You pay right at the hostess stand before being seated which was kind of cool, so you don't have to worry about it later. You also have the option to tip before or after. Once you sit you are brought any included drinks (white milk, apple juice, orange juice, coffee), purchased drinks (chocolate milk, lattes, etc), and donuts. The donuts were fantastic. My daughter owns plenty of squishies that last for months--a good manager would recognize a defective batch instead of blaming a child.
