Dunkin is a great spot to stop by for coffee. I really enjoy their coffee flavors, both in hot and iced. It's one of my favorite spots to stop at for my morning coffee. They also have good donuts and decent breakfast sandwiches. I like getting specials within their app. This location is very convenient for me, as it is very close to my home. Never had an issue here. They always have my coffee ready in advance, when I order ahead. Hot coffee's from Dunkin are my favorite item to order. Especially the Pumpkin and Peppermint Mocha. read more

Honestly I don't leave many reviews but i used to love to come to this dunkin specifically because it had better quality than other Dunkin's but the last few orders I've gotten have been trash. My cold brew this morning tasted burnt and like dirt. I got two egg and cheese wraps and both of them were cold. I didn't come at a busy time. I don't understand why it's so hard to put things in the oven for the full-time. I understand they have times they need to meet, but if it cost the quality of it, what's the point of even getting food from From Dunkin. I was in $10. Which is a lot considering I got a medium cold brew into egg and cheese wraps. read more

I have been going to Dunkin Donut for years. This specific Dunkin place at 107 NJ-35 Keyport, NJ gives the franchise a very bad name and ruin their reputation. I was at 5am on Feb 23 2023. To my amazement, the staffs is not helpful and rude. I told the staff that I will report it to HQ and she replied that they have received tons of complaints and they always get away with it. I am shocked that DD franchise would let this happen. I have reported similar issue at the location in 2022 and DD has not taken any action. I went to the drive-through on 9/26/2023, ordered a vanilla cream with powdered sugar, frosted strawberry with sprinkles, and their stuffed plain bagel bites. I really could not find the cream in the vanilla cream doughnut if there was a teaspoon, I would say, I'm being generous, there was hardly any cream. The vanilla frosted with sprinkles was not even very fresh, however, there should be a warning. If you are buying the stuffed bagel bites, they are microwaved, and they were given to me, scorching hot. Beware of this if you are ordering for your children, they will be severely burned. No one at the window warned me that they were hot. I asked for jelly for them, and it was a good thing because they are rather plain. On this visit, the lobby was closed due to construction. My husband and I were on our way to upstate NY for the weekend and we decided to stop at Dunkin in Keyport for a medium hot pumpkin coffee light with almond milk. We were both SHOCKED when the cashier said the coffee was $4.04! When we got our receipt we saw that they charged us an extra $1.00 for almond milk! they yelled at my mom who was getting coffee she said mocha and the lady heard matcha and then yelled at my mom for pronouncing it wrong because she's foreign and threw the bag at her and told her it was a waste of five dollars. The lady heard wrong the only thing she had to do was just make the mocha latte but she made it an issue enough to yell at my mom (I was on the phone with her the whole time). So a few months ago I posted a review about missing half of my vanilla chai. One might think I would get a response from a manager or something (no, that didn't happen). So here we are again. Another vanilla chai missing a significant amount of liquid. I dont complain if it is missing an inch, or inch and a half, this is common with this Dunkin. The guy taking the order is great but when you get to the window to pay the older woman has a resting B face and is not very nice. I've stopped in here a few times while visiting the area. I've used the drive-thru, the inside counter, and the restroom. Each time I've been here, my orders have been accurate and fresh. There is a steady flow of customers through here during the afternoon, but the staff handle it well and the wait times are minimal. The restrooms are always freshly cleaned and the inside of the store also appears clean. Some staff are friendly while some just go through the motions, but I've never had staff be rude or mess up my orders. read more

I'm from out of town and I have to say this is the best Dunkin Donuts in Central Jersey! I've been to 3 different locations in the past 6 days and I've returned to this location for their wonderful customer service and quality coffee. I'm the girl who only asks for one munchkin and I assume that's annoying to them but they've handed it to me with smiles and grace. They also have gotten my coffee right every time. I have a friend that lives locally & we have been here a few times. I must say the doughnuts aren't the freshest (this was before 11 am). I ordered a medium hot latte & it wasn't full. One if the worst Dunkin Donuts in Ocala. This is the 4th order in a row they have gotten wrong. I would recommend any other establishment for coffee, even if you have to drive further. The manager behind the counter proceeded to pour a half of cup of cold milk into my cup and said have a good day. I took a sip of it and it was cold.
