As usual, Boyfriend went out in search of Dunkin', and this was the closest one to our hotel. He said staff was very friendly and his breakfast sandwich was great. Good coffee! Taking out one star because hash browns side was all falling apart, and tasted a bit burnt. read more

The workers are always too focused on how "busy" they are to actually do their job. I rarely complain about a mistake but when I do it's for a good reason, and when I complained about the fact they made my drink wrong they were snarky and rude. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I'm quite literally about to quit this place (just waiting to send the message) Kimberly (the store managers boss) told me to keep quiet about the dead roach I found in the ice maker. Multiple customers have complained to me about Kimberly's hair being in the food. Amanda (Kim's boss) has dropped her fake fingernails in the munchkin trays and left them there until I had made her aware. Both of them make working there a living hell (this is exactly why every worker is quitting and they're extremely understaffed) the franchise owner should be ashamed of himself for allowing these two to be managers. read more

Ive gone here twice in a 2 week time frame. The service is so slow and poor both times. Today my cashier didn't understand what I meant when I asked for bacon, egg and cheese on a plain bagel needing the manager to explain the girl came from burger king and is unfamiliar with breakfast food just yet. When she got the donuts from the top shelf she was pulling them from the back of the tray leaving the front donuts half an inch from her face. She called everyone hunny repeatedly after each question. The guy behind me had his coffee spilled everywhere before he ever touched it because she didn't put the lid on. The manager was seemingly having a conversation with herself at the other register while not assisting with ringing people out despite the long line. I got 2 donuts and one bagel sandwich which took atleast 20 mins. read more

This Dunkin' Donuts is located in the back of a Jolley convenience store and Mobil gas station, with DD bathrooms and a drive-thru window. When I saw the sign, I thought it might've been one of those gas stations with a self-serve DD at the counter, but this is a full DD restaurant inside the store. This can be difficult to get into during peak traffic times because of the Northway and the outlet stores surrounding this restaurant. The gas station has lots of parking along both sides of the building. I stopped here early last Sunday afternoon to grab food and a beverage, and to use the restroom. This place suffered a SEVERE staff shortage. There were 2 employees on duty, expected to work the drive-thru window, work the register, prepare the food, make the beverages, and clean the restaurant and bathrooms. Surprisingly, they both handled it like champs. They hustled and remained friendly to the customers. I waited in line for a few minutes. The customers seemed annoyed, but we all noticed the understaffing and couldn't blame the employees since they were working fast. I placed my order, which came out fresh, hot, and accurate. The girl who took my order was very friendly and made small talk with me while she was preparing my order. She handed me my order and said "I hope you enjoy it". That level of friendliness is unheard of in fast food places. She then wished me a good day. The line for the restrooms was horrible. I waited nearly 10 minutes to use the men's room, and the line for the woman's room was almost as long. This was the first time in my life that I've ever seen a line waiting to use the bathroom at a DD. Despite the steady "flow" to the restrooms, and despite the severe staff shortage, the bathrooms and the restaurant area were both pretty clean. Giving this DD a 4-star rating doesn't do it justice. The staff and cleanliness here deserve a 5-star rating. However, due to the understaffing issues, the most I can give it are 4 stars. read more

First of all this place is located in Warrensburg and not Lake George. I don't know why they feel the need to lie about the location but anyhow. I travel from Lake George to Bolton every morning and stop in Warrensburg usually to go to McDonalds but sometimes I don't make it in time for the breakfast menu which cuts off at 10:30 so my backup plan is Dunkin which is right next door to McDonalds. I've noticed at this particular location they do not cook the hash browns fully like at other Dunkin locations. It's honestly the only Dunkin that doesn't do hash browns right. Because of this I always ask them to be well done and this usually alleviates the problem although not always as many times the hash browns have that distinct freezer burn taste as if they aren't being handled properly. Secondly I always order the Snackin Bacon and usually its good and its hot but sometimes its still half frozen. But you don't realize its half frozen until you have pulled away and are continuing on your commute to work. So this morning I was sure to ask for my hashbrowns well done and I also asked if they would please be sure the Sanckin Bacon was hot. This particular staff member told me that the oven was broken and they couldn't make the bacon hot and that its supposed to be served cold, I said I didn't want it please make sure the hash browns are well done. At this point a very arrogantly sounding man chimed in that the oven was down and that the hash browns were warm but not hot. So I said never mind, I proceeded to tell him that I came here for hot breakfast and I didn't understand how they could be offering me cold food. He said it was because they are the only Dunkin Donuts that serves the bacon correctly, cold. Its funny that every other Dunkin seems to have figured it out and serve the bacon hot and not frozen. This guy was very arrogant and I told him I didn't even think that serving the bacon that way would fall into correct Department of Health protocols for handling food. I then said ok let me out of here and they laughed at me and said No, you're stuck in line until everyone else leaves. They have a very small drive thru so there is no going around. If you have an emergency of any kind you are screwed as you are unable to leave this drive thru once you enter it. The girl in the window mean mugged me when I finally got to it. I just looked at her and then I pulled out and over to the side and called Corporate on their ass. The call went well. read more

Really? The staff person took our toasted bagel order, waited on 3 other people, walked by the toaster 3 times without toasting the bagel and then asked "what are you waiting for?" Once the bagel was toasted, it was placed in a paper bag with a container of cream cheese - but, after driving for several minutes we discovered that there was no utensil with which to spread the cream cheese on the bagel. read more

Decided to run up and grab some breakfast while staying at the great escape Indoor lodge (relatively close commute) I got up early and got in my 10 degree frozen car- I ordered some donuts for my sons birthday crew, a couple wake ups wraps, hash browns and coffee for my husband and I. Order was completed in a timely manner. However, my usual coffee order is a medium iced latte with almond milk. I got all the way back to the hotel parking lot and sipped my coffee to find out it was so overwhelmingly sweet with god knows what syrup flavor. I couldn't even bring myself to drink it, it was so sweet. I contemplated driving back, considering how froze I was to begin with but my drink order is over $5. I cringed at wasting the money. So I ran up to my room and dropped the food off and headed back out. When I got back to DD and explained to the cashier what happened she began to argue with me that I was probably tasting the vanilla flavor in their almond milk. I had to kindly reply that I didn't appreciate being corrected despite ordering the same coffee for many years. She was very rude and not accommodating. I order the same drink every time I come here. In the last two weeks I have paid three different prices for it, once they gave me someone else's order, and once I pulled up to the drive through and they had forgotten to enter my order and made it when I ordered it at the window. This location isn't busy at 6 am. There seems to be a trend of miscommunication. Quality of the food and drinks are fine, just a problem with the delivery of services. read more

It's a "built in" DD inside of a Mobil mart. Right off Rte 9 so it's convenient (depending on the horrific traffic typically found on Rte 9). It also has a drive thru! They keep the inside clean and tidy as well with some seating indoors. The selection of donuts isn't quite what you'd find at a full-bore DD, but it is enough. I'm a bit peeved that this and most other DD's don't have the bagel selection they used to have. I think the move to the "snack sandwich" approach has put them away from what made bagels here special at one time. I am a bit off put by the fact that the desk took my order and it was reflected accurately on the receipt but when I got home they got it wrong (wrong bagel, wrong cream cheese). I'm not sure how much easier I could have made it for them. It was also burnt in the toaster...urgh. 3 sad stars. read more

Being a repeat customer at this location I've witnessed numerous things that have been unsettling. Last week I ordered an iced coffee at the drive through, when I got to the window the lady had a hot coffee waiting for me. I kindly explained to her that it was supposed to be iced. She looked at me and said "F*#k" then proceeded to throw the hot coffee angrily in the trash. Today, I saw another associate argue with a customer over jelly. The customer claimed she asked for strawberry cream cheese not the jelly that was on her bagel. The associate then said, "well, let me see your receipt". When the customer handed it over and the DD employee saw she was right, she threw her hands in the air angrily and said, "I just love my job". read more
