line is a bit problematic. There is only a short space between the speaker and the window, and an even shorter space behind the speaker. The line backs up and can block other traffic in the plaza. The wait time was standard for current times. I try to always do a mobile order to save time. I am a long-time Dunkin customer. I have ordered hundreds, if not thousands, of coffee through this chain over the last two decades. I absolutely love the brand. That said, there is something going on at this location where the team is dumping the bottom of the barrel of iced and hot coffee into customers coffee rather than in the sink. Instead of serving that last inch of coffee at the bottom of the urn to humans, it should literally be flushed. Today, like many other days, my medium coffee with four creams was dark brown, not the creamy butterscotch color it should be. It actually tasted like lighter fluid. It was so bad that after a few sips I had to dump it out. Shame on me for not taking a sip before I drove off. It was absolutely undrinkable and this happens here OFTEN. I don't think I've ever had it happen at the I-Drive location before. The owner and management should be aware and quickly make a change. Customer happiness and loyalty is way more important than saving a buck on an undrinkable product! PS. Don't even bother to report it to customer service - they won't do a thing. Drive thru experience was just average. I picked up breakfast for my wife and I with some beverages. I tried the new plant based sausage and egg sandwich. It wasn't bad, but my sandwich was not set up properly, as the bottom of my sandwich was to the side, led to half of my cheese melted to the wrapper. Fortunately the "sausage" patty held up and wasn't bad overall. I'd go with the veggie wraps on my next visit. In the morning this location can cause traffic coming out of the lot and nearly into the home depot nearby. The menu outside can be hard to read due to morning dew causing it to appear foggy, so going inside could be a better option and save the time. read more

These local Dunkins are normally not know for service. Yesterday my dog had been through a lot of vet appointments and we wanted to treat him to a munchkin and try the new cookie butter cold brew. The line was short, first win. Then I ordered 6 munchkins and they were out. Then with the cold brews my wife asked if she could get hers skinny. They said they would add skim milk. This was the single most horrible experience I have ever had at a DD. If this has been the only time I had ever been in one, I would never go back again. There was 0 customer service. I went inside to pick up a mobile order. I was completely ignored while other customers were coming and going. A woman who barely spoke English finally acknowledged me but I couldn't understand anything she said. Eventually I saw that she was only handling drink orders. I stood there for about 10 minutes and finally a boy asked me what I needed. I gave him the order# and he said I was waiting on the kitchen. I understood that and have no idea why he would say that. He asked what I ordered and as I was telling him what I was waiting on, the drive up girl scolded me and stated they were busy and everyone had to wait. I told her I was answering his question. The boy walked over to the kitchen and people started Throwing food into a bag. Throwing. He brought the bag to the counter. He never said a word and just walked off. Meanwhile, the customers that had been coming and going? Every single order that had food rather than just a drink was incorrect. I opened the bag and told him I was still waiting on toast. He grabbed the toast box and slammed it on the counter. I couldn't find my bacon in the bag and said so. He argued with me that it was in the bag. This turned out to be correct but his attitude was horrible. Then the manager came to the counter and barked at me and asked what was the problem. Another customer looked at me and said, "I'm sorry they are being so rude to you." Absolutely horrible. Worst. Experience. Ever. Do NOT go to this location. So this Dunkin always has an insane drive thru line so I order thru the app to walk in and pick up...however the last several times they have the door locked and you can't walk in for your order (even though you can order it for walk in pick up) and then the drive thru takes 30+ min. You can't get anyone to pick up the phone and when you already pay for your order it makes just leaving not really an option. It's super frustrating for people like me trying to get to work and expecting to pick up their order only to be locked out and stuck. Poor customer service here for sure. read more

On our way home from Orlando and stopped by this place for some ice cream! We were 7 people and the person who took care of us was patient to take us all. Everyone had something different and he did it all. Kudos to him. I had the 2 scoop brownie with chocolate Oreo and regular Oreo ice cream with whipped cream and strawberries. This Dunkin needs to close... we came in wanting an icecream Sunday but they didn't have the materials' to do one. We ended up asking for a plain scoop, the employee wasn't worried about it though. When she finishes up with our scoops, she gives us a sample spoon because they were out of those also. My daughter asked for a cup of water and instead was given a huge block of ice that the employee even struggled to close it because of how big it was. Worst customer service ever! I'll preface by saying this was a Door Dash order. Regardless, I've never been so let down by a Dunkin' order. The bacon was disgusting. The "grilled cheese" was burnt and so salty. The hash rounds were a strange consistency and also blackened like the bacon and grilled cheese. My doughnuts were all wrong except 1. That 1 doughnut was really good to be honest.
