Could be better .. billing was a bit slow . Kids liked the refresher drinks.. really good . Mango refresher was super duper good . Coffee was average .. was very watery and didn't taste fresh . I went to Dunkin this evening around 3:00, and it was a complete mess. The staff was very rude when my friend and I placed our order. When we got to the window to pay, the order was wrong, so to make things easier, my friend just switched her drink with mine. We then sat at the window for about 15 minutes before a woman finally came over and asked, "What is this for?" The guy who took our order said, "That was the drink she changed." She responded with "Omg, okay," and handed us the drinks like we were the problem. At that point, I just drove away because the whole situation was ridiculous. read more

I typically stop by this Dunkin' a few times a month, today the service was great! I was helped by Ricky, a professional who provided excellent service and made sure that my order was correct. The line was five people deep, but it moved quickly today. That is not always the case here. I ordered a hot, fresh egg and turkey sausage breakfast sandwich. This location has slowly deteriorated to what it is today. The service is abysmal....slow and abysmal. I seldom go to Dunkin thanks to it. Most of the former employees and managers have relocated to the location across town. Today we waited a long time in line to get my wife a pumpkin frozen coffee. When we finally reached the speaker we were informed that they were out of pumpkin flavoring. My wife was bummed since that was our only motivation for waiting in the slow moving line. We then decided to settle for a iced coffee with cream and coconut. Guess what? They were supposedly out of coconut. We decided to go somewhere else. To add insult to injury we had to wait in line until the cars in front of us cleared out so we could leave. It looked like they were trying to operate with just two employees? Since moving into the area, this has been our go to Dunkin' Donuts. We rarely beat the morning rush and make it here by 10-11 AM; by this time we have come to fully expect a lack in the choices on their menu ranging from: donuts, bagels, croissants and drink options. This is a regular occurrence. As for the coffee, it is the same order: 1 large hot decaf with 3 cream and 4 Splenda. Simple, yet it is often incorrect. Failing to put the sugar into the coffee is a regular failure, the temperature is often lukewarm and the attempt at serving old, cold coffee has happened more often than it should. So if you are in a rush, make sure your order is correct before you drive off blissfully unaware and later met with the sour, bitter remnants of the bottom of the pot. At this point, coming to this location is more miss than hit. The staff mostly tries with the bare minimum they receive from management. They are understaffed and under stocked. There are a few employees who go out of their way to make sure you are happy by offering a free donut for not having the one you want for days on end. Their thoughtfulness is appreciated. The rest, however, do not care. We're going to have to find a better location as the service and choices at this Dunkin' are seriously lackluster. read more

When my boyfriend and I used to live in Salisbury, we would get dunkin at both the Innes and Jake Alexander locations, but they could never get our order correct. Every time we come to this dunkin, my order is always perfect. The food is great, and while it might take a couple minutes longer than the dunkin we used to go to, they make up for it with the quality that they produce. I couldn't ask for more. read more

They have gone from mediocre to far to bad to it is time to shut this franchise down or get serious and decide you want to run a successful business. I am sure there are nice people in there but they won't last long with the management team you currently have. Yes you might need to pay to get someone decent but in the long run as an owner you will profit. If not shut it down and let Krispy Kreme show you how to do it right. Let me start out by saying that when this Dunkin first opened, they were the best. The lady even knew my name and drink order as soon as I walked in. I never had any problems with this location. Now this location is a joke. I don't know if the problem comes from the management but something needs to change. Service is usually slow. Most of the staff have no idea how to properly prepare the drinks and I rarely see the same people working here. Some of the staff can be rude especially if you tell them your order is wrong. I order the same drink every time (medium iced chai latte...add french vanilla...light ice) and it rarely tastes the same. I always ask for light ice because I do not want to pay $5 for a cup of ice and they totally ignore that each time. They will even give it to you and say it is light ice but obviously the cup is completely full because you can't even get the straw in because of all the ice. I have started giving it back but today the lady argued with me that it was correct and walked away from the drive thru window. It is a shame that these staff members are not being properly trained on how to prepare orders correctly and provide quality customer service. This place has gone downhill. I have never been a fan of Dunkin coffee, but my wife likes it, and it's cheap. The first couple times we went to this particular Dunkin, the drinks were on point. The last several times I have gone, it has been 2 teenagers who don't really seem to know what they are doing and are just messing around. Tonight I ordered 3 drinks and a donut on the app. They were out of donuts which I thought was odd. But then we started sipping our drinks and all immediately almost spit them out. So we visit this Dunkin frequently. Been craving the 2 for $5 BEC crossaints only to find out you're our if Bacon. Which is on almost every sandwich you offer. Looking for a sweet treat after dinner and decided to stop in. The selection was down right poor. Maybe half dozen types to pick from. I spotted a chocolate croissant and thought I would try it. The staff was quick and some what friendly. Went to sit down and there is no seats, not because it was busy there is hardly any seats inside. So we sat outdoors. The chocolate croissant I had was super dry like it had been out all day or left over from yesterday and there wasn't much chocolate. I know it's a donut shop but the selection was that low that is what I needed up getting. The kids got sprinkle donuts they were ok no real flavor. Best donut was my wife lemon one. So.. First I'd like to let everyone know that I am a long time Dunkin Donuts customer, in multiple states. It is my go-to for coffee, every time. This particular dunkin donuts needs to improve not only their variety of product and freshness, but also the staff could use some sensitivity and etiquette training. I'v received stale pretzel bites, and harder than a brick ham and cheese roll ups. (not toasted, but stale).. They never say good morning at the drive thru. When ordering my caramel iced latte, with whipped cream, and asked them not to mix it up with the spoon they use for everyone else's coffee, they ALWAYS do. Basically, u shouldn't mess around with people in the morning who haven't been caffeinated yet, and be nicer and stop serving day old stuff. And GIVE ME NAPKINS!!! read more
